The 4.0 NWA:TNA Diary

Recommended Posts

Ok, I needed to keep a record of stuff for my TNA Game, so I thought I might as well start a diary. Hell everyone else has. It's not a comedy one...it’s just to keep a track of things. So if you're after comedy, try madmatt's Pro Wrestling Hogan. Or Zack and Deacon's threads. But before you do, you can stay and read this! Feedback if you want, ignore me if you want...after all, I am only SJL TV Champion!

I'm already 5 weeks through, and already Sting has gone. Which screwed up my Raven/Sting feud. Oh well, he's unemployed now, and I'm not. Chris Hamrick, Nova, Blue Meanie, Paul London, Spanky, Shannon Ward, Norman Smiley, Jamal and Masato Tanaka have all been brought in, Hamrick and Nova to written contracts. I'm sure I've got rid of some more people, but I can't remember who, which is the reason for the diary.

As far as titles go, Styles is still World Champ. America's Most Wanted were going well as Tag Champs...until Chris Harris gets a drug addiction and has to go into rehab, so Low Ki and Daniels take over the titles. Sabin's X Champ still. And I created the US Title, putting it on Shane Douglas. Styles/D'Lo, Jarrett/Douglas, Sabu/Waltman, Kash/Red, Credible/Lynn and Kazarian/Sabin are my feuds so far.

*LAST WEEK'S SHOW RECAP*

Week 5 of TNA under Adam Ryland(forgot to change the damn name before I started) started off huge, as BRET HART~! debuts as the new TNA commissioner and then Amazing Red wins the US Title from Shane Douglas, Jeff Jarrett providing the assist. Continuing a feud, Jerry Lynn attacks Justin Credible backstage, showing unusual signs of anger in the process(and getting me the lowest ranking on the show in the process). Don Callis debuts The Network with Chris Hamrick, Abyss, Diamond, Swinger and Kid Kash being his clients. Callis was doing nothing, so I might as well from a new Network. Spanky gets a debut win over Julio Dinero, before 'Triple X 3'(Low Ki and Daniels) defend the Tag Title Belts against Frankie Kazarian and James Storm. Trinity and A.J Styles beat Devon Storm and Shannon Ward in a Mixed Tag Match, as that DASTARD A.J Styles hits the Styles Clash on Shannon. And finally Jeff Jarrett beats D'Lo by DQ, due to interference from Shane Douglas, who is then attacked by D'Lo.

*NEXT WEEK PREVIEW*

~Already booked, the main event will be a tag team match. Two feuds continued in one segment. A.J Styles and Shane Douglas team up to take on D'Lo Brown and Jeff Jarrett. Of course D'Lo and Styles have been warring over the World Title in recent weeks, and of course Jeff Jarrett and Shane Douglas have been feuding in recent weeks. D'Lo is also looking for retribution over Shane Douglas, after Douglas cost D'Lo his match against Double J last week. Let's see if the continuity will please the almighty Dames, because got knows not much else does!

~What agenda does new NWA:TNA Commissioner Bret Hart have? We may find out, as we see the return of Jive Talking, with Glen Gilberti.

~The new NWA US Champion The Amazing Red makes his first title defence next week, as he goes one on one with Elix Skipper of Triple X. Meanwhile, Elix's team-mates Low Ki and Christopher Daniels will be defending the NWA Tag Team Championships again, and again they will be facing James Storm and a partner of his choosing. Get used to it, because until Harris gets back this may become a regular occurrence.

~Last week The Network were introduced by Don Callis, what impact will they have this week on Kid Kash's one on one battle with new TNA star Spanky?

~Bret Hart, Spanky and Chris Hamrick debuted last week, Norman Smiley the week before. Another debut has been promised this week, but who could it be?

~Will I piss off Dames and use some angle time for the 3 Live Crew?

All this and more on Anarchy in the Asylum Week 6, live on PPV, Wednesday night October 8th.

Ok showtime...but first off, e-mail time...

From: Konnan

How about booking me against Shane Douglas? I'm sure we could do some pretty entertaining stuff that the fans would like.

Konnan and Douglas? Entertaining? That would be funny. But it's not as not as good as Sting requesting to work against Chuck Palumbo in my WWE fed.

Ok, I agree with good old Todd in his RoH diary(read it, I've already plugged everyone else). The commentary does get a little repetitive, so I'll write it kind of like he does. Only better. Like I do pole matches. :P Lol, jk. I'll give Dames' star ratings, just to show him how harsh he can be. Anyway, on wih the show...

NWA:TNA- ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 6

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

Dark Match

Nova vs Chris Hamrick

Nice way to kick things off for the crowd, with an X-Division Match. But, Nova's only been around TNA for a couple of weeks, and Hamrick just debuted last week. As such, the crowd isn't really into the match, despite the two putting on quite the show for them. That's what you get for being a team-mate with the Blue Meanie and being a Network flunky I guess. Oh yes, Hamrick is part of The Network, and as such there's a Network presence hanging over the match. But funnily enough they don't get involved. Anyway, Nova makes the mistake of trying to get some crowd reaction, and Hamrick uses an exposed steel turnbuckle to his advantage, and to get a win. He'll learn...

Crowd: 55%

Match: 83%

Overall: 69%

Dames Rating: **1/2

Notes: Nova lost overness from this match. Chris Hamrick gained overness from this match.

Before Hamrick can even begin to celebrate, someone in street clothes hops over the barrier. Well...replace 'street clothes' with 'imitation baseball shirt and leather shorts'. And 'hops' by 'rolls awkwardly'. And 'someone' with '400 pound guy with braids'. Hmm...I wonder who that could be. The guy grabs a steel chair, and takes out Chris Hamrick with a chair shot. Showing he's an 'equal opportunity ass kicker', he then takes the chair to Nova. And we finally get a good shot of him...and it's former WWE star Jamal! Or rather, it's Ekmo. We don't want to annoy those WWE officials and get sued now do we?

The PPV kicks off proper, and what a way to do so...

NWA Tag Team Titles

Triple X 3© vs James Storm and ???

Dames informs us all that Triple X 3 have been NWA Tag Team champions since 24 September 2003. James Storm was one of the former champions, before Russo stripped the belts. Seeing as Chris Harris is in rehab, he did't really have a choice. And last week, Storm recruited Frankie Kazarian to be his partner, but Triple X retained. This week however, Storm has a different partner...and he's Mad Mikey. Obviously he's so mad, he walks into the ring and straight into a Low Ki lariat. Nice back and forth match, Triple X try to stay away from Storm as much as possible. Eventually Triple X get the win with the Last Rites on Mikey, and celebrate their win.

Crowd: 61%

Match: 81%

Overall: 71%

Dames Rating: **1/2 because apparantely he didn't mark out. Well he did...I guess he just ignored the Implant DDT mark out. Oh well.

Notes: The NWA Tag Team titles have gained in image.

JIVE TALKING with Glenn Gilberti

Special guest: Commissioner Bret Hart

Gilberti's in the ring as we're back, and he's got his couch back. But there's no crazy disco stuff. That's because Glenn's changed. He's not about Jive Talking anymore. It's STRAIGHT talking for him. And he wants some straight talking from Bret Hart! That's the cue as Hart's music hits, and the crowd erupt, Bret walks out. He gives the sunglasses to a kid at ringside, just like the old days, and enters the ring, understandably wary of Gilberti's motives. Anyway Gilberti questions Bret's motives in the TNA, and Bret says he wants someone to challenge the WWE, because if they don't wrestling will slowly crumble. TNA chants for that. Bret wants TNA to challenge the WWE...but they can't, as long as Vince Russo is going around making decisions for his buddies good. Gilberti objects, but is asked how he got his show back and soon shuts up. Anyway, Bret's here to be the troubleshooting commissioner...for the fans. And for wrestling's good. What a nice guy.

Overall: 74%

Bret's still leaving and playing to the fans, as we have to cut backstage to where Raven is in catering. Well...the catering trolley. This whole open contract business isn't helping our financial status. But anyway, Raven's there and grabs himself some coffee, but suddenly notices Julio Dinero, and calls out to him. Dinero just disappears though, and Raven shrugs his shoulders...but is suddenly attacked from behind! He goes crashing forward into the trolley, as suddenly Dinero and Alexis Laree pounce on Raven! They stomp away on Raven until a voice says 'Stop!'...and they do. They back off, as into the shot walks CM PUNK...and tells Raven 'his time is up', before leaving with his Gathering buddies

Overall: 78%

NWA US Title

The Amazing Red© vs Elix Skipper

Red won the title last week from Shane Douglas, but had a bit of help from Jeff Jarrett. Tonight's his first defence. And the crowd are still acting pretty indifferent, even for Amazing Red. Must be an off night in the Asylum. Anyway, pretty short match, but still good enough. Elix keeps the crowd subdued, until from out of nowhere, Red counters a Play of the Day into a sitout powerbomb, and nails the Infra Red for a pretty impressive win.

