And for the first time since I joined here I believe. And I actually got one match wrong, I though Melina was going to win, not that it mattered or anything. It was a shitty PPV with a RAW worthy main event. The CW match was pretty good and got longer than I would have thought, but Jimmy didn't win so I'm not happy about it. And I'm also on the "sick of Cena" bandwagon. I know he's the most over star on the roster and he sells loads of merchandise blah blah blah, but seriously, it looks like NO ONE can beat him. Everytime I see him win a title match, I get the feeling he's going to be champion untill the day he dies.

I got a text from my friend this morning saying "I cried when i found out about Benoit", and because I was half asleep I assumed he'd only just discovered he'd been drafted to ECW. Then I came on here as I had a bad feeling about the message and I find 27 pages of this thread. I was upset at first and nearly cried on a few occasions, its a truly sad day. And now it turns out he MAY have killed his family? I just feel sick. I'll pay my respects now, but I'm not passing judgement on anyone untill I know all the details. RIP.

I personally thought Manhunt was a bit shit too. But thats only because I don't like games where I have to sneak around. I can't stand stealthy games.

Speaking of Simon Diamond, remember when he was on the commentary desk during a DiTR tag match. He was pure gold. If anything, they need a heel dynamic behind the commentary as it adds a bit of flavour. JR/King havent been the same since Lawler became a face. I was watching Rock/Angle/Taker at Vengance a few years back and the commentary was great due to heel Lawler cheering on the bad guys. Tenay and West just root for the faces and slate the heels, its boring.

The problem is that ratings boards are more strict with games than films as, they believe, that a child watching a violent movie is not as bad as a child PERFORMING the actions on the screen. I'm not agreeing with them and I don't believe in censoring art blah blah blah, but they are doing a smart thing.

Despite how horrible the spoilers looked on paper, the show was pretty good. Angle was really good in his speech, just like the old Angle. Joe winning the title is pretty bad, but at least he didn't pin Lethal. I can see Harris being the first person to pin Christian, in an atempt to really put him over in the main event scene. I'd like for them to do the same sort of thing for Storm. And is it just me, or is Raven starting to look in good shape again? I know he's not at his physical peek, but he's looking better than he did during his fued with Larry Z. He just needs to get rid of the blonde hair, it makes him look really ill.

I recently interviewed a member of the BBFC for my dissertation so I'm quite up on how the company works as far as ratings go. The BBFC have always seen themselves as "protectors of the public" and they got A LOT of flack for some of the choices they have made. Passing Dirty Sanchez Movie or Destricted got them into serious trouble with many people trying to get everyone fired and replaced with people who know what they are doing. With the growing violence in the UK, it's not suprising to me at all that BBFC have refused to rate it. I'm not saying that people who play this game will go out and copy the actions as I believe that people make their own choices and are NOT affected by TV/Games/Music. But a lot of people (the Daily Mail in particular) believe they do. The BBFC are just covering their backs. And as I already stated, the UK doesnt have an equvilant AO rating over here, the closest thing we have would be an R-18, meaning it can only be sold in licensed sex shops with the rest of the porn. Having said all that, I'm not sure I want to play a game where I can rape a headless corpse. Lord knows what you have to do with the Wiimote for that...
