3-0 Rams...
-
Hilliard fumbles...Rams recover in the red zone.
-
And Tiki fumbles the ball away... Good ol' reliable Tiki.
-
Rams/Giants on FOX.
-
Good job. Is that all you're missing from the entire WWE DVD collection?
-
I'm confident that this feature will never be implemented into a WWE-associated game. And with good reason. Do you mean a feature where HTCP users around the country can share their CAW's? Is there a true reason why Yukes can't implement this feature into the game?

Thankfully, we now have THREE different stories on who Austin asked to work with / was forced as punishment to work with/ whatever the hell the WWE was thinking at the time. This has blissfully generated into a "paint Austin in the worst light" thread.

I'll sum my feelings up with this quoted post -

You know, I would KILL to have seen Glenn Jacobs browsing through The Dames Explains All: Kane's Story Arc Makes SENSE.

It IS the primary reason we're receiving profile DVDs that are focused on wrestlers who made their living outside of the "Attitude Era WWF". Case in point: Rey Mysterio, Jr. (all matches were after the settlement). HBK (no recorded matches during the Attitude Era). It's a negative for any upcoming releases of a Kurt Angle/Chris Jericho DVD (again, primarily WWF work).
-
No problem, TVIYH, they'll count.
-
But, they've only shown small segments, promos and angles - and even then, with nifty production edits to mask the WWF logo as best as they can. I HIGHLY doubt WWEHV will use an entire match which needs to be blurred out in accordance with the settlement..
-
Yeah, especially when bravesfan is doing some of the legwork for your contest each week....

Depending on how the 9/18 show blows off a few angles for the mean time (Eddie/Cena, Lesnar/Angle), I see a few new match-ups on the horizon: WWE Title Brock Lesnar © v. Chris Benoit (playing the lame duck for an "injured" Angle) United States Title / "Family Values" Match Eddie Guerrero © v. Chavo Guerrero Falls Count Anywhere Undertaker v. Rhyno Cruiserweight Title Rey Mysterio, Jr.© v. Billy Kidman v. Tajiri WWE Tag Team Titles Haas / Benjamin © v. ________ John Cena v. Matt Hardy (defending the honor of Zack Gowen, right?) Notables omitted: The Big Show A-Train

Brock defeated Buh-Buh Dudley in a qualifying match for the KOTR tournament. As far as I know, Austin was supposed to be in Buh-Buh's place for the job.
-
He used Click, Click, Boom by Saliva as his first theme (only the live crowds who see the HEAT! introductions will acknowledge this)
-
IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN! I'll choose the Jets to quell the situation.
-
Darn, incorrect link.

1. Not only is this not confirmed, it'd be safe to say that the DVD is not THAT far along yet (release is in early December, IIRC). 2. People have to figure compression quality into the "dream DVD" they're begging for. Since this is a RIC FLAIR DVD, I'd say that a healthy portion of his matches went upwards of 30 minutes and beyond. So.... 1 disc = 4 matches 2 discs = 8-10 matches (absolute limit) and so on. 3. No way are THREE matches from the last 18 months included on this disc. In all fairness, you'll see v. HHH and v. UT (return to 'Mania), but that's already pushing it. 4. You'll see v. Steamer from COTC VI or Chi-Town Rumble, before you'll see Wrestlewar again - why would WWEHV want to put this extra, which is the definitive selling point of HHH's first profile DVD? EDIT: Ahh, you mean WrestleCrap. I'd assumed you meant Wrestling Classics and their message board.

And sadly, my predictions (I would've picked the 'Skins, too!) EDIT: 49ers - 24 points. Week 1 Schedule: New England Patriots @ Buffalo Bills Jacksonville Jaguars @ Carolina Panthers Denver Broncos @ Cincinnati Bengals Indianapolis Colts @ Cleveland Browns Arizona Cardinals @ Detroit Lions Minnesota Vikings @ Green Bay Packers San Diego Chargers @ Kansas City Chiefs Houston Texans @ Miami Dolphins St. Louis Rams @ New York Giants Baltimore Ravens @ Pittsburgh Steelers Atlanta Falcons @ Dallas Cowboys Chicago Bears @ San Francisco 49ers New Orleans Saints @ Seattle Seahawks Oakland Raiders @ Tennessee Titans Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Philadelphia Eagles - MONDAY GAME [LOCK]

AoO, you must remove one of your [LOCK] picks.

He was a Pro-Bowl DT with New Orleans. I do recall Springs and Watters making the Pro Bowl as Seahawks, but I may be wrong.

Thank you to all 51 posters who are participating in the 1st week of Pigskin Pick'em. As a comparison, there were 61 people who participated at least once in the entire season last year.

As Marvin has already mentioned -

Except that this will be the 1.5 hour Smackdown, not a full 2-hour show. Isn't next week (9/11) the 90-minute special? I have a feeling that this match will never be given a fair shake rating-wise, due to the commercial breaks and restholds only seen by the live audience.