Crowd: 63%

Match: 78%

Overall: 70%

Dames Rating: **1/4

Kid Kash vs Spanky

Spanky also debuted last week, and as a nice guy face, he's a perfect opponent for obnoxious Kid Kash. Hopefully. Well it was a decent match. A very decent match. Still the crowd are less into the show than previous weeks, which is worrying me slightly. Oh well, both men hit the usual high impact, high flying moves, including a Frog Splash from Spanky that could rival RVD's. Spanky almost wins with a hurricanrana, but Kash just escapes, and after that the Network's hired gun Abyss runs down, dropping Spanky across the ropes and allowing Kash to hit the Cha Ching for a cheap win.

Crowd: 66%

Match: 90%

Overall: 78%

Dames Rating: ***1/2

After the match, it seems The Network want Spanky out of action, as the big man and Kid Kash double team Amazing Red. Finally the crowd get into things, trying to help Red out with chants, but they can't help. Thankfully Norman Smiley can, running down with a chair to save the day and chase off Abyss and Kash.

Backstage, it seems Vince Russo has taken offence to something. He's got his ANGRY~! face on. And he suddenly bursts into the commissioner’s office, getting right up in Bret's face. Russo goes into a looong rant about Bret being the new guy, and Russo being the real boss, before taking offence to Bret's claims that Russo is bias. Bret responds by standing up from his desk, and getting back into Russo's face, telling him soon enough Russo'll be forced to change. Russo backs off, and walks off as Bret sits back down. That Hitman...he's so cool.

Overall: 75%

While this has been going on, Justin Credible has entered the ring, and he looks like he's selling injuries from last week. Pity he didn't sell them last week. Oh well, I guess Rene Dupree would be proud. Back to Justin...he's angry because Jerry Lynn attacked him last week. And he has a challenge for Jerry Lynn. 'Grow some balls and get out here, cause I'm calling you out!' Now that's a challenge! Jerry walks out and eventually attacks Justin. The two exchange heated right hands, in and out of the crowd before finally they brawl all the way to the back.

Overall: 51%

Notes: Jerry Lynn lost overness from this segment

So Lynn loses overness again. Great. I think Jerry may be in need of a charisma transfusion. Or a manager. Whichever's cheaper.

Main Event

Jeff Jarrett and D'Lo Brown vs A.J Styles and Shane Douglas

Styles does not hold an in-ring win in his feud with D'Lo, Jarrett doesn't hold one in his feud with Douglas. Styles is the NWA Champion as well, so this should be interesting. Jarrett is dominated by Styles and Douglas for the majority of the match, the two showing pretty decent teamwork in the process. Eventually D'Lo gets the hot tag, and it is hot as FINALLY the crowd are into a match. D-Lo does the HOUSE EN FUEGO house clearing, before Douglas nails a sneaky lowblow. A 'Franchiser' follows, despite Douglas changing his gimmick. The Franchise Player gimmick is always un-over. Before Douglas can get the win, Jarrett spears him out of the ring and they brawl to the back. Meanwhile, with the crowd behind him D-Lo manages to hit a Rude Awakening, and a Lo Down for a three count on the World Champion!

Crowd: 79%

Match: 75%

Overall: 77%

Dames Rating: **1/4

D'Lo celebrates as the show ends, A.J looking on in shock as he retreats to the back.

Best Match: Kid Kash vs Spanky

Hottest Match: Jarrett/D'Lo vs Styles/Douglas

Worst Match: Jarrett/D'Lo vs Styles/Douglas

72% is a decent enough score for me, seeing as my best for TNA is only 73%. Maybe we an improve next week. Maybe the crowd will be into the show a little more. Maybe you'll get a preview later...

What is it with Shane Douglas?

From: Sandman

Shane Douglas would be a great opponent for me, how about putting us together in some matches?

When did Douglas suddenly become everyone's favourite opponent...for that matter, why would Sandman request a match with a guy he dislikes?

Oh well, he may get his wish, because my roster's just diminished a little. The WWE have signed Shark Boy, Legend and Mike Sanders to written contracts. And Hulk Hogan signed for them as well. So I may have to bust out a few written contracts myself to save myself from losing my top talents. At least it was only those three...so far.

Good news though. On reliable information from SKeith on the grapplefanatics site, Ikudo Hidaka sings up to an open contract. He also works for FLI and has touring commitments with NOAH, and according to SKeith he's the closest modern day worker to the Dynamite Kid. Notice he didn't put Benoit there for some reason.

Oh well, it's time for...

*NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW*

~Last week...D'Lo Brown beat A.J Styles cleanly, and finally added a little more heat on their feud in the process. Will A.J grant a title shot to D'Lo this week? Will D'Lo have to earn his shot further? Will we get a little bait and switch from these two?

~Meanwhile, Jeff Jarrett and Shane Douglas' feud continues to rage on, with no end seemingly in sight. This week, the two will do war in a 'Dream Partners Match', meaning both men can choose anyone from the locker room to partner them. But with egos the size of these two men's, neither man has any real allies, so their choices will be interesting to say the least.

~Raven was the victim of an ambush last week from his former Gathering, the Gathering which have deseted him for CM Punk. Raven has challenged Punk to a match this coming week, but will Punk accept. And what are his reasons for going after Raven?

~James Storm's quest to bring back the Tag Team Titles continues on. This week, he has pre-announced his partner as the reigning NWA US Champion The Amazing Red, as they take on the highly impressive Tag Team Champions Christopher Daniels and Low Ki, 'Triple X 3'.

~Former WWE superstar Ekmo debuted last week with a bang, gaining enemies along the way as he destroyed Nova and Chris Hamrick after their match, and now he must face allies of the two men as it will be Ekmo vs The Blue Meanie vs Simon Diamond as the dark match. You've got to be there live to see it! (that'll sell those spare tickets...)

~Also, Norman Smiley teams with Spanky to take on Abyss and Kid Kash. Sean Waltman is the special guest on Straight Talking with Glenn Gilberti. And a four way tag team elimination match will see the NWA:TNA debut of Japanese standouts Masato Tanaka and Ikudo Hidaka.

NWA:TNA- ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 7

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

Dark Match

Ekmo vs The Blue Meanie vs Simon Diamond

Ekmo debuted last week by taking out Hamrick and Nova. And now, it’s payback time. Or not. Diamond does get a HOUSE...EN...FUEGO~! from Dames, but Meanie and Ekmo stop him quickly, and a clothesline pins Diamond. Yep. A clothesline. Big chants for Meanie, but they do little good as Ekmo dominates from there in and nails the Big Splash for three and a debut win for the big man.

The PPV itself begins with D'Lo Brown in the ring. BIG D'Lo chants as he stands and waits for them to die down a little. Eventually he gets to speak, and his words are 'A.J...GET OUT HERE NOW!!!' He's intense you see. But A.J doesn't come out. This causes D'Lo to use the old manhood trick, and calls A.J yellow. A few more taunts, and A.J finally walks out and we may have a fight on our hands. A.J enters the ring and D'Lo quickly makes a challenge. He wants a World Title shot, and he wants it TONIGHT! Styles takes a microphone and starts explaining how D'Lo doesn't deserve a shot, how he's not prepared...so D'Lo gives him a 'Cut the bullsh*t'. See...we're risque too. Anyway, D'Lo reacts to the crowd trying to start up a 'bullsh*t' chant, which allows Styles to nail a belt shot from behind! The crowd boo loudly, as Styles stands over D'Lo, and raises the belt in the air in triumph.

