I don't think you can hold GSP "fighting to not lose" against him as this is BJ Penn we're talking about and nobody can/has/will finish him. I'm curious as to what BJ's strategy was after the first round. GSP's leg kicks affected him a lot more then people think as his mobility slowed down greatly after round one. Grove/Herman is a better fight, though, no doubt.

BUMPED. So, what's been added to the list since last we discussed? What's held up well? What hasn't? Watched Penn vs GSP last night, still holds up well mainly due to the insane amount of heat behind it. Then the crowd decides to descend into stupidville when the decison is made. They boo Buffer announcing one judge scoring it for Penn, cheer when GSP wins and then boo almost immediatly after. Then they proceed to boo both BJ and Hughes when they got on the mic afterwards. I love Rogan's "What the fuck are you booing for?" face. And anybody saying BJ got robbed is officially on the crank. After round one outside of a half-assed omoplata attempt he did absolutely nothing to warrant a win. Somebody needs to tell BJ's fanboys that cosmetic damage can only get you so far. Kendall Grove vs Ed Herman from the TUFIII Finale can be added to this list. Perhaps Spencer Fisher vs Matt Wiman from UFC 60 as well. Hopefully by this time Friday morning we'll all be adding Karo vs Diego to it.

I'm guessing Cote put a serious hurtin' on anybody who fucked with him. I can't think of anybody in that house at MW or WW who can match him in terms of standup. Even though the purpose of the show is to build up GSP for the Hughes fight I'd love to see him and Cote as evil french heels, constantly talking to each other in hushed french whipsers to piss everybody off. On one hand you've got Diego vs Karo which should kick some serious ass and is easily the biggest main event on the UFN series so far. On the other hand the UFC is once again putting a bunch of fights on TV that can easily go the distance which is the #1 reason why the last few UFN's have blown so badly. Bonnar/Jardine and Goulet/Cummo are the only entertaining 3-rounders they've had in contrast to Evans/Hoger, Leben/Fiorvanti, Evans/Bonnar and Sylvia/Silva. I love how Leben is talking all kinds of shit about how he feels bad for Jorge because he's the first guy to face him after the Silva loss. Apparently Santiago is a standup fighter which means the minute Leben actually gets into it with the guy he'll go right for the clinch. I'd like to be proven wrong here. Koscheck/Goulet could easily go the distance but I wouldn't put it past Koscheck to KO Goulet with a slam or, barring that, a stiff exhalation from his nostrils. Not a single LW on this card either is hella weak.
