How can Edge lose a feud he's not in? The only way this Money in the Bank contract angle was going to be interesting after the match was if Christian had stolen the briefcase. Edge's momentum and credibility is about to be destroyed. It's going to take a lot for him to be built up as a decent contender- they've got a few months left to do it before his contract expires, but right now, he's going nowhere fast. Lita really is the Kiss of Death.

Pedro came in the 7th inning with the Red Sox up 8-1 to do mop up work (Which he shouldn't have been doing) and gave up two runs. Still an idiotic move by Francona, but at no point did Pedro almost blow the game. I really feel like this was the best angle for them to take, even before all the fallback. It fits best with Hassan's character the way he's been portrayed up to this point. I said when I saw the spoilers that next week he'd cut a promo saying what he said. He just had that New York Post article to back up what he was saying.

The more I think about it, the more that line confuses me. He seemed to be going in the direction that Jericho used to be the Undisputed Champ, used to be one of the top Main Eventers in the company, and now he does a talk show so he can be on TV. Is that cheap though? Man, that line blows.

I just think its ironic that people wonder why Red Sox/Yankees is always talked about, and I see ads for Red Sox merch at the top of the page.