Overall: 69%

Four Team Elimination Match

Ace In The Hole vs Gettin' Rowdy vs SAT vs Ikudo Hidaka and Masato Tanaka

This is the TNA debut for Tanaka and Hidaka. The crowd are a little indifferent, seeing as Hidaka isn't the most well known wrestler in the world. We don't all read SKeith you know. Hidaka and Tanaka show some nice signs of teamwork for a new team, as do Gettin' Rowdy who of course are the reunited Ron Killings and B.G James. Tanaka gets rid of David Young early, eliminating Ace in the Hole. The SAT aren't allowed to hit many high flying moves, and go early as well curteosy of Gettin' Rowdy. It comes down to Gettin' Rowdy and the Japanese Dream Team, and both teams put on a decent match. Tanaka just escapes a debut loss off a spinebuster, and comes back into the match to allow Hidaka to get the win with the 'Shawn Capture' submission.

Raven's out from the back soon after, and looks angry. Not his usual solemn look. He grabs a microphone and calls out CM Punk...but it seems CM isn't around. Julio Dinero walks out, and informs Raven that CM isn't here tonight. Boo! But never mind, because Julio wants a fight. He was Raven's lacky for months, and now he's going to show what this lacky can do.

Julio Dinero vs Raven

Julio storms the ring right after this, and the fight is on. A pretty heated match, Julio showing he's much more than an underdog by taking control of some periods of the match. Raven eventually gains the advantage, the fans not too sure which guy to get behind at some points. Raven nails an Evenflow, but a foot on the ropes from Dinero saves the match much to Raven's disgruntlement. After an arguement with the ref, he gets ref bumped and all hell breaks loose. Raven hits another Evenflow, just as CM Punk runs down the aisle and smashes the steel chair over Raven's head. Julio gets the pin from this, and a cheap win. CM and Julio attack Raven after the match, beating him down mercilessly until referees swarm out to halt them.

Mike Awesome of the New Church Disciples stands backstage, when suddenly Shane Douglas walks by and taps him on the shoulder. Awesome turns around confused, to see the smiling Douglas. James Mitchell steps into view, and seeing the two men together, gives a smile and a laugh...a blood curdling laugh. Well, it was an evil laugh at least. Douglas responds with a smile, and says 'I take it the deal is still on then', before nodding and walking off.

NWA Tag Team Titles

Triple X 3© vs James Storm and The Amazing Red

James Storm's quest for the Tag Team Belts continued, and what a partner. Red had Triple X 3 reeling from the start with a flurry of big moves which took the champs by surprise. Daniels and Low Ki regrouped like the true champions they are, and took down Red nullifying his high flying style, and also the crowd. Red, ever resiliant, fought back and got the hot tag to Storm, who fought off both Triple Xers until Daniels manages to nail a DDT from the top rope. Legitimatly, Dames called it. Red then came close to getting the win with a buzzsaw kick, only for Daniels to make the save. With Storm hurt on the outside, Triple X managed to capitalise and the Last Rites finished off the US Champion, as Triple X 3 win again.

STRAIGHT TALKING with Glenn Gilberti

Special guest: Sean Waltman

Gilberti and Waltman are in the ring to start things off, and they seem pretty chummy. Waltman is given the microphone by Gilberti, and goes on a rant on how he invented junior heavyweight wrestling in America. If it wasn't for him, all the two bit losers you see in the X-Division wouldn't even be here. Ouch! 'X-Pac sucks' chants greet Waltman, but these only fire him on further...but suddenly the lights go out, and when they come back on Sabu is in the ring! He isn't a talker...so he attacks Waltman! The two battle around the ring, Sabu using the couch to hit the Poetry in Motion style leg lariat. Eventually they brawl to the back,

Tag Team Match

Kid Kash and Abyss vs Norman Smiley and Spanky

This all stems from last week, when Smiley saves Spanky from a beatdown at the hands of Kash and Abyss. See...more continuity. Kash and Spanky carry the match, and putting in quite the effort. Smiley and Abyss were surprisingly decent also, with the big man showing surprising agility at times. The finish came when Kid Kash went down to Sliced Bread #2, but Network team-mates Simon Diamond and Swinger ran down with chairs. Spanky went to confront Swinger, allowing Diamond to roll in and hit a chair shot to the head of Smiley, and Kash capitalised with the Cha Ching for the three count.

It's time for the main event now, and the Dream Partners match. Jarrett and Douglas got their introductions first, as of course this is a Dream Partners match. Douglas chose first, and unsurprisingly Shane chooses Mike Awesome, both men of course managed by James Mitchell. Awesome and Douglas then wait to see who Jarrett's partner could be, and after a few various chants from the crowd with various names Jarrett chooses...Konnan? Yep, Konnan. Konnan storms out, and attacks and we're off and running.

'Dream Partners' Match

Shane Douglas and Mike Awesome vs Jeff Jarrett and Konnan

Konnan was FIRED up. Surprisingly motivated, not that it impressed Dames of course. Konnan was kept down eventually, with Awesome and Douglas taking turns in beating down Konnan. The crowd were just dieing to see Jarrett get in after Douglas, and eventually the hot tag allowed him in. Mike Awesome did his job, keeping Jarrett away from Douglas, for as long as possible, but a sneaky lowblow eliminated him from proceedings. James Mitchell ran out to help his men, but suddenly Ron Killings came in through the crowd, nailing Douglas with the True Conviction! Jarrett gets the pin from this, and celebrates with the 3 Live Crew as Douglas lays flat out to end the show.

Dinero and Raven 'didn't click' due to their mismatched styles. Oh well, at least they're not feuding. Raven now wants to work with Mike Awesome though. Pity Awesome's the most expensive guy per appearance so I don't use him oftenly.

And meanwhile, Abyss is injured. A neck injury puts him out for 8 months, and that screws up my Network stable a little.

The WWE is being a bitch...well, when you think about it. Buff Bagwell getting poached by them isn't exactly going to drive me to tears, but it's the kick up the ass I needed to sign up all the wrestlers not working with other promotions to written contracts. The rest can wait...or they don't want to give up Japanese commitments, so they won't sign for WWE anyway.

Meanwhile, good 'ol Chris Harris is still in rehab. I don't know how long rehab usually lasts for, seeing as the only time I've got it before is with Michaels in WWE, and he's still out of action. But when he comes back...will he still have a job? If he soon doesn't get back...the answer to that is probably no.

But for now, time to concentrate on those who do have jobs, as it's the...(big build up...)

*NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW*

(kayfabe mode on)

~Last week...D'Lo Brown was cheap shotted(is that a word?) by NWA:TNA World Champion A.J Styles after calling him out. Understandably angry, all week D'Lo has been hassling various TNA officials, endlessly requesting a title shot against A.J. But this week, A.J Styles already has an opponent in Paul London. But you can be sure that D'Lo Brown will have something to say about the World Title situation this coming week.

~Also last week, in the main event Shane Douglas was defeated by Jeff Jarrett in a Dream Partners Match, Jarrett getting more than a little help from 'The Truth' Ron Killings. As a result of that, a rematch has been booked with Jeff Jarrett teaming with Killings to take on Douglas and Mike Awesome. Will Douglas be able to get revenge on Ron Killings and Jeff Jarrett this week?

~X-Division Champion Chris Sabin returns to action this week, after missing four weeks through 'personal problems'. His return to action sees him defending his title one on one against Mad Mikey.

~Raven will be in the Asylum, although he's not booked to be in action. This leaves a worrying shadow over Julio Dinero and CM Punk, the Gathering buddies who this week team up to take on the NWA:TNA Tag Team Champions Low Ki and Christopher Daniels.

~All this plus Ekmo, Ikuto Hidaka, Masato Tanaka, Sean Waltman and Elix Skipper all promised to be in action this week on Anarchy in the Asylum week 8.

NWA:TNA- ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 8

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

Dark Match

B.G James vs Ekmo

'The King of the Dark Match' Ekmo is back in action...in the dark match spot. I should really create a dark match title for Ekmo. Hmm... Ekmo dominates, and retains his bragging rights by beating James with the 'Flying Splash'. I need a new name for that. After the match, Ekmo attacks again with 'a barrage of right and left hands', beating down BG James and thus 'going over' the veteran. Buff Bagwell should think himself lucky. Instead of jobbing to Ekmo in a dark match, he gets to job to Triple H on Raw...and then Nash...then HBK...Maven...Garrison Cade. Lucky, lucky guy.

Chris Sabin© vs Mad Mikey

Sabin returns! Hail Sabin, and all that. His opposition for his return is Mad Mikey, who's so mad he shoves a cameraman down on his way to the ring...oooh, he's mad! We get a ref bump early on in the match, preventing Mikey from becoming the new X Division Champion, and probably making him madder. Sabin takes over from there, and dominates for most of the match. Typical face comeback from Mikey, Dames buys a false finish off a top rope double axehandle...you fool Dames, you fool. Eventually, Sabin manages to hit the Future Shock and retains the title.

