Chris Kreski and Tony Blacha were the head writers for the lead feuds from Dec. 1999 to Sept. 2000, which is when the Steph effect came about. Gerwitz wrote just the comedy crap during 2000 and was responsible for the hand birth. For those who want to see what he looks like he was the doctor who delivered the hand apparantly he wanted to be there for his masterpiece.

If the MSG RAW was the one after SummerSlam...

 

then no...he got no reaction.

 

That led to the posts about how he was over as a face on the ppv..not over on RAW...then magically over as a heel on the taped show the next day.

I think their reasoning was that people either are or are not gonna buy the PPV, and price isn't gonna be the factor.
