I think it's more the economics of the game than a reluctance to play with a guy like LeBron.
-
Looks like no one wants to join LeBron in Cleveland... http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2102454 I wonder if it's because of the vibe everyone has that LeBron is not going to stay that is keeping guys away or the fact that they can get more money staying with their original teams?

My hate for Lawler is greater than for Coach. I hope to God Lawler goes the way of the Dudleys. Coach still sucks, but I've just flat out had it with Lawler.

In no order... Unholy Demon Army (Kawada/Taue) Midnight Express Road Warriors Misawa/Kobashi KENTA/Marufuji Miracle Violence Connection (Gordy & Williams) Furnas/Kroffat Arn & Tully Hart Foundation (Bret and Niedhart) Steiner Brothers

That was also 2 neck surgeries ago. Couple that with a loss in arm mass and strength and Angle might not destroy Lesnar right now.

Candice is still listed on the SD roster.

Heidenreich Snitsky Candace Michelle Victoria Eugene Best Bet- Funaki Phone guy- Tyson Tomko

Baja Fresh- Pinto beans and cheese burrito w/ extra grilled chicken, tortilla chips w/green salsa, raspberry iced tea.

This whole ordeal is giving me flashbacks of the climax in "The Godfather" where they show a montage of all the Corleone family's enemies getting whacked, except I'm putting the newly released WWE'ers in their places.

If WWE releases Shelton Benjamin, they are all smoking rock.

Thoughts on the new people released and their TNA outlooks... Dawn Marie- Zack pretty much covered this. Not going to happen. Dudleys- It could happen, but I'd like for them to return to their ECW heel days, just a little toned down though since TNA is filmed in Universal Studios. Kenzo and Hiroko Suzuki- Not a chance in hell. Joy Giovanni- I don't think she really loves the business enough to pursue other wrestling ventures. She's a mother of 2 anyways, go and be a mother. Matt Morgan- They could definitely make use of him. Still, he'd have to be protected and he actually still needs some seasoning before I'd want him out there. As long as TNA doesn't make him doe something dumb like give him a chance to speak (which he does well) and then make him stutter. I'm not saying he'll turn business around, but he could make things happen here.

Anyone related to La Resistance should be gone, even "Buff" Conway. I was at the Supershow this last Monday and he wrestled Shelton in a dark match and that is his new look. He looks like a slimmer Buff Bagwell.

I suppose Y2Jerk. It's not out of the relm of possibility. I'm pretty sure this didnt' just up and happen in the last 36 hours, it's probrably been in the works for at least 2 weeks, if not longer.

What should we call this whole matter? The WWE July Release Massacre?
-
She'll be bigger than ever after she gets out. I'm banking her PR people have probrably mapped out plans for when she gets out. She'll be co-hosting the view within 30 days of her release.

Snitsky and Heidenreich need to go, NOW. I wouldn't mind seeing Eugene gone as well. :: waits for mudslinging ::

...and we know this because? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I thought I read it somewhere. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The Observer reported that Lesnar had verbally agreed to go back to the old deal and WWE would look bad in court if they tried to enforce a 10 year no compete clause against a guy who wants to come back and work.

I agree with you bob. They could've at least kept her around until after the baby or something. I just hope the father of her baby is around or at least financially supportive and/or Dawn has kept some money away. Real classy, Vince.

After the Jannetty release, you are right. I thought Haas was the most safe of the newly released. Holly might not make it now.

Oh yeah, cause Max Kellerman was so humble? I know a lot of people hate the change on ATH, but I think Reali has done a fine job in place of Max. Did I, Max get canned, cause I haven't seen it in a real long time?

Best news in a long time. I think Summerslam would be perfect to launch a bidding war between Long and Bischoff for Lesnar. That would build him up big. Also, I'd save Batista/Lesnar for WM as well. They should not touch each other for awhile. They can tease and stare down, but not touch until at least Survivor Series. This is where a guy like Heyman could help because he knows the good slow build. My chops are watering at the potential. Let's just hope the lockeroom leaders JBL, Taker, and HHH don't get it in their heads that Brock needs to be humbled by having him job out.

My take on the new WWE released as pertains to TNA Shannon Moore- Obvious X Division guy, but I'm not sure if he'll just be a blond Sonjay Dutt. He has never been given a real oppurtunity to have much of a personality or work the mic. If he can work the mic, great, if not, he's probrably and X Divsion JTTS. Akio-Another X Division guy who I think can get away with not being able to cut a promo. If they give him the proper push, he could possibly legit challenge for the X title. Kidman- Depends on his health. Word was before he was released, he was in pretty bad shape. If he is healthy, I think he could work with the regulars, but I don't see him in the X Division if he came on board. Jindrak- There is potential here, but they have to totally remake him. I'm not saying to over-characterize him here, but they have to attempt to erase the taste of WWE Jindrak from everyone's mouth, otherwise this is just another chapter of TNA taking WWE's scraps, which is how it will be percieved. Gangrel- I could see him joining Jim Mitchell's group along with Abyss. Perhaps form a tag team with Abyss or a short feud with Raven. That's about it. Maven- I wouldn't even bother. The fact that he won the first TE doesn't mean anything anymore and since he hasn't improved one iota, I wouldn't waste my time or money. Spike- I wouldn't do it. He can't be Spike Dudley IIRC because WWE owns the rights to it. Even if he can only be just plain Spike I don't think it'd be worth it. He had a nice run, but to me he just never came off good except in ECW where they knew what to do with him. His WWE run wasn't that good and I don't think he'd fare well here. Not athletic enough to keep up with what the X Division work standard is IMO. Kevin Fertig- Forget about it. This guy needs at least another year or two of training before he should be allowed to have matches on TV. Has a good look, but when your in ring work makes Hoyt look like Misawa, you've got in ring issues.

Vito is solid. I'm for this. Also, while I love the cruiserweight work, since WWE will NEVER know how to properly promote smaller guys, I figure they can at least attempt to bring back good tag team work with some cruisers peppered in.