Failed run in by Frankie. Probably not the best way to book a face...but Sabin needs a feud victory or two.

Ikuto Hidaka vs Elix Skipper

Hidaka debuted for TNA last week, as the tag team partner of Masato Tanaka...but now he gets a singles try-out. And doesn't do too bad, with Elix Skipper proving a decent enough wrestler himself. The two exchange STIFF kicks to start, before Hidkaka hits a swinging bulldog and then a tornado DDT for a two. Elix tries to fight back, but it is in vain as Hidaka nails a dropkick to the knee, and locks on the Shawn Capture for the TNA singles debut win.

Triple X 3© vs CM Punk and Julio Dinero

The Gathering come out to the ring first, and CM takes a little time on the microphone to insult Raven. See, apparantly, Raven isn't here tonight. So CM can insult Raven, in the safe knowledge he won't get hurt. Hmm...I wonder if he is right. Low Ki and Daniels carry the two lesser wrestlers to quite a decent match. CM really isn't getting over in TNA for some reason, but he does in RoH. Which is annoying, because I'm not playing RoH, and I want a Raven/Punk feud. Speaking of which, Raven runs down the aisle(I thought he wasn't here...WHAT a surprise!) with a chair just as Punk gets the advantage. A swift chair shot in the back knocks Punk down, for Low Ki to get the submission win with the Dragon Clutch.

Shane Douglas and Mike Awesome vs Jeff Jarrett and 'The Truth' Ron Killings

Last week...well, read for yourself if you haven't already. Douglas wants to start things off against Killings, for whatever reason. And it seems Killings is happy to oblidge. After all...when was the last time he had a meaningful match in TNA? I sure can't remember. Maybe Killings doesn't either, as Douglas and Awesome control the match with the usual high impact moves you see from them. Eventually Jarrett gets a hot tag, and a HOUSE EN FUEGO~! as he takes over on the two clients of James Mitchell. Killings also comes back into things, and almost gets the pin with the True Conviction. Jarrett is taken out with a plancha by Awesome, allowing Douglas to hit the Franchiser and get the win.

After the match, Douglas orders Awesome to attack, which he does on Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett gets thrown back in, and hit with the Franchiser before tasting an embarrasing slap to the face from Douglas, the crowd booing Douglas wildly as he responds with his trademark laugh.

Backstage, and D'Lo Brown is stood by for an interview. Doesn't take a genius to tell what he'll talk about. Seems D'Lo is tired of being held down. He spent so many years being held down in the WWE, he doesn't want it to happen anymore. Which is why he's daring A.J Styles to give him a title shot...and until he does, D'Lo's going to be everywhere A.J goes. Styles will never get any peace until D'Lo gets his title shot. Never.

Masato Tanaka vs Sean Waltman

A couple of mismatched guys here to say the least. The mis-match brings about a few problems in the match, those problems bringing down the match quality a little. The effort is there from both men though...which is surprising, considering you've got the biggest no seller this side of Undertaker, and a Kliq member in there. Tanaka uses the strength advantage and his super no-sell abilities to gain advantage for most of the match, before a ref bump off a Waltman spin kick changes things. Waltman sudeenly gains advantage, but suddenly here comes Sabu with a chair shot, and Tanaka gets a debut TNA singles win. Just like Hidaka. Hmm...

Sabu sticks around for the three count, and suddenly storms the ring. Shoving Tanaka out of the way, Sabu lays the boots in to Waltman as the bell rings repeatedly. Just like 1989, it still doesn't stop the attack. Sabu takes the chair, goes to the top and hits the Arabian Facebuster! Before going up again...and hitting a second Arabian Facebuster. Referees run down...as Sabu goes up again and hits a third Arabian Facebuster, leaving Waltman battered and bloodied in the middle of the ring. Just think...Sabu is the face in this feud. Come to think of it, maybe I should think about that...

Main Event, NWA World Title

A.J Styles© vs Paul London

Two great athletic wrestlers...Styles obviously the better takes London to a good match. On another night, this may have been a classic match, but the whole show hasn't clicked...just my luck. Styles plays the cocky heel and tries to show up London from the beginning, not that it lasts too long as London tires of it and hits a slap which pops the crowd. After that, a few dead points in this match mellow out the crowd. But the finish sequence brings them back into it, as a London top rope rana is reversed into the middle rope Styles Clash for a convincing victory.

And comment on how the show didn't click. The show I try and put real workrate style matches in...(well, the dark match doesn't count)...Hopefully it won't continue next week, as it's Shane Douglas one on one with Jeff Jarrett. Will this match settle their feud? Is it even likely? And what will happen with D'Lo and Styles? Will I get over ***3/4 stars in TNA next week without the aid of the usual ***** combinations? Do you care? Because I do...

Oh joy unbeholded. Simon Diamond gets himself an eye injury, which leaves him out for two months. Another Network wrestler out of action...and my Tag Title switch pushed back. Amazing Red is on his Japanese tour with AJPW. So my planned Kash/Red confrontation will have to wait three weeks. Mike Awesome's also on tour.

To add to this, the WWE have STILL not released Stevie Richards. I'm one guy away from a bWo reunion, and he won't leave with so much of his contract left. Well...I guess wrestling on Heat must be a better option than wrestling on TNA PPV's. How sad is that.

Not as sad as I feel. It seems Abyss isn't really injured. In fact, it's a fake. He's getting out of the limelight for a while, before his shock return as...get this...The Ultimate Worrier. Also, married Shawn Michaels splits with girlfriend Ivory and takes up stalking her. You've got to love WrestlingHeat.com. Never has the phrase OMG SOURCE!!! been needed. Although...the Ultimate Worrier may not be that bad of an idea...

Before I go any further with revealing my future plans, it's time for...dah dah dah daaah...

*NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW*

~The highly anticipated clash between Jeff Jarrett and Shane Douglas takes place live at Anarachy in the Asylum Week 9. After 8 weeks of confrontation, insults, dream partners and the like, it's time to put up or shut up. It's time to put your money where your motuh is. It's time for clichés. Beautiful, heart warming clichés. And a match. Will this end the feud between the two, or serve to feul the fires between the two further?

~The feud between D'Lo Brown and A.J Styles however does not look like ending any time soon. D'Lo has vowed not to rest until he gets his shot at the NWA World Title, but he won't get it this week because A.J Styles is already scheduled for action. Another opportunity has been presented to a young up-and-coming star. Nova gets a World Title shot this week. But D'Lo Brown is scheduled to be in the Asylum next week, so A.J will have to continue to watch his back.

~Bret Hart will be back this week, and he has promised an announcement about the situation of a title in TNA. With The Amazing Red away on tour with AJPW, is the situation regarding the US Title?

~Regarding titles, Paul London takes on Chris Sabin this week for the X-Division Title. London couldn't quite defeat A.J Styles for the World Title last week, but this week he may be able to dethrone Chris Sabin and become king of the X-Division.

~The Tag Team Title number one contendership will be on the line...in a unique setting. 10 men enter a battle royal, and the winner will earn a title shot for himself and his partner next week on Anarchy in the Asylum Week 10. Meanwhile, this week Low Ki and Elix Skipper will defend the titles against nemesis James Storm and a partner of his choosing, due to the continued...ahem...'absence' of his regular partner Chris Harris.

~Ekmo has dominated the dark match section of Anarchy in the Ayslum since debuting in NWA:TNA. In fact, he hasn't been out of it. That continues this week versus Mad Mikey. Mikey however has issued a special challenge...a Hardcore Rules Match.

~All this plus more on Anarchy in the Asylum Week 9, live on Pay Per View.

NWA:TNA- ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 9

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

Dark Match, Hardcore Rules

Ekmo vs Mad Mikey

Poor, poor Dames didn't enjoy any of this match. It was sloppy this, and poorly executed that. Ekmo had the fight taken to him by Mikey from the get go, and it seemingly surprised the big Samoan. A trash can lid shot stunned him, but I think the plastic dinosaur shot just made him laugh. And why not. It's a plastic weapon. The fight back comes soon after, and Ekmo hits a Flying Splash(still haven't changed the name yet...any suggestions are welcome) for a cover and the three, to remain undefeated in the dark match in TNA.

