Guest bob_barron Report post Posted June 6, 2003 Another ****1/2 gem- Masato Tanaka vs Ron Killings : Spinebuster by Masato Tanaka, executed with Arn-esque perfection. Masato Tanaka gets taken down out of nowhere. Dropkick connects, Tanaka goes down. Driven DDT by Ron Killings. Back heel kick off the second rope, Daniels goes down. Fleisch \ Lethal whip Xavier into the ropes and hit a double backdrop. HBK-style splash from the top of the ladder! Fleisch only gets knees on a splash. Driven DDT by Christopher Daniels. The ring shook violently, instantly making it better at selling than some of the current roster. Christopher Daniels blasts Lethal with a slingshot into the ladder. Tiger suplex on Fleisch, right from out of the Misawa playbook. Jody Fleisch gets sent flying to the outside. Meanwhile, Jay Lethal is climbing the ladder! Daniels \ Xavier see it...and run forward, knocking the ladder over! Lethal gets sent from the ladder, over the top rope to the outside! Daniels \ Xavier set the ladder up, and climb up to claim the prize and get the victory! This was missing something, so it only gets a ****1\2 rating. Jay Lethal vs Christopher Daniels (For The ROH Intercontinental Title) : Jay Lethal strikes Daniels. Jay Lethal with a whip into the ladder. Lethal hits a dropkick on Christopher Daniels. Lethal hits a dropkick on Christopher Daniels. Daniels kicks Jay Lethal in the gut to reverse the momentum. Flying DDT off the middle of the ladder by Christopher Daniels. Guest Lightning Flik Report post Posted June 11, 2003 Anyone have accurate stats for La Resistance and Gail Kim? I know Dupree is in the game, but how accurate are his current stats? Not that great. You should probably get the RaveX 15 Update as it'll be more accurate. Although, considering the RaveX gang is currently helping with the production of EWR 4.0 (more specifically) getting all the wrestlers' pics, don't expect further updates. Guest Lightning Flik Report post Posted June 17, 2003 (edited) So I just created my own Global company in EWR. I have a storyline running that most of all the Raw superstars have fled the WWE because they have taken enough abuse and have left the WWE. Thusly they come to my created company to not be abused. Just curious though. I currently have a curious question. I have two characters at 90 over. Who should I push to the main event to help out Chris Jericho face off against Sting and Bret Hart? I've got Rob Van Dam or Kane. I'm considering RVD because he's the Whole Damn Show. Or Kane because he's a no selling machine heel in my company. Whoever doesn't go into the ME, will be facing off against Booker T to get the two to the ME. So I was figuring RVD to face Booker T, but then again... I really don't know. Help would be appreciated. Edit: While I'm at it, I set up tourneys for the CPW World and National titles. Here are the brackets. Why not predict the tourneys? Or at the very least take a guess at who will win? This is how the tourneys shape up. World Title Tourney Quarter1: Bret Hart vs Scott Steiner Quarter2: Booker T vs Chris Jericho Quarter3: Sting vs Kane Quarter4: RVD vs Goldust National Title Tourney Qualifier1: Randy Orton vs Devon Storm Qualifier2: Shane Douglas vs Lash LeRoux Qualifier3: Jeff Hardy vs Scorpio Qualifier4: Johnny B. Badd vs Steve Corino Qualifier5: Tito Ortiz vs Lance Storm Qualifier6: Chris Candido vs Al Snow Quarter1: Qualifier1 vs Qualifier4 Quarter2: Qualifier2 vs Qualifier5 Quarter3: Qualifier3 vs Qualifier6 Quarter4: Tommy Dreamer vs Christian (yes, both men got a bye) Edited June 17, 2003 by Lightning Flik
Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted June 19, 2003 You will get better matches out of RVD and Kane can be covered in tag matches with Jericho. If this was real, I think Jericho using Kane as his monster bodyguard against the old guard as he tries to 'break the glass ceiling' is a decent storyline. For your tourneys: Quarter1: Bret Hart Quarter2: Chris Jericho Quarter3: Sting (Sting beating Kane helps to set that feud up) Quarter4: RVD Then Jericho over Sting through Kane interference and Hart over RVD. Jericho tries to use Kane interference again the title match, but it backfires and Sting makes the save. National Title Tourney Qualifier1: Randy Orton Qualifier2: Lash LeRoux Qualifier3: Scorpio Qualifier4: Johnny B. Badd Qualifier5: Lance Storm Qualifier6: Al Snow Quarter1: Badd over Orton Quarter2: LeRoux over Storm Quarter3: Snow over Scorpio Quarter4: Christian Christian over Badd with cheating LeRoux over Snow LeRoux over Christian (I'd put the belt on LeRoux, I was using him in a fed until he got stolen from me and he was hella good)

