Yeah...I started back to the gym a couple of weeks ago and have been doing the low carb thing. It definitely takes the gut off quick, but it is hard to keep yourself going sometimes. The supplements I take have tons of caffine in it so it kind of balances out. I'm planning on getting carbs back into my diet within the next week. Some good advice would be to eat as much lean chicken breast as possible. That and unbreaded fish. Tons of protein.

This movie was great. The internet lingo they used during the whole movie really annoyed me at first, but once you get used to it, it's not so bad. The movie really rolls along when she gets to the women's clinic. I'm really surprised that this movie is doing so well in the box office also.

Maria in Playboy will be nice, but at the end of the day it's only a picture. We already see her half naked every week on Raw. No need for all the arguing.

Yeah the first case has both disk one of the feature and the bonus disk inside. It's different than normal walmart style dvds.

Armageddon is looking good on the Raw end. Kennedy vs. HBK, Y2J vs. RKO, HHH vs. Hardy and Beth vs. Mickie. Throw in an Edge vs. Taker vs. Batista match and a Punk match and thats a decent ppv.

I don't remember the last time that there was a Flair match that felt this big. Good job WWE.