Winner: Ekmo by pinfall

Ekmo remains in the ring celebrating his latest victory, as suddenly out comes Bret 'The Hitman' Hart. His entrance runs into the start of the Pay Per View proper, so as he enters the ring, he has to explain why Ekmo is in the ring...and why he's on Pay Per View. Well, Vince never explained it, so it's up to Bret to do so. See, as commisioner of TNA, he has an announcement to make about the situation of a title in TNA. Contrary to popular opinion, it does not affect the US Title of the Amazing Red...(HA! I swerved you, I swerved you all!)...in fact, it involves a new title. Ekmo's title. Everyone is in shock, even Ekmo. Bret tells him that after weeks of dominating the dark match...he now is...King of the Darkmatch! And even has a title belt to prove it! Bret then presents Ekmo the title, and he raises it in the air. Behind him, Bret quickly mutters something about Ekmo never being out of the darkmatch again as long as he's holding the belt, but he's too busy celebrating to notice.

Overall: 70%

Notes: Bret Hart lost overness from this segment. Then again, he did just present a title belt to a fat samoan WWE reject...what do you expect?

Ekmo continues to celebrate, and milk all the PPV time he can get because god knows he won't see it again for a looong time...

As meanwhile backstage, D'Lo Brown has arrived and is walking through the backstage area...seemingly looking for someone. Most probably A.J Styles. Well, he finds him. Or rather, A.J finds him...with a chair shot to the back. Laying into D'Lo with a couple more chair shots, A.J beats his foe down before looking down on him with a smile, and telling D'Lo if he wants a title shot, he's got one next week! Big pops from the crowd for that one, until Styles pulls D'Lo up, and with a smile adds 'if you can make it', before placing the chair over D'Lo's head, and ramming it into the wall, ala Taker and Dreamer!!! D'Lo holds his throat in serious pain, as referees charge over to stop A.J and check on D'Lo's condition.

NWA X-Division Title

Chris Sabin© vs Paul London

London gave A.J Styles a great match last week for the World Title. This week, he seemed a little tired out, not giving as great of a match or challenge to Chris Sabin. In fact, Sabin went into uber cocky mode early, just taunting London at times. London did try to fight back, but in the end it was all in vain. One Future Shock, and Chris Sabin gets a convincing win.

10 Man Battle Royal, winner gets Tag Title shot next week

David Young, Devon Storm, Slash, Roadkill, Don Harris, Cassidy O'Reilly, Ikuto Hidaka, B.G James, Blue Meanie and Swinger

Ok...so a battle royal isn't going to be the best of matches on any card. But my original plans for the Tag Belts were screwed up by injury. And I'm losing money, so using 9 written contracted wrestlers is cheaper in the short term than using 2 open contract workers. Quite unsurprisingly, Swinger is the first man eliminated. His usual tag partner is injured after all. Don Harris and Cassidy O'Reilly are quickly eliminated as well, as Devon Storm avoids elimination just about. Spanky avoids a clothesline from Slash, as he goes crashing over the top for the fourth elimination. Spanky charges at B.G straight away, and gets a baaack body drop in the centre of the ring...but B.G then runs into a backdrop over the top from Devon. Fool. Spanky goes flying out a couple of seconds after him curteousy of Roadkill, and we're down to the final four almost as quickly as the Gimmick Battle Royal at WM X7. The final four situation slows down the eliminations, although Roadkill is nearly eliminated by Meanie. Eventually, Devon Storm starts up a mini house en feugo, hitting a Luger style forearm and a Diamond Dust on David Young. Roadkill hangs on to prevent his elimination, as Meanie grabs David Young and throws him out. Turning around, Meanie takes a Luger forearm from both Devon and then Roadkill, before getting chucked over the top rope. Down to the final two, Roadkill hits a sideslam and then charges at Devon, but a sidestep and throw sends him over the top, giving Devon Storm and a partner a shot at the Tag Titles next week!

NWA Tag Team Titles

Triple X 3© vs James Storm and ???

This week, James Storm's partner is...New Jack! Well, Jack's usual partner decided to jump ship to WWE. More fool him. New Jack comes in like a house en feugo...but not with his usual weapon collection. This isn't ECW, although you never would have realised a few months ago. Both Daniels and Low Ki are subjected to New Jack's 'offence', before Storm comes in and is taken out. Using the great teamwork I keep getting e-mailed about, Low Ki and Daniels 'cut the ring in half' on Storm, but eventually the hot tag comes, and New Jack puts in some more...'offence'. He gets caught eventually with a spinebuster by Low Ki, and then the Last Rites for the three. Guess New Jack is as effective as the rest of Storm's makeshift partners.

NWA World Title

AJ Styles© vs Nova

With D'Lo gone from the building, A.J seems happier than he has in weeks. And of course, he uses it to his advantage, playing the cocky heel and also playing mind games with Nova. At times it's almost a squash match, as Nova tries his best but always seems to make a mistake allowing Styles to take advantage. The crowd slowly get behind Nova, and at times start up D'Lo chants, but it's all in vain as Styles weathers a brief Nova storm and hits the Styles Clash for the three.

After the match, Styles continues to lay in the boots, the crowd really getting on his case. Seeing enough, The Blue Meanie runs in with a steel chair, and chases Styles off before checking on Nova. In doing so, he makes the mistake of turning his back on A.J...who rolls in, and crashes the steel chair over the back of the Meanie. Big D'Lo chants start up, but D'Lo doesn't show up, and Styles leaves the ring laughing. D'Lo versus A.J Styles next week, if D'Lo is in condition(wink wink).

Conveniently, that leads us on to...

Main Event, Grudge Match

Jeff Jarrett vs Shane Douglas

This feud needs to be settled, and it may be tonight(coughyeahrightcough). Both men get the usual big match, longer entrances to start, and go face to face in the ring. After a little inaudible jaw-jacking, Douglas lets out a laugh, but is slapped in the face by Jarrett. Douglas responds with rights, and the fight is on! It doesn't take long for Douglas to take advantage, and it also doesn't take long for that familiar occurance...the ref bump and face pin which goes uncounted. Ah, the more things change, the more they stay the same. Douglas recovers and dominates with some pretty generic offence, before Jarrett avoids an elbow from the middle rope. Fighting back, and the crowd behind him, Jarrett manages to end a series of coutners with a piledriver, and get a two and seven eighths. Keeping on the offence, Jarrett backs Douglas into the corner, but gets pulled away by former WWE referee Brian Hebner...and Douglas hits a right hand for a three. Hmm...how suspicious. Douglas is seen putting something back in his tights...presumably brass knux, I haven't been e-mailed about any injuries...down there...and leaves the ring victorious. I guess this feud isn't over...how interesting.

End of the month, and I lose money again. My finance department suggest cost cutting...they don't suggest what, which begs the question as to why I'm actually employing them...hmm, I may have found my cost cutting measure...don;t use so many open contracted wrestlers.

One open contract wrestler I won't be using in the near future is Ikuto Hidaka. The dreaded 'neck injury of 8 months lay-off' has been suffered. He would have been out for the majority of the time on tour with NOAH anyway.

Alexis Laree, James Mitchell, CM Punk...despite me losing money for the second running month, those heartless heathens up their pay per appearance by 10%. Meanwhile, Low Ki and Christopher Daniels complain about New Jack working too stiff...which doesn't really matter, seeing as he's soon going to be busted down to Ekmo levels soon enough. That's what you get when the partner who's carrying your ass ships off to the WWE. And speaking of the WWE, Heat is now a prime time show. And the highest ranked show in the whole wrestling industry for the week. Maven, Stevie and RVD rejoice...until they realise this means Triple H might appear on it a little more often.

Okay, time for a bit of a month end recap. Hopefully I'll be able to do one next week...after I lose even more money. It's inevitable. That, and I'm too lazy to decide what to cost cut.

#2 Jeff Jarrett- A victory over D'Lo Brown, plus two pinfall victories in tag team matches take him to number two.

#3 Shane Douglas- Bounced back from losing the US Title and a tag team loss, by taking a tag team victory with Mike Awesome and getting a vital victory over rival Jeff Jarrett.

#4 Triple X 3- Joint fourth placing after going unbeaten through the month, defending their Tag Team Titles with honour.

#5 Ekmo- Unbeaten since his debut in TNA, Ekmo has taken the TNA by such a storm, a new championship belt has been created and awarded to him. The names he has beaten may not be the most important of wins(that's an understatement), but the convincing nature in which he defeated them puts him in the TNA top five.

Oh well, formalities over. It's time for the special Week 10 edition of...

*NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW*

~Starting at the top, D'Lo Brown will go one on one with A.J Styles for the NWA World Title. These two have been feuding throughout the past 9 weeks, and it finally comes to a head with D'Lo Brown attempting to become the World Champion for the first time. Will D'Lo be able to claim the World Title? Can A.J possibly retain? Will the match even happen after the hideous attack on D'Lo last week?

~Shane Douglas stole a victory from Jeff Jarrett last week using a pair of brass knuckles. Jeff Jarrett will be out for revenge this week no doubt, so you can expect a heated confrontation this week between these two.

~Devon Storm won himself a shot at the Tag Titles last week by winning a 10 man battle royal. He and his partner David Flair team up to take on Triple X 3 this week for the Tag Team Titles. Also, the X-Division Title is on the line again, in a four corners match, as Chris Sabin defends against Spanky, Elix Skipper and Paul London.

~New King of the Darkmatch champion Ekmo will, of course, be in the dark match defending one on one against Alter Boy Luke. The title itself has some specialist rules. Wrestlers not involved with TNA(apart from Alter Boy this week) will get a shot at Ekmo. If they win the belt, they get themselves a TNA contract. They will also be offered a TNA contract if they manage to impress management(anyone who gets **1/2 or more against Ekmo deserves a contract IMO). However if they lose and don't impress, they're out of luck. Will Alter Boy win himself a contract?(here's a clue, he already has one, but if he loses he may not...wink wink).

~Also, The Network team of Chris Hamrick and Swinger meet Danny Doring and Roadkill, plus more from NWA:TNA Anarchy in the Asylum week 10.

NWA:TNA- ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 10

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

Wow, what a way to kick-off...

King of the Darkmatch Title

Ekmo© vs Alter Boy Luke

Aler Boy Luke has his chance...drag a good match out of Ekmo, or win the match...if he fails in both, he's out. Well, Ekmo dominates. And I mean dominates, Alter Boy gets almost no offence in the whole match. Ekmo just dominates him and hits the still unchanged 'Flying Splash' for a comprehensive three. Looks like Alter Boy's going to be spending more time in XPW.

Swinger and Chris Hamrick vs Doring and Roadkill

Swinger and Hamrick are teaming together, because Simon Diamond is injured...and so is Abyss. So the Network is down to four, one of those being the manager Cyrus. Hamrick, Roadkill and Doring were of course emerging ECW stars before it went bust, and Roadkill and Doring especially are looking to rekindle their success. Roadkill's awesome agility and power combination take The Network duo out of their game early, but Swinger and Hamrick soon learn and manage to cut the ring off from Doring. As usual, a hot tag brings on a four man brawl. The referee Brian Hebner(boo!) gets distracted by Doring and Swinger's brawling, as Cyrus uses a steel chair on Doring. Hamrick capitalises and hits the Tornado DDT for the three.

Cutting to the backstage area, D'Lo Brown has arrived in the arena, and is walking through the backstage area still favouring his throat injury. Walking through the halls, he stops at Bret Hart's office, knocks and enters. See...faces knock, heels don't. D'Lo walks up to Bret, and asks why he wanted to see him...Bret smiles and gets up, before passing D'Lo a clipboard. As D'Lo reads, Bret tells him D'Lo cannot wrestle tonight unless he signs a waiver. TNA cannot afford(literally) for one of their biggest stars to get injured. But if that does happen, they don't want to be held responsible. D'Lo doesn't hesitate in signing, before telling Bret he should get A.J Styles to sign one too, because tonight he'll be the one needing medical attention.

Tag Team Titles

Triple X 3© vs Misguided Souls

Misguided Souls are of course Devon Storm and David Flair. Storm earned the title shot by winning the battle royal last week. Yet he chooses David Flair. We get plenty of mentions from Tenay and Hudson on how Misguided Souls are former WCW Tag Team Champions, but they really didn't stand a chance here. Low Ki and Daniels smartly targetted the lesser(HUGE understatement) Flair. Devon Storm did fight bravely but the Last Rites on Flair ended it.

Bret Hart dashes over and barges his way through the crowd, as there laying in the middle of the crowd is CM Punk, a pool of blood around his head. Ron Killings vs Shane Douglas

Ron Killings cost Shane Douglas a dream partners match in week 7, which is almost all the history between the two. Douglas is checked for brass knuckles before the match, but seems to be clean. Killings takes advantage before the check can be finished, firing away with right hands. The former World Champ puts in quite a showing, the crowd behind him the whole way. Killings has he knee taken out from him though, and Douglas begins to go to work on that. Suddenly, as Douglas goes for the figure four Jeff Jarrett strolls out to a big reaction from the crowd. He's the top babyface after all. Douglas stops short, and argues with Jarrett from the ramp as Killings takes back advantage. A couple of minutes later, Douglas is whipped to the ropes, Jarrett hits a chair shot to the back and Killings gets a small package for a shock win.

Killings begins to celebrate, as Jeff Jarrett rolls in and waits for Douglas to get up. Slowly he does, and gets smacked with a chair shot to the head by Jarrett who then goes to work with a series of chair shots to the back. The crowd go crazy, as Jarrett seemingly isn't content with the damage yet and sets up the chair. Picking Douglas up, Jarrett hits the Raven droptoehold onto the chair, leaving Douglas bloodied and beaten in the middle of the ring. The feud isn't over yet then...

X-Division Title, Four Corners Match

Chris Sabin© vs Spanky vs Paul London vs Elix Skipper

Sabin seems surprisingly cocky going into this match, considering the opposition he has awaiting him. Despite being just as over as Sabu, Paul London doesn't seem to be getting the love from the NWA:TNA crowd that he did in RoH. Oh well, we get a good match here. London and Skipper wrestle for the majority of the match as Sabin seems to want to stay on the apron for most of the match and avoid any tags. He does come in about halway through once Spanky is down and hurt, but doesn't last long. The typical four way brawl starts up and we get highspots aplenty from Spanky. London hits the London Calling on Skipper which would have ended the match, but a Spanky dropkick makes the save. Spanky turns around, straight into the Future Shock and Sabin retins despite hardly being in the match.

As the four competitors leave the ringside area, Erik Watts walks out for the first show in quite a while. Checking back on the event history, it's actually the first time in all the ten weeks. He's here...to debut a new gimmick. But for story terms, he's here to step down from power. With Bret Hart running the show, he doesn't need to throw his weight around as well. So, he is stepping down from his position in authority, and concentrating on wrestling.

Notes: Erik Watts debuted his new gimmick, it got a positive response. Erik Watts gained overness from this segment

Main Event, NWA World Title

A.J Styles© vs D'Lo Brown

D'Lo signed the waiver, and gets his title shot one on one here against Styles. It's obviously a big match, as we get the tale of the tape, long entrances, the full deal. Styles doesn't seem to hasty to start the match, so D'Lo chases him outside and starts the match there. We then get a brawl on the outside and into the crowd, which referee Mark Johnson can't stop. Eventually they come back to the ring, D'Lo in control of proceedings. The crowd are right behind D'Lo, who's in total control getting nearfsalls off a tilt a whirl slam and a running powerbomb. Styles catches D'Lo with a cheap shot poke to the eye, and tries for a hurricanrana but D'Lo hits another powerbomb. So, Styles does the smart thing and goes to the throat. This gives him the advantage for a while, but D'Lo comes back in his fired up way. A ref bump is quick to follow, as Styles takes the route Douglas took last week, and goes forthe brass knuckles. D'Lo manages to duck, and hit the Sky High for the pin, but the ref's still down. D'Lo grabs the knux, and with big crowd support uses them as Johnsons comes around and coutns the three!!! NEW CHAMPION!!! D'Lo takes the belt...but wait. It's thar CAD Brian Hebner. Boo! Hebner explains Johnson the use of the knux, and Johnson reverses the decision. The crowd start booing crazily, as Styles snatches back his belt and runs off through the crowd, leaving an angry D'Lo fuming in the ring.

First off, I can't not mention...Roadkill apparantly has a cameo role scheduled for T.V show Six Feet Under. Now THAT would be the definition of obscure.

Now, the show. Best rating for a show I've got, which is a plus...especially considering I give a Dusty Finish in my biggest match to date. We'll see what feud I won't end next week...

Thought I'd leave some feedback -

Good Read.

Styles/Dlo and Douglas/Jarratt Feuds are being booked great.

