I have a pretty decent computer, yet the bigfoot thing slows down my scrolling. Kinetic is right, this is pretty unacceptable.

They make a lot of different versions of the Logitech Harmony remotes. Most of them do not have chargers and are battery operated. There are some that are less expensive than others as well. It's still an expensive remote any way you slice it, but totally worth it.

I would like for us to be able to edit our own threads and subtitles. We make mistakes sometimes, and some threads need to have the title or subtitle updated as it evolves. If you want "power to the posters," this would be better than being able to change your name every 4 days.

Kamala and I were discussing this the other day on AIM while it was happening. He really was trying to come across as a "suck up to our new overlord" gimmick, but I just think it wasn't executed as he planned. Stuff works sometimes and doesn't other times. Cut him some slack.

I'm not intentionally being tough on bob, we just disagree on a lot of things. He's not a bad poster, he just has unique views that I see from the opposite angle. My suggestion wasn't legit about having him banned, it was just to make my point that automatically banning PBP's make no sense. These aren't the Ten Commandments, the rules can be modified over the years as different people run the board.
