  1. I fear that when Rory goes to College it will lose its charm, but that's why I'm saving Season 1 for last (just incase I grow tired of the show in Season 4, I can go back to when it was all about Small Town Quirk.)
  2. I bought Season 3 on DVD today after having purchased Season 2 a few weeks ago. As such, I am OFFICIALLY addicted to the show. The first DVD I could justify as a "try-out" or "experimentation", but now I have a collection which means a certain amount of dedication and admiration so I guess it can be declared as a fixation. Station. Creation. Imagination. Obliteration. Party People all across the Nation rise up in Celebration. Anyways, I love this show. Like, Jesus Christ this show is good. The feeling that I had with Firefly I have with this (the HAPPY~! Yelling Outloud For No Reason Other Than To Express Your Emotions kinda feeling) but now I can enjoy the show beyond 13 episodes! This show keeps me up at night. And I tend to work early. So I wake up grumpy. But I can't stop watching. I need the fix before I go to bed, and I have been known (like today) to watch 3 or 4 episodes in one sitting. I looked at the clock at it said 10:00pm and I was like "What the fuck happened to the day?". But did I REALLY care? NO~! Cause, to me, there was nothing in this world I could have done more productive than watch this show. I have a problem. This thread is where I share it with the world. Hopefully, there are more fans of the show who will post up (down?) and where we can have some sort of group therapy and perhaps rid ourselves of this awful, beautiful, wicked, evil, wonderful thing from the bastards at the WB. As of right now: Poor Bunny = greatest two words ever.
  3. The Shawshank Redemption fan in me had me marking out for Tim Robbins' character digging a tunnel in the same movie Morgan Freeman is narrating. Edwin:
  4. ...sadly. His attempts to do the big "of the woooooooooooooooooooooooord" and "to ruuuuuuuuuuuuummmmblllllllle" lines, while funny, are still very sad. Especially when the lines don't call for it, but he does it anyways. If your job is to READ FROM A CARD AND SPEAK INTO A MICROPHONE, and you screw it up, then you deserve to be ragged on. It has to be one of the easiest jobs in the world.
  5. I can't believe Michael Buffer is getting all this attention and my Bruce Buffer comment goes completely unnoticed. No. Wait. I can believe that.
  6. You don't find the aliens' actual demise to be "important"?? WHAT THE FUCK?
  7. So it's better to play it safe and be like everyone else? Hey, you just described life as a WWE superstar!~
  8. Bah. Justin is doing a Fink impression rather than being a unique announcer. He's the Bruce Buffer of the WWE. I'd rather have someone like the PRIDE ring announcer ("Maaariioooo Sperrryyyyy-ooOOOOh") who plays around and is distinctive.
  9. They've been using him off and on for a while now. http://www.jjroberts.com/
  10. I'd trust my mental alarm clock more than my actual alarm clock.
  11. They should (if he were to come back) build him up as a boxing (or MMA) promotion would build a returning "big name" fighter. I think Brock when was most effectively "sold" was against The Rock at Summerslam, and they did that in a very "sportslike" manner. Don't give him any "feuds", just give him one opponent to give him a #1 contenders match, and then the next opponent would be the champion. There would be nothing personal here, just professional. He crushes his opponent in the #1 contenders match, then the story becomes whether or not the current champion can keep his title.
  12. It all depends on how they introduce him. If he comes out, kicks ass, and leaves quickly - they won't have time to boo. If he comes out, has a face off, and they close the show quickly - they won't have time to boo. If he takes a long saunter down the ramp, or starts off with a promo, or does anything where the crowd has time to get over the "HOLY SHIT" factor, then they'll probably boo.
  13. I don't see myself watching the WWE by Fall. I've been missing a lot of their TV and am not "missing it" in the slightest. If they had Lesnar back, my interest would probably go up. They've managed to take a lot of my interest out of Benoit and Benjamin, and Rosie doesn't appear to be going anywhere at anytime. I miss Lesnar.
  14. I think what really makes it funny is that they both have this serious expression on their faces.
  15. Shouldn't the "Mexicools" be associated with Carlito? I see no other reason for such a stupid name.
  16. Can I end my posts with... BAM! - The Chef.
  17. No need to panic. C'mon guys. Just stay calm. I CANT FIND IT EITHER &(*#*$)(_*~!!!!! tracker DOWN!
  18. It's very simple. I've seen it before. Lots of times before. Bad Eddie beats up Lil Rey and then Rey wins. Eddie, just because he's Eddie fuckin Guerrero, gets over with the fans as a heel, turns face, and he and Rey are "brothers" again. Why should I care? By 2006 they'll be buddies again and by 2007 Eddie will turn on Rey again. Great wrestling? Not better than HH97, so fuck it. Shocking twists and developments to freshen up a long-running program? Ha! It's HHH/Shawn Michaels, only it has been going on LONGER...much, MUCH, longer. That, and I don't really care about either guy right now.
  19. Me. I fucking hate Eddie vs. Rey on every single fucking level.
  20. Shh, don't spoil our invasion plans.
  21. ..they should have been called "The Mexican'ts". Or, maybe...just maybe... LOS FABULOSOS~!
  22. Well he *is* a Lord. Plus he is one half of RudoCurry Industries. Such a great newsletter... concept...
  23. Everyone can't be me, and I accept that. They should, at the very least, try. The WWE has been rather "delayed" on this ECW thing. Whatever momentum the PPV gave them, is gone. It seems like that show was months ago, at least for me. They certainly won't be able to recreate the PPV or ECW on any sustained level since what made that show enjoyable was that it had everything the WWE is against (ok, it didn't have good storylines) and the WWE is against it for a reason. If there is any discussion on "responding" to the ECW "pressure", it's probably on how to balance things out and not cannibalize the brands, rather than any specific plans. If this didn't make them shit their pants, then they would have striked while the iron was hot rather than curl up into the fetal position and essentially pretend the PPV never happened like they did. Fact is, nothing will change because every single wake-up call the WWE has had in the past 5 years has gone completely ignored.
  24. I think it'll be a classic three man match. Akin to the Skinny Christian against the short-armed Canadian and the unnaturally large grumpy fellow at the 20th installment of That Big Event.