Shame that you have so many injuries in The Netwrork as I think that Stable could be awsome.

Where does the love for Emko come from????

Where does the love for Emko come from????

What's not to love? He's a big fat samoan who wears fake leather baseball shirts.

In other words, he sucks...but he sucks so badly it's a good type of suck. For example, Jeff Hardy in RoH.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback. It's appreciated.

Well, it's my usual between shows post. And first up this week, it's hirings/firings again.

As per the stipulation, Alter Boy Luke is gone from his contract. I wasn't using him, so I had no need to keep him around. Also gone is Justin Credible who I wasn't going to use again on the money he was on.

In however comes 'Dirty' Dutch Mantell, he of WCW Worldwide commentary about 13 years ago, and he who used to be Uncle Zebekiah. He was either with the Godwinns or Justin Bradshaw, can't remember. But he's supposed to be a good manager, so he's in. And in my search for the next guy to job to Ekmo, I stumbled upon a wrestler called Pat McGroin. His finisher is the 'McGroinanator'. How in the hell could I not sign him up? He's now a regular on the roster, and avoids the Ekmo job.

Question is, do they factor in the...

*NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW*

~Last week was week 10...and it was D'Lo/Styles for the World Title. A.J Styles snuck out a win thanks to a reverse decision, when Brian Hebner(boo!!!) informed match referee Mark Johnson of D'Lo use of the brass knuckles. Brass knuckles brought into the match by Styles himself. Commisioner Bret Hart has promised an announcement on the situation this week.

~The feud between Shane Douglas and Jeff Jarrett rages on and on, both men wanting to end the others' careers seemingly. Both have been invited to be the guests on new talk show 'Watts Cooking' with host Erik Watts(duh), but whever they'll show up or not is not known.

~Christopher Daniels is in Japan with NJPW currently. This allows Low Ki a chance to get singles action again, one on one with rival James Storm.

~Chris Sabin has defended the X-Division Title with honour in recent weeks. This week, he faces Frankie Kazarian for the X-Division Championship, who on Anarchy in the Asylum week 1 pinned Sabin in a tag team match. The crunch test is this week for Frankie...can he win in one on one conditions?

~Ekmo tore apart Alter Boy Luke last week, but has been promised a tougher test this week. Who will be coming in to try and earn a TNA contract this week?

~Also, a good ole' ECW style three way dance(without the hardcoreness of course). The Sandman and New Jack team together as The Hot Shots and Ace in the Hole are their opposition. Swinger goes one on one with Danny Doring. All this and more from NWA:TNA in Anarchy in the Asylum week 11.

NWA:TNA- ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 11

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

Ekmo stands in the ring, ready to defend his KOTD Title, but still not knowing his opponent. He waits in the ring, as his opponent walks down...and it's MLW regular NOSAWA. Yes, he spells his name with capitals. Like HHH or...SCSA. Even they probably can't get a **1/2 match out of Ekmo.

King of the Darkmatch Title

Ekmo vs NOSAWA

Man...the crowd was DEAD to kick this show off. NOSAWA came in and put in some decent offense, even getting a near fall off a 'high kick'. Since when did Dames become the Eric Bischoff of commentating? But still, Ekmo weathered it all and took the numerous buzzsaw like kicks from NOSAWA before hitting a big time flapjack. The big man promptly went up top and hit the still as yet unrenamed Flying Splash for the three count and retains the (other)KOTD Title.

Winner and still KOTD: Ekmo

Crowd: 33%

Match: 66%

Overall: 49%

Dames Rating: *1/2

Notes: The King of the Darkmatch title has gained in image

(What a surprise...even a great wrestler like NOSAWA couldn't get a **1/2 match out of Ekmo. But then again..maybe I don't want anyone to.)

Kicking off the PPV, here comes Commisioner Bret. He quickly announces NOSAWA didn't impress, so he's gone. So all rounder NOSAWA's gone...yet Pat McGroin gets a contract. Welcome to the mad world of TNA. Anyway, Bret promised he'd sort out the D'Lo/Styles situation...and he will. Next week, the rematch will occur. D'Lo versus Styles one more time. But to avoid all the referee mistakes and corrections, Bret will appoint a guest referee next week. Bret then leaves, as the 'OMG who's the ref gonna be omgdz!!1!!' speculation from Tenay and Hudson starts.

Overall: 81%

Notes: D'Lo Brown gained overness from this segment

(Damn...I could probably run D'Lo over with a truck and he'd gain overness from it. Tune in next week, for blatant hints on who the referee will be and then an anticlimactic announcement on who the referee will be about an hour after you've all realised who the referee is. Ratings gold I tell ya.)

Low Ki vs James Storm

These two have been feuding for God knows how long in tag team competition, but tonight it's one on one because Christopher Daniels is in Japan this week, and Chris Harris is still rehabbing. Both men for-go the usual feeling out period, seeing as they've had plenty of matches and confrontations before, and do battle with hard chops to start. Low Ki of course gets the advantage, controlling the match's pace and taking Storm through the mill. Storm nearly gets a shock win with first a high angle DDT, and then the Powerslam. Ever the veteran, Low Ki fights back hitting a series of high impact moves. Following a powerbomb, he quickly hooks on the Dragon Clutch, and Storm taps out.

Winner: Low Ki by tap out

Crowd: 60%

Match: 75%

Overall: 67%

Dames Rating: *3/4

(Storm does the job to Low Ki. Usually it's his makeshift partner of the week. Oh well, Daniels is back next week...god knows how long Harris is in rehab for.)

Swinger vs Danny Doring

This one has a history. Albeit a brief one. Last week Swinger and Chris Hamrick beat Doring and Roadkill, thanks to Network leader Don Callis. Now, it's one on one. The two put on a good ten minute match, going to show given the time these guys can put on a good match. Swinger starts off on the offensive and as heel dominates the match, using some big time offensive moves in the process. Doring gets his share of offence himself, and starts to come back into the match as suddenly Chris Hamrick charges down the aisle. Jumping to the apron, Hamrick drops Doring across the top rope allowing Swinger to creep up behind and hit the Swing Thing for a cheap win.

Winner: Swinger by pinfall

Crowd: 60%

Match: 83%

Overall: 71%

Dames Rating: **1/2

After the match, Hamrick enters the ring and puts a booting to Danny Doring, drawing some welcomed heat from the crowd. Suddenly, Roadkill sprints out from the back and hits a springboard double clothesline like only he can...considering his weight and all. The Network duo scurry, as Roadkill and Doring are up and throwing out the threats.

(Doring is saved from a beatdown...this one isn't over. It's not a 'real' feud though, I'm just drawing this out until Simon Diamond returns at the end of the month.)

After a commercial for next week's show(A.J Styles vs D'Lo Brown, mystery special referee), we come back to the ring. Erik Watts is stood centre stage, ready for his new talk show segment...'Watts Cooking'. Those creative guys...pure genious. Watts explains that Glenn Gilberti's show was dropped because as his pay demands grew, his charisma dropped. Oooh...a cheap shot. Maybe more than meets the eye...wink wink. But Watts isn't out here to talk about Glen Gilbernetti. He's here to invite out Shane Douglas and Jeff Jarrett. First up, guest number 1...Shane Douglas! The obligatory Perfect Strangers rip-off/cover starts up, but there's no sign of Douglas. Watts shrugs it off, and invites out Jeff Jarrett, who does walk out. It's just Jarrett and Douglas in the ring, and Jarrett takes the advantage, talking up his attack last week. Suddenly, out walks Shane Douglas. Whever he was late or just building up suspence...not known. Anyway, Douglas enters and threatens to destroy Jeff Jarrett and run his ass out of the NWA:TNA. Jarrett laughs, saying not only is he 'The Chosen One'...he's also 'The Unsackable One'. He'll be in his cold, cold grave before he leaves NWA:TNA. Douglas says that can be arranged...and attacks! Jarrett and Douglas start brawling, as Erik Watts tries to intervene, but gets smacked with an elbow from Douglas. Douglas continues to attack, but is spun around and hit with a right hand from Erik Watts! Douglas promptly runs off, as Watts challenges Douglas to go one on on with him tonight. A nod of the head accepts, and we're on for our main event.

Overall: 73%

(Watts vs Douglas= ratings. No doubt about it. Ok...maybe not, but the 'Watts Cooking' segment got off to a good start, so it may very well become a regular.)

