Guest Lightning Flik Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Dude...Calm down...All I was saying was that Canada tends to fuck up the booking direction... I didn't say CANADA IS THE SCUM OF THE WORLD or something...re fucking lax. Choken One, please read that post once again. You might notice that I had put in: (Note: The next part is in jest, you have been warned) So I'm totally relaxed.
Guest AndrewTS Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Flik: I've yet to figure out why HHH gets cheered, but possible reasons: 1. They hate his opponents. 2. Kayfabe-wise he's aligned with Ric Flair and sometimes Jericho. 3. He's beaten the shit out of HBK in two consecutive PPVs. 4. He's at least part French (well, that might work for some provinces, anyway). 5. They respect his work in 2000/2001 so much he's given a free ticket to keep sucking as much as he wants still--but Canada and WWE don't have the same thought processes so I doubt it. Canada will cheer HHH over Goldberg if Raw visits there, though. And it will be hilarious to see HHH expose Goldberg in the ring and on the mic.
Guest Nittany Lion Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 CHOKEN ONE IS MY BITCH....MOLESMOM IS A DEAD WHORE.....PRINCE PAUL OWNS YOU ARE ALLMY HOSTAGES BRING PP BACK
Guest Retro Rob Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Why is Vince going to be on Raw? I read the other day that Vince and Taker are going to be kept away from Kane to enforce the roster split. Eh, seeing Vince brutally beaten by Kane will be fun, but how does Shane play into this?
Guest Choken One Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Vince said he would confront Kane during that skit at Vengeance. Remember...Only Vince and Rock can float around.
Guest Retro Rob Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 I know that Vince can float, but the guy has been associated with SmacDown since Feb.
ChrisMWaters Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 I know that Vince can float, but the guy has been associated with SmacDown since Feb. Not counting the whole "30 Days, Eric" storyline.
Guest Retro Rob Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Alright, since March. Nevertheless, if you ask most fans what show McMahon is on, they will say SmackDown.
Guest the r-train Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 This is at wwe.com.... WILL KANE PAY FOR ATTACKING LINDA McMAHON? July 28, 2003 Just when we thought Kane couldn't possibly go any further, he did. Last week, the Big Red Machine brutally attacked WWE CEO Linda McMahon! Will Kane pay tonight on RAW (9/8 CT on The New TNN), live from the World Arena in Colorado Springs? Last night at Vengeance, Mr. McMahon announced that he will be at RAW to confront Kane. What will he have to say? And will he be in any condition to do anything after the beating he took last night? Also last week, Goldberg boldly declared that Triple H is "next," kicking off one of the most anticipated rivalries in WWE history. Goldberg and Triple H, along with the other members of Evolution, are scheduled to be in attendance tonight. Be prepared for anything! All this and more tonight on The New TNN at 9/8 CT.
Guest The Old Me Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Watch RAW tonight as HHH unifies the titles, and teaches Angle and Lesnar how to WORK~!
Guest Choken One Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Vince took a beating last night? I'd say the 4 Alarm BLood gash would indicate a beating...
Guest AndrewTS Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Also last week, Goldberg boldly declared that Triple H is "next," kicking off one of the most anticipated rivalries in WWE history. And since when is it a rivalry when that was the first time they've even talked to each other on camera?
B. Brian Brunzell Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Also last week, Goldberg boldly declared that Triple H is "next," kicking off one of the most anticipated rivalries in WWE history. And since when is it a rivalry when that was the first time they've even talked to each other on camera? Well, there was that incident at that convention a couple of years back. That's rivalry fuel, I guess. Oh well, it's not like this fued will set the wrestling world ablaze.

It's true on some sick perverted level of thinking

B. Brian Brunzell Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 They brought up Jericho and Goldberg's past in WCW, why no bring that one up? Plus, HHH can say whatever he wants, after all, RAW is the HHHappiest two hours of tv every Monday night.
Guest wwF1587 Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 i assume vince will announce shane as the new ceo for now while linda is gone and then challenge kane somehow... kane destroying vince will be G R E A T.. i shall watch just for that
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Or, this could turn out to be complete crap! Mr. (evil, mean, bastard) McMahon comes out tonight and says Linda got what she deserved, which will bring out Shane and we get another McMahon family feud on Raw. Where, of course, Vince Vs Shane will headline Summerslam.
Guest Choken One Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 speaking of crap...Just where has Le Resistance been?
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Getting bitch-smacked by Buh Buh Ray!
Guest Retro Rob Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 speaking of crap...Just where has Le Resistance been? Who?
Gert T Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Back to Goldberg-HHH, who the heck are these guys going to wrestle before the PPV? Is HHH going to wrestle just tag matches since go one is going to buy he'll lose a singles match (there's a hanging curveball). And I shudder to think who Goldberg will wrestle. I'm sure he'll destroy Flair and knowing his background, perhaps a contest to see who can move a tacking dummy the furthest.
Guest Choken One Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 knowing his background, perhaps a contest to see who can move a tacking dummy the furthest. At least we know what RVD is doing that night
Guest Askewniverse Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 speaking of crap...Just where has Le Resistance been? They jobbed to Garrison Cade and Mark Jindrak on Heat a few weeks ago. Maybe Grenier's getting punished or something.

Maybe Grenier's getting punished or something. So the tag team titles suffer as a result? Who am I kidding? Does anyone even care anymore about a division that consists of two teams?
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Does anyone really care about any title on Raw?
Guest Askewniverse Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 At this point, I'm starting to think that the titles on Raw are nothing more than glorified entrance attire.

It's true on some sick perverted level of thinking No, people wanted to see Austin-Goldberg, not HHH-Goldberg. That's the only match signing Goldy could have been worth, but they can't even do that anymore.
