Sure it will. I plan on continuing with this and seeing it the whole way through. Before I went through everything I was an absolute work-out freak. I plan on doing my best to get back to all of that.
My goal is to get down to around 180lbs and then start adding muscle mass.

The "McRib" and the "Big and Tasty" have both given me some painful diahrea in the past. To hell with both of them.
You don't need McDonalds to make a "McRib" though. Just buy some Banquet (or other brand) Rib patties, heat them in the microwave with BBQ sauce and then throw them on a hamburger bun.
oh, and I did about 3miles of walking today. I can't recall the last time I was able to do that, let alone did do that. I felt completely fine although I was quite hungry when I got home.
Still, I feel great.
Its probably just a temporary thing to help garner people's interests in the new Mike Judge collection. Doesn't surprise me though as I believe Comedy Central is also a Viacom owned channel (like MTV).
Oh I agree about the crunches. You can do 250 crunches a day and if you eat nothing but terrible foods then nothing will happen.
I'll probably look back on what you're doing when I reach an ideal weight and am ready to add muscle.
everybody's different. All I know is I'm seeing results so I'm going to stick with this and see how it continues. Due to those results I passed along what I was doing along with what I have done in the past that hasn't worked.
bigolsmitty ignores the fact that I'm passing along what a doctor has put me on and is showing good results. Not to mention your advise is to add more muscle where-as mine is telling him how to lose the belly.
I also don't believe your body fat is 6-7% unless you're sporting an ethiopian physique.
Marc Blount still sucks. Why, oh why couldn't they have used the one time cap excemption on his big dumb lanky ass. If Tony Allen really wants to help the Celtics win a title then he can take Blount out with him the next time he goes to a Chicago area night club.

Anyways, I've lost 11lbs now on the Atkins thing. I advise you go back on that Dama as its doing wonders for me.
Veggies aren't too high in carbs (tomatos and potatos are the exception) and I would imagine Protein Shakes aren't either. So that's just basically the Sasstkins diet.
you can't turn fat into muscle. You can firm up the fat but in the end its not the same. Burn off the fat and then work on adding muscle. Its not going to happen over night but if you're going to do it you might as well do it the right way.
