Guest The Superstar Report post Posted June 6, 2003 Everblades Arena - Fort Myers, Florida This was renamed to the TECO Arena, although it only holds about 10,000. Not to mention it's only 15 minutes from where I live. Hint, hint.

Guest ToddRoyal Report post Posted July 28, 2003 Don't know why I decided to check out this thread since I don't book matches, but I figured I'd see what was listed for my area (New England). Venues used for WWF/E and WCW shows in the past that aren't listed are: Augusta Civic Center- Augusta, ME- though its being renovated right now IIRC. Whittemore Center, University of New Hampshire- Durham, NH- Home of the Raw where Austin hurled the I-C belt into the Piscataqua River. Rutland Civic Center- Rutland, VT- Smallerish arena, but the only one in VT to hold wrestling events, and helpful if we ever want to try and hit all 50 states And on the Small ECW venue area: Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom- Hampton Beach, NH- Home of all kinds of concerts no one cares about and an ECW show or two. Oh, and its Worcester, MA not Worchester. Pronounced WOOS-ter, not WOR- chester. Damn New England pronounciations.
Guest ToddRoyal Report post Posted July 28, 2003 Crap. Double post. Sooo...more New England pronounciations for the unenlightend... Gloucester, MA- GLAW-ster, not gl-OW-chester

Rawknight 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2003 Crap. Double post. Sooo...more New England pronounciations for the unenlightend... Gloucester, MA- GLAW-ster, not gl-OW-chester Of course the correct way to promounce Golucester from the original is with a really bad south west english accent. SO think like a Pirate (the Piratical Aaaaaaar comes from that area) and repeat GLAAAAR-STIR GLAAAAR-STIR GLAAAAR-STIR Also for those about to visit the UK... Leicester is pronounced "LESS-ster" Worcester is pronounced "WOO-ster" Southwell in Nottinghamshire is pronounced "SUTH-ALL" and Derby is pronounced "Away in a manger no crib for a bed, the little lord Jesus looked up and he said, We hate DAR-bee and We hate DAR-bee. We hate DAR-bee and We hate DAR-bee. We hate DAR-bee and We hate DAR-bee, We are the DAR-bee haters, sheep sheep sheepshaggers AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"

The Raw tour stopped there last year. To be EVEN more exact it's the Notitngham Arena at the National Ice Center. And I live about 50 yards from it And I was there in my England shirt and Union Jack Bandana.

OK, so assuming my wrestler (the stats for whom I have just sent off) gets approved, there will be two SWFers from Nottingham. That's damn freaky. Toxxic 0 Report post Posted February 2, 2004 Great, that's two of you I have to drop into on Wednesday when I come up to look at the uni. Damn you people I hope you mean Trent. If you mean Nottingham Proper then as a Trent graduate I have to legitimately hate you. However, if you happen to visit Ye Olde Trip To Jeruslam (the oldest inn in England) during the day then you will find me doing what I do best - carrying plates of food out to students who shouldn't be able to afford it and middle-aged people who should know better. Dace59 0 Report post Posted February 2, 2004 I mean Nottingham Proper. I've had a offer from Trent, but I'd much rather get into Nottingham. As it seems your Trent education did so much for you I'll have to see how the day pans out. And Card, if you're the World Champ, I will start the Trinity revenage campain in real life, mwahahah

As it seems your Trent education did so much for you I'll have to see how the day pans out. And Card, if you're the World Champ, I will start the Trinity revenage campain in real life, mwahahah The fact that I went to Trent has nothing to do with it. The fact that I chose such a useless degree might have done. But I can see it's pointless talking to you. If you're thinking of going to Proper then you must obviously be rich, posh, far too clever or all three. So what if my girlfriend went there and earns nearly twice as much as me? Coincidence I tell you, coincidence!
Dace59 0 Report post Posted February 2, 2004 Lol. What degree did you do then? I'm heading for a Pysics Masters. I'm not posh (I'm a bloody Brummie!), my family arent rich (hello world of debt!) and I'm smart, but I'm not THAT smart (too much of my brain goes to porn, wrestling moves and metal). Hehe, I actually have to get into Proper anyway. Which isn't going to be easy. I can see myself at Trent if my A Levels continue to be a bitch.
