Question: If the the person who originally puts the song on kazaa or any other file-sharing program did indeed rip the song from a cd they BOUGHT. How is the process of someone else downloading it illegal? Once you buy a piece of music I thought you could do anything you damn well want with it, BESIDES re-sell it for profit. I mean wouldn't this fall under the same category of someone buying a wrestling ppv and then inviting 10 people over and letting them watch the ppv, tape it onto a blank tape, and let others watch it if they like? Yes it may hurt sales, but is that illegal?

ermm no, not exactly. All I am saying is that if you are going to complain that NWA "looks bushleague" then you are going to have to explain why another fed that is basically running gimmicks and angles that are even more foolish has your full undivided support. If it is because their production makes the product look like a million bucks, then just say so. I am not a huge nwa-tna fan, I don't watch it every week and haven't seen it consistently in about a year or so. I am just tired of the "bush league" comments. By everyone's standards, ROH is probably even more bush league than NWA-TNA, however you are lame if you think WWE is putting out a better product.

WWE basically contains bush league gimmicks/angles with Top of the line production. I mean this whole Kane thing is something USWA or Deep South Wrestling would have done in 1987.

How would you inform people about this ppv if they don't regularly visit the nwa forum already? I know the forums are there for a reason, but I think this is one of those times where it is acceptable.

There is no excuse not to get order this show, for everyone who has access to NWA-TNA ppv. Even if you end up hating the show, who fucking cares. It is one fucking penny. Not like WWE has any reservations about charing us $40+ to watch McMahons wrestle all over the building. FUCK YOU if you don't order this.

ye I am not sure why the RIAA is not going after Kazaa. I mean if you are using a service that is legal then what the fuck. If the service is legal, don't you think it would be shut down or changed the way Napster was? Why is the RIAA not fighting to shut down Kazaa like they were napster? I think the country is split pretty evenly right now just like in 2000. It will probably be close. The only question is who will sway the fence-riders, Bush or the Democrat, or an Indy candidate.

Nationally Lieberman is ahead I think, but that is because on a national level he is the most recognizable for obvious reasons. I wish the Dems would just narrow it down to three, and have Al Sharpton just drop out and run as an Indy.

The Redskins didn't look good? Umm their defense which was #5 last year, held the Jets to a 158 total yards. The offense looked fine in the first half, shaky in the second. That is what you get with a young QB. I don't argue the ranking placement, just the comments that accompany it. Oh and Minnesota should definately be ranked higher than 49ers. They blew the packers out IN LAMBEAU FIELD. Ranking the Texans higher than Skins is implorable too. Even though it was only one notch.

I am not sure why downloading mp3s is any different then making duplicate tapes for your friends was basically the same fucking thing. When tapes first came out, the RIAA told the same story about how cassette tapes would spell the end of the industry, however the end of the industry has more to do with shitty music than anything else. I also want them to justify and a judge actually going through with suing $150,000 PER DOWNLOADED FILE, what the fuck? If anything you should just sue for what it would cost for the person to buy the single cd, which on the average is $4-6 dollars.

Did anyone expect Raw to do better or even the same rating, against the FIRST MNF of the year which happened to be a rematch of the NFC Championship game? Umm, no. Next week it will be just as bad. The Cowboys game was Fox's highest rated show ever, since everyone tuned in to see Parcells/Cowboys fail like the chumps they are. Should happen again for a team that has NO FUCKING BUSINESS being on MNF.

RVD wasn't planning on going to WCW. He stayed in ECW until the end because he wanted too. He said he had already turned down offers from the WWE, because he made pretty good money in ECW and he assumed his role would be exactly what it currently is in wwe, NOTHING.
