I'll go with Austin/HHH vs Jericho/Benoit. 2002: Angle/Benoit vs Rey/Edge 2003: Angle vs Benoit, may they be allowed to hook it up again before the year is out.

I feel the same way. Bret/Owen in 1994 is sort of a toss-up with the Wrestlemania match, but I simply enjoy the Summerslam match more. Perfect/Bret at KOTR is better than their Summerslam 1991 match.
