As you may guess because of the cover, (or maybe not, 'cuz it is kinda small) it's a concept album based on the Spawn storyline. I have it because 1, it looks neat, 2, the album OWNS YOUR FUCKING BALLS, and 3, the Eddie face I had been using for the longest time died on me one day. A sad day, indeed.
