If the next 4 or 5 are going to be the heads of all of the Simpsons, I don't see the reasoning behind getting the replacement boxes. I imagine they will go a different route for seasons 11-15 as well. Eh, it's not the nicest, but I do like the DVD case on the inside of the head.

I like this packaging, once you open Homer's head... I love the way the DVDs are set up. And I bought mine at Best Buy. It came with a plastic sleeve that matches the side art of all the other DVDs...it's black and has Chief Wiggum and Mr. Burns. It matches all of the others from the side and looks good on the shelf.

I had planned on playing some xbox tonight but I just have to stop and watch Felix pitch on mlb.tv. This would be the first time in my entire life that I have ever watched a game just to see someone pitch.

Look for Delmon Young either next month or starting next year. Amazing talent. I'd reckon instant All-Star, like Cabrera, Pujols, and A-Rod were.

The text ads are blocking the entire section of the toolbar that leads to the control panel. I'm running Firefox on OS X Tiger if that helps at all. I'm pretty sure I had the same problem when I was still running XP.

Man, the Devil Rays would make out like bandits there. Getting Yusmeiro Petit and Lastings Milledge for Danys Baez and Aubrey Huff! They can't win now, so why not trade for the prospects. Their team is going to be unreal with Delmon Young, BJ Upton...wow. I don't even think Chuckles Lamar can mess it up. As for the trade, I hope it doesn't happen. Manny on the Mets is not a good thing for the rest of the NL East.

To be honest, I am still holding out hope for a run at the NL East. There's a lot of games left with the Braves to make up ground. Although a run at the WC is much more realistic.

Maybe this game by D-Train will shut up all of the know-it-all-columnists who have been saying I told you so about this mini-slump. You'd think they would learn that it takes more than two seasons to establish a pattern. Any good statistician will tell you that n=2 just isn't high enough, but somehow Jay Mariotti and whoever else will swear that Dontrelle just "can't pitch in the second half." Drives me crazy.

No way the Mets got Soriano for only Cameron and Milledge. Milledge has shown great flashes of talent, but he has been arrested and isn't exactly a sure thing. The Mets probably would have thrown in Yusmeiro Petit and one other player as well. But if that's right, that's a bad trade for all of the other teams in the NL East. And pinjockey, that's probably just crazy Philly sportsfan talk. There has been ZERO mention of that trade anywhere in Marlin land. The Marlins wouldn't do it anyway.
