I went to the 7 @ Cumberland and the lineup was already pretty big and I arrived at about 6:15. Place filled up within ten minutes of them letting the line in. I'm sure you'll have better luck in the coming days with people returning to work and all.

Saw it in theaters tonight and it was quite a good movie but largely reliant on Rourke which is fine because he fucking shines in it. Wood is nothing special but Tomei delivers enough though IMO not enough to qualify as Oscar material. Our theater was located in one of the swankier areas of downtown Toronto so seeing all of the WASP-ish white people in their Burberrry scarves cringe at some of the more hardcore stuff. I might be alone in this but growing up a huge wrestling fan for a good part of my life I found myself not laughing at things that others ( likely non-wrestling fans) were laughing much harder at.

I'm no lip-reader but I'm pretty sure Rampage said "I'm gonna fuck you up" to Wanderlei before he got shoved.

If Wanderlei gets taken down I think he'll be good enough from his back to either get to the feet or stall Rampage en route to a stand-up. Quinton out-wrestling him to a UD is certainly possible but it's a small one.

Rashad winning is certainly not out of the question but I'd hesitate to call a domination. Hell, I'm sure Rampage survives a round, maybe two but I'm still banking on a Silva merking.

Per Sherdog.... Justin Eilers was shot and died shortly after on Friday morning in an apparent domestic disturbance at an acquaintance’s home in Canyon County, Idaho. Eilers was 30 years old. Canyon County sheriffs arrived at the residence at 10:44 p.m. MST, where Eilers was found shot and wounded. "Emergency medical staff took live-saving measures, but they were unsuccessful," said Capt. Dana Maxfield. Eilers was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy conducted Friday released the cause of death as a single gunshot wound to the chest. The bullet reportedly punctured Eilers’ lung before exiting his body, said Monte Cox, Eiler's longtime manager. Cox said Eilers had gathered with relatives for the holidays, but tensions escalated with an ex-girlfriend, also in attendance. Eilers was asked to leave the residence, but was said to have refused and began throwing dishes and other objects in protest. The home’s owner was then said to have pulled a gun on Eilers and shot him in the chest after a brief verbal confrontation. Eilers’ ex-girlfriend, mother, and young son were said to have been in the room at the time of the shooting. James Robert Malec, 48, was arrested and charged with second degree murder in relation with the shooting, said Capt. Maxfield. It is believed that Malec is Eilers’ mother’s boyfriend. Capt. Maxfield could not confirm this relationship or Eilers' alleged interaction with the ex-girlfriend. Not arguing that this isn't a great show, just would've liked to see some LW's get a showcase fight on it for some exposure. The inherent danger of putting LW's on less stacked cards is that you run the risk of less people seeing them.

WTF is up with no LW's on this card? It was the same with UFC 79 last year. Doesn't make sense to me that your biggest show wouldn't feature the company's most exciting division.
