Actually, now I come to think of it, whenever I saw THC on screen I had the urge to watch an 'Ernest' movie...

Bruce Campbell's 3 minutes as the French guy recaught my interest in the film, other then that it was somewhat boring. The Sandman's speech at the end made the whole film seem pointless to me, why did he all of a sudden come out with 'Hey, I don't want to do this you know...". The Green Goblin story arch was completely washed over with a 'bump on the head'. Spiderman3 wasn't even near as emotional as the other films, there wasn't much to it at all apart from a few funny moments.

Still not sure how I feel about Christian Cage as champion, he's hugely entertaining, don't get me wrong, but he just seems... fake. He's too funny to be a heel, which doesn't really make me care what happens to him. I was half interested in what was going to happen since he promised everyone a title shot, but TNA seem to have got out of that one in the most interesting way possible.

Have we seen a body? Why was his coffin empty? This is Lost, anything is possible.

I've just thought, how messed up would it be if Christian (Jack's Dad) ends up being Jacob/Him?

How is Pac doing over in PWG/States in general? He's from the town I'm from in the UK, seen him a few indie shows and think its mint he's starting to make a name for himself in the US. His CHIKARA debut was amazing.

How odd ROH do a TNA, TNA do a WWE and WWE do... something. How hard would it hit Starr if he turned his back on TNA and rejoined ROH? Or is it set in stone that he wants to work for TNA, no matter how much they misuse him?

Aye Spiderman3 is £44.99 atm, damn expensive. As for games on the Marketplace that charge extra for bits that should have been in the game to begin with - Madden07 - old stadiums, teams, etc, easily could have been unlockables for achievements in game such as Madden Player Points. It's the fact that they'll be on the market place as soon as the game is released. There's also a few downloadable games that you buy and play then have to buy updates for to play against friends, that was annoying.

Ah Friday Night Lights was awesome, however, I'd be content if they left it at one season as it was a good stand alone season. Wouldn't want them to over stretch FNL into a bog standard teen drama show as was feared they'd do in season 1.

Robert Rankin is always a good read if you like your surreal comedy stories.

Only thing I have against the 360 is how some games feel unfinished only to release something on the marketplace you have to spend microsoft points to download.

Yeah it is, but its already been delayed in the UK (it was due out Friday coming) until an undisclosed time. This on the back of short stock on Oblivion and Splinter Cell people are getting fustrated at the lack of software available to play.

haha I remeber going to the pictures to see Rat Race, it was one of the first films I saw with my girlfriend. Man, that was YEARS AGO, I remember it being pretty funny. Rowan Atkinson stole the show as usual.

Even then they've put die hard FF fans I know off the franchise with FF X-2 and FFXII. Would you buy a PS3 just to play FFXIII knowing how bad FF X-2 and how strangely different FF XII were? In the UK people want football games, which they can't get since Microsoft got 12 month rights on Pro Evo and Co, so most people will have to wait till November to get hold of a football game (by which time the new ones will be out anyway).

Yeah 2nd one is pretty wank, but there's something about the 1st one that's just damn cool. It's one of those kill time movies I'll watch when I can't think of anything else to watch.

Well, once again Newcastle United had the usual Newcastle United season. Alot of panto stuff with no end product, hopefully we don't sack this manager for no reason and we remove the dead weight gutless players that seem content to come to our club, get their wages then go home laughing. The only bright spark in this season was the 95minutes of Michael Owen not getting injured and looking like he actually wanted to score a goal.

Man I was expecting my team (Newcastle United) to be included in that at least once, thankfully it wasn't anything too bad, just the ref getting hit in the face with the ball. That was a good vid though! The guy in the white kneeling behind people running backwards cracked me up.

Yeah I guess Bane was a bitch once the tubes were cut, but not to the extent that B&R made him out to be. He goes on a 'find himself' quest after that and he's still way more intelligent then he was made out to be in the films. But yeah, Two Face was pretty much just forgot about and is pretty much a throw in villian to play the role. Hopefully the new Batman film does him justice. Not wanting to turn this into a Batman thread though! -- I'll throw Tron into the mix. I sometimes feel I'm the only person in the world that's seen this film when I make off the cuff references to it.

PS3 has pretty much hit the UK without much affect, I have the displeasure for working for GAME and we pretty much sell 1 PS3 every week. The general interest in them didn't hit any highs despite our best efforts, people want games to play on their £425 machine, PS3 in the UK has 8 games, 6 of which you can get/will get on the 360. UK consumers are also retards, they believed you could watch HD-DVDs on the PS3, we've had several customers try to return them as faulty cos they didn't play 'HD-DVD'. We then had to explain the whole VHS/BetaMax type of thing to them, which they said was a 'con'. The UK Models were downgraded to the US ones, in that we're not fully backwards compatiable with PS2 games. All in all PS3 isn't flopping, but it isn't doing wonders - it was almost as if Sega had released a new console. It's not doing anything apart from just sitting there. I'm going to hold out till Christmas to judge if Sony have killed themselves with the PS3 - after all March is a bad time to release a console. People are still recovering from Christmas spending, most people still waiting for a Nintendo Wii or bought an Xbox360 instead. Actually, thinking about Christmas coming its going to be PS3 v XboxElite w/ Halo3. -- Game in the UK sell pre-owned PS3's for £379. Sell them brand new for $425 standard, sell them with 2 controllers and a game for £475.

My old harddrive did that cos it was messed up and was dotted with bad sectors that sometimes the music files were shifted to, so I'd lose bits of the song and instead get a nasty loud static pop. I bought a new harddrive and everything was fine.
