Guest Choken One Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 It is now 3:30. The Show HAS to be over by now.
Guest Choken One Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 The show had to be so fucking boring if no one even bothered to post reports...
Guest Choken One Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 The clock is ticking away toward Vengeance, which is this Sunday, live on pay-per-view from the Pepsi Center in Denver! In fact, the last stop before Vengeance is this Thursday's episode of SmackDown!, airing at 8 p.m./7 CT on UPN from the Selland Arena in Fresno, Calif.! Appropriately, this week's SmackDown! will have a pay-per-view quality main event, as Kurt Angle, Brock Lesnar & Zach Gowen team to take on the Big Show & The World's Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas). That means that all three members of Sunday's Triple Threat WWE Championship (Lesnar, Angle, Show) will be in the same ring at the same time this Thursday night! Plus, with Gowen involved in this match, you know that Mr. McMahon won't be that far away. Will any more matches be announced for Vengeance? Will the APA invite anyone else to participate in their barroom brawl? What else is going to happen? Find out this Thursday night (8/7 CT on UPN) on SmackDown! [ Credit: WWE.com This helps a little
Guest JRE Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 Bah, they should have put Gowen in the 3 on 1 handicap match of Vince McMahon despair (or...against the WGTT and Show, if you prefer)
Guest Just call me Dan Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 That makes a lot of sense. Basically since Kurt could beat them by himself, he needs the liability of Brock and Gowan to make sure the odds are even.
Guest bravesfan Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 It's 11:37 in Fresno. They should be up soon (give or take 15 minutes).
Guest Choken One Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 I thought it was 3 hour difference? Not 4 hours.
Mecha Mummy Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 Show should DEFINITELY be over by now...
Guest Space_Cowboy Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 You could just post results from any recent Smackdown, it'll no doubt be the same crap it is every week. Gowan, Sable & the McMahons in every second segment, cruiserweights jobbing, Kurt looking foolish, Benoit being further locked away in the midcard, same as always.
Guest bravesfan Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 Friggin' Daylight Savings Time. Hawaii-Alaska-Pacific-Mountain-Central-Eastern (it's only 9:40 over here)
Guest Just call me Dan Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 Yeah Kurt looked ridiculous last week. [/sarcasm]
Guest Anglesault Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 U know U like it AS. Yep. Can't wait to see him monopolize the show AND be in the main again.
Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 Uh, aren't you forgetting one of the bright spots of Smackdown..... The Founder Of Thuganomics... John Cena!
Guest Just call me Dan Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 He's a bright spot unless he's used like last week. That was a waste of time.
Guest Choken One Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 U know U like it AS. Yep. Can't wait to see him monopolize the show AND be in the main again. How is HE monopolizing the show? Vince decided to do this...Gowan didnt
Guest NoCalMike Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 it's 12:34 here in Sacramento, Ca......no spoilers yet. Show probably sucked so bad that we are going to feel WORSE after reading them.
Guest Choken One Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 He's a bright spot unless he's used like last week. That was a waste of time. How you figure that? HE URINEATED on a GRAVE! Not much more can be done than that shit...
Guest BrokenWings Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 *ponders going to bed and reading them in the morning considering it's already 3:44 am*
Guest Just call me Dan Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 Bah, I must be thinking of 2 weeks ago, whenever Undertaker made him his bitch after Cena joined Vince's Kiss My Ass Club without literally doing it.
Guest Choken One Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 no! stay up and watch AS squirm as it's happening!
Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 Hmmm... What new ways will The Undertaker put down John Cena this week ? Out-rap him in a Freestyle Battle ? Or will Cena look strong going into Vengeance, only to get burried on Sunday.
Guest Choken One Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 Bah, I must be thinking of 2 weeks ago, whenever Undertaker made him his bitch after Cena joined Vince's Kiss My Ass Club without literally doing it. Cena put over McMahon. How many people can do that...
Guest BrokenWings Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 lol - why, you're right! It's far too good an opportunity to go to bed! *sits and waits for a bit longer*
Guest Just call me Dan Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 Many people put over Vince when they get that 1 week pairing, like Jericho or Angle, then what? Undertaker did the rest. HEY! Aren't you supposed to be no-selling my posts?
Guest Choken One Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 I just Hope SOH squashes Funaki again.
Guest Anglesault Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 U know U like it AS. Yep. Can't wait to see him monopolize the show AND be in the main again. How is HE monopolizing the show? Vince decided to do this...Gowan didnt I don't care why he's all over the god damned show getting more screen time than the champion, I care that he is.
