I used to listen to WFAN ALL THE TIME before I had cable and was able to see all of the games. I'd listen to Mike & the Mad Dog all the time, and dammit, Mad Dog has a grating voice. He was very outspoken, but since I haven't listened to them in years, I can't tell ya. It's a show that I listened to on WFAN last summer while I was home for the summer. The black guys from Imus in the morning were the hosts and I found the show to be quite entertaining. It didn't have a specific time, but I managed to catch it sometimes. There would be a lazy Sunday where I would think, "I wish Sportsfunk was on," and I would end up listening to it by at some point that day. When did this happen and who is his co-host now? I would have kept Mike since he's the guy that seems to know everything. Russo is just the color, which he isn't overwhelmingly good at providing. I feel the same way about rap, so I end up listening to old rap and R&B. My favorite two R&B artists are 112, who are actually my favorite group, and R. Kelly. Well, I doubt we'll be hearing any new R. Kelly any time soon. New school R&B bugs me, because instead of singing about making love to your woman or something like that, its all about being a playa these days, with Ja Rule or someone else chiming in. I'll admit, I was one of the first to call for Ewing to be traded or let go, but I guess I was wrong. It just seemed to me that they did better without him in the lineup in the playoffs and he'd always miss the big plays. They need to restructure everything, from front office down. I'm in Baltimore now and kind of sucks being away from all of my sports teams. The only team that I haven't really missed lately is the Knicks. I kind of lucked out though because I moved into an apartment down here at the end of last summer and we have been getting free cable somehow. I am a Michael Jordan fan and the company that we've been getting cable from managed to get a deal with the Wizards before Jordan came back, which meant that they got to show all of the games this year. As far as the Knicks rebuilding, I wouldn't count on it because they fans wouldn't come to the games if they felt that the Knicks were rebuilding.