I forgot alignments... World title contenders Main Eventers Faces: Bret Hart, Sting Heels: Chris Jericho Uppercarders Faces: Booker T, Goldust Heels: Scott Steiner, Kane, RVD National title contenders Midcarders Faces: Al Snow, Devon Storm, Johnny B. Badd, Jeff Hardy Heels: Christian, Lance Storm, Shane Douglas, Scorpio Lowercarders Faces: Lash LeRoux, Tito Ortiz, Tommy Dreamer Heels: Chris Candido, Randy Orton, Steve Corino Now I only point that out, incase something fucks up ugly. Well, I gotta go back to square one, as I accidently destroyed my files (I had every single save running so delete some), hit the wrong one I guess. No biggy really, as I wrote done my whole roster and hadn't started the new fed to begin with. Still though, I can use what you say for the World title bout. Makes a lot of sense, and considering that, it helps set up next months PPV. At least assuming I want that as a headlining PPV ME or half ass it and let a title match happen. So you think I should leave Kane in the uppercard then as a bodyguard for Chris Jericho? Hm, could be possibilities. Lash over Christian? Um... I don't think Christian *considering he's like almost an uppercarder himself* would willing job out to a guy with around 55 overness. Might be a tough sell. Hm... I'll have to check. I wish I could bring in some of my developmental talent, but almost all of it is need of charisma boosts. As my company is a Global one, and yet, I have small active talent roster. Sucks... If you are wondering why I have WWE talent, and NOT WWE, it's because all of the Raw roster fled Raw after Bad Blood to my newly created company. At least that's the storyline there
Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted June 19, 2003 From my experience with Lash he gets over really fast if you give him decent guys to work with and interview time. I've never been big on Christian myself, but from what you've listed, I'd put the belt on Badd or Snow and then have Christian feud with them, winning the feud. I'd have Lash feud with Corino, then say Douglas if he's still not over enough to feud with Christian. As for developmental guys with little charisma, just give them managers with high charisma and base any interviews or backstage segements around the manager. If you don't have enough guys on your roster, you will lose PI at a decent clip.

Add I've only got a single show for now, I'm kinda making sure I hit all the bases. It's just I want like some decent stats for charisma as I HATE giving people managers as I always have said managers bitching that I never use them enough. Pointless for me really. Besides, when you've got a development group of 36 people, I think I shouldn't have to worry about having roster problems. Insane amount of people, but I took a lot of the youngsters as much of the main roster right now is older crew that will probably be leaving in about maybe a year or two. In that time, I can build and rotate quality talent from development camp into the fold easily.

Guest DawnBTVS Report post Posted June 20, 2003 Damn...just got a ****1/2 star match on Raw between Owen Hart and Bret Hart(Bret=Face, Owen=Heel) for the WWF Title. The brothers are feuding in this 1994 Scenario(My self created one) and this is leading up to Wrestlemania X. Bret Hart vs Owen Hart (For The WWF World Heavyweight Title) : Owen Hart scores with a back heel kick on Hitman. Rocket hits a wicked chop that echoes through the building. Driven DDT by Owen Hart. The ring shook violently, instantly making it better at selling than some of the current roster. Legsweep out of Nowhere. Where is Nowhere, and why do moves keep coming out of there? Does it have a factory? Owen Hart misses a clothesline. Big dropkick by Bret Hart, who got good elevation. Reverse DDT into a backbreaker by Bret Hart, great move. There's a two count on the pin. Owen Hart takes the advantage after a i-block-your-punch-you-don't-block-mine routine. Super frankensteiner on Hitman, who hit hard. Hooks the leg for a two count. Vicious kick to the teeth from Owen Hart. Pin, but Hitman is out just before the three count. Bret Hart fights out of a grapple. Rocket gets caught with a belly to belly suplex from Hitman. Owen Hart avoids a Bret Hart avalanche. Driven DDT by Owen Hart. The ring shook violently, instantly making it better at selling than some of the current roster. Bret Hart slugs Owen Hart, sending him down into the corner. While Hitman fires up the crowd, Rocket is removing the turnbuckle pad! Bret Hart comes over...but Rocket grabs him by the tights and uses the leverage to slingshot Bret Hart face first into the exposed steel turnbuckle! Owen Hart rolls up the stunned Bret Hart, and even puts his feet on the second rope to add insult to injury! 1....2...3! What a display of cheating from Owen Hart. Owen Hart leaves the ring and heads off down the aisle at speed. Rocket has the victory, and isn't hanging around for Bret Hart to look for revenge. Almost a ***** match...but it was missing something, so it only gets a ****1\2. Overall=96% Crowd Reaction=100% Match Quality=88% Owen's the new WWF Champ heading into WM X and I'm hoping I can get a 5* match there.
