The REAL One and Only ESTABLISHMENT~! Thread

I'm always bringing the Molly love wherever I go. That picture of her in some unestablished poster's sig is very nice. And I'm all about the ghetto booty, yo, so I'd definitely have to hold down Molly. Not to mention fuck the boss' daughter, put the title on myself, make myself the focal point of all programming, and only surround myself with people who could never outshine me. That'd be A-OK.

Well folks, the Establishment saves lives as well! Your very own fearless leader assisted in averting a suicide attempt this evening. Be proud.

The Establishment does not like this Weezel fellow or however he is spelling it. He's GONE the moment one of us has our PMs read by a moderator. Um, you guys have tried that, right?

Regardless, he'll fade away and go to troll heaven where he'll meet up with zacalex, N3cron, lexlugerrules, and 4life.

Ehh, we've absorbed all of his threads into our massive juggernaut of an ESTABLISHED machine, so the threat is over whether he sticks around or not, as we'll just absorb any other threads of his as well.

I'd like to say that we scored another victory for the establishment.

Like, Kotz I took did something of worth.

I held a door open for a lady.

The establishment must have higher manners than the heathens below us.

Anything else would be, uncivilized

"The Most Dangerous Game"

In the short story “The Most Dangerous Game” Rainsford gets stranded on an island with Zaroff (a hunter that hunt humans). Rainsford and Zaroff seemingly have similar interest, knowledge, but different attitudes. Between the dialogue carried on with Rainsford and Zaroff, it is easy to tell that both men enjoy hunting. Each man has a passion for hunting although their prey might not be the same. Both men have an establishment of money for them to hunt when they want to. Knowledge is a key factor in hunting as seen when Zaroff is hunting Rainsford. To be a hunter, one assumes that extensive intelligence is needed in the art of hunting. When Rainsford and Zaroff are talking over dinner, they talk about all their knowledge in the game of hunting. The two hunters show a distinct difference in their attitudes. While Rainsford likes to hunt animals, Zaroff hunts people. Zaroff values his life over anyone’s. Many people would think Zaroff is cruel for what he does. On the otherhand, although Rainsford hunts animals he does not stoop low enough to hunt and kill people just because hunting is not “fun” to him anymore. At the end, Zaroff finally gets his due as Rainsford beats him in his own game of hunting.

Please tell me this was a parody, not what you really turned in.

I'd just like to say....

Establishment is something I will strive for until the end of my days here on the Smart Marks board. I long for it...I'd die for your acceptance, I am like a high school outcast looking for a niche, a notch, something like that.

Accept me or I'll die!

"Established Dandy Man" makes him sound like an effeminate guy. TC already fills that role, so, it is better to go with the latter.

I'm so pathetic, I have to butcher mod SNs to get messageboard heat!!!!

Oh hell no. Thank goodness I didn't come to the board until now.

The Establishment frowns on any slander of Kylie Minogue and/or Sophie Ellis-Bextor.

The Puro dweebs can all screw themselves and go back to being the stereotype that they actually are.

Spiff will NEVER be established if I hear something like that again.

Voting, once again, is next Monday. Five potential inductees will be nominated, and the Established ones will all PM their votes to me. Whoever gets second place in the induction is automatically nominated again the next week.

I hated that fucking story. It ranks right up there with The Hobit.

I never read the former, but The Hobbit is part of my life that I want back, dammit. Bloody 6th Grade English.