Three Way Dance

New Jack and Sandman vs The Hotshots vs Ace in the Hole

ECW...ECW...ECW. Sorry...it's addictive. Sandman and Siaki start off, and a flurry of quick tags through the start of the match seem to confuse the fans a little, as well as slowing down the pace of the match. In amongst the many tags, New Jack manages to eliminate The Hotshots with a side suplex on Chase. Yes...a side suplex. Hard to imagine I know, but New Jack does know a wrestling move. Down to the ECW guys and Ace in the Hole, Young and Siaki quickly keep down New Jack after the elimination. New Jack eventually escapes the two on one situation, and tags in the Sandman. Say what you will, he's still over. Taking out both Ace in the Hole members, Sandman hits a russian legsweep, as New Jack flies with the headbutt and gets the three for an easy win.

Winners: The Sandman and New Jack by pinfall

Crowd: 54%

Match: 66%

Overall: 60%

Dames Rating: 3/4*

(New Jack and Sandman...the workrate team of the new millenium. Was it ever in doubt they'd win? Judging from the crowd reaction...no.)

Backstage, someone is walking through the hallways. That someone...well, it's not known who he is. But he must be a wrestler...there's a camera following him. And he's wearing wrestling gear. As he walks, a smile slowly appears on his face. Either he enjoys the sensation of chaffing lycra(but then again, who doesn't), or he's seen something he likes. Obviously, it's the latter as he walks over to a women with her back to the camera and holds his hands over her eyes. 'Guess who'. 'Err...Pat McGroin?' 'Oh, sorry Lizzy...I thought this was NWA:TNA, not XPW'. No...it's not Lizzy...the women turns around, and it's former WWE diva NIDIA! The capital letters show your shock. Nidia smiles, and says the name again Pat McGroin. He goes to do so, but is stopped at first base. See...that's his gimmick. You say his name, he tries to pat your groin. Oh...the hilarity. I knew Russo had a use somewhere in him. Pat and Nidia walk off together...while somewhere, Jamie Noble weeps. And jobs. To Mike Sanders.

Overall: 61%

Notes: Pat McGroin gained overness from this segment

(Nidia and Pat McGroin really make a nice couple, don't you think.

X-Division Title

Chris Sabin© vs Frankie Kazarian

These two have been 'feuding' since week 1. I say 'feuding'...I kinda forgot about the feud for the past few weeks. But Kazarian gets his shot at the X Title again, and these two supposedly have good chemistry together. A little bit of a slow start wuitens down the crowd slightly, but eventually the pace picks up. Sabin uses some educated feet to take advantage to start, Kazarian fights back with a chop to the outside and a plancha. TNA chants for that. Back in the ring, each man has to go to school after basement dropkicks...Frankie hits a Tornado DDT both before and after a Sabin fight back. In the end, the Future Shock is blocked, and reversed into a Wave of the Future by Kazarian, but Frankie can't capitalise. The crowd get on their feet for the final stages, both men weakened Sabin gets caught in the corner and rolled up for a CLOSE two. Sabin then misses a clothesline, and a second Wave of the Future gets a one two three, a win and a new X-Division Champion. Sabin leaves the ring, as meanwhile Kazarian celebrates long and hard with his newly won belt.

(I switched the belt just to shake things up a bit. Maybe we'll see a rematch next week...)

Main Event time, Erik Watts is in the ring when suddenly Jeff Jarrett's music hits. Even Watts looks confused as Jarrett walks out...wearing a referee's shirt. See...it helps to be related to the boss.

Main Event, Special Guest Referee Match

Erik Watts vs Shane Douglas

Referee: Jeff Jarrett

As Douglas walks down, he doesn't look best pleased with the selection of referee. Could be worse. It could be one of his enemies. I would list them, but it's a looong list. Jarrett indeed becomes a factor in the match before long, drawing Douglas' ire early. A couple of minutes in, Douglas starts up with right hands, reeling back further with each punch. The last one, reeling back so much he 'accidentely' elbows Jarrett in the face. Jarrett gets his own back, by going down...and staying down as Douglas hits a spinebuster and goes for a pin. It becomes obvious Jarrett was playing possum, as he leaps up to count a two from a Watts roll-up seconds later. Douglas manages to hit a middle rope bulddog, but gets a slow count. And by slow count, I'm talking Randy Orton style slow count. That's not a cheap pop at Orton btw. Anyway, back to the match, Watts catches a roll-up and Jarrett gives a lightning quick count to screw Douglas over and get the three.

Winner: Erik Watts by pinfall

Crowd: 71%

Dames Rating: DUD

After the match, Jarrett and Watts go to leave, but Douglas drags Jarrett back. The Chosen One responds with a right hand, but promptly gets a lowblow from Douglas. Douglas then spins Jarrett round and nails the Franchiser, managing to escape the ring before Erik Watts can make the save.

(A nice big DUD for that. To coin a phrase from the Simpsons...worst...rating...ever. For Anarchy in the Asylum at least. But then, I wasn't expecting a five star classic.)

Watts Cooking - Great name for a chat show.

Me thinks Styles will regain next week with Vince Russo as the Special ef.

Wheres Raven??? I thought a feud with his former lakeys Punk and Dinero would be hot and help the former get over.

Keep up the good work.

Wheres Raven??? I thought a feud with his former lakeys Punk and Dinero would be hot and help the former get over.

Dinero is injured right now, and Punk's playing injury from the sneak attack. Plus Raven costs money per show, so I'm not using him as often as the written contracted guys.

Anyway, it's been a slow week for NWA:TNA. By slow...I mean nothing has happened. No injuries, no incidents, no e-mails of any note. Nothing. So, on to...

*NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW*

~It's the big one this week. D'Lo Brown one on one versus A.J Styles, which hopefully will bring in the money. This time however, there won't be the controversy of week 10's encounter. A special guest referee will be appointed for this match. Although, in true match hyping style, the referee is still not known. You'll have to watch to find out who it is. See...the buyrates should come flooding in now.

~Will Bret Hart mention the identity of the special guest referee during his appearance on Watts Cooking this week? Bret apparantely has a few situations to address, and will do so this week. He may even announce who the special guest referee for the main event between A.J Styles and D'Lo Brown is.

~Shane Douglas had a rough time with Jeff Jarrett again last week. Jarrett and Douglas got into a brawl during the new talk show segment 'Watts Cooking', causing a Watts/Douglas match to be made. Jarrett was made the referee and administered a quick count. Let's hope the referee for the main event does not do the same(order the show and I'll stop mentioning it!). Douglas did hit the Franchiser on Jarrett to end the show however. This leads on to this week. A special six man tag team match has been booked featuring the two. Douglas teams with Network duo Chris Hamrick and Swinger to take on Jarrett, Danny Doring and Roadkill. Doring and Roadkill will be looking for revenge on Hamrick and Swinger from recent week's events, meaning it is likely Douglas and Jarrett will be allowed to go one on one for vast parts of the match.

~Frankie Kazarian is the new NWA:TNA X-Division Champion. After beating Chris Sabin last week, week 12 marks his first title defence, going one on one with Elix Skipper. But will Chris Sabin be inclined to get involved and attack the man who took his title?

~Ekmo's King of the Deathmatch challenge continues. Last week NOSAWA could not earn himself a TNA contract at Ekmo's expence. Another outsider will attempt to take the title from Ekmo, or at least impress commisioner Bret Hart. But Ekmo has provided an extremely tough test...can anyone dethrone him?(Can anyone drag an average match out of his samoan ass?)

~Nidia and her new 'romantic interest' Pat McGroin debuted last week. This week, a special mixed tag team match wil feature the two teaming against Shannon Ward and Devon Storm.

~Also, another six man tag team match will see Nova, The Blue Meanie and Mad Mikey taking on Brian Lee, Slash and Kid Romeo.

NWA:TNA- ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 12

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

Once again, things start off with Ekmo in the ring, and a surprising amount of the crowd in the concession stands. Go figure. Anyway, Ekmo has a microphone and in his own round about way he announces that tonight he's challenging whoever his opponent is to a hardcore match. Big mistake, because here comes Axl Rotten with a chair! And the fight is on!

King of the Darkmatch Title, Hardcore Match

Ekmo vs Axl Rotten

Axl Rotten works for JAPW. I wonder if they use Playstations and plastic dinosaurs as weapons there...because they sure do here. Pity they don't use anything else, or this match might have been better. The two big men put in one big stinker of a match. Sloppy clotheslines, crappy spinebusters...about the only thing that wasn't poor was an arm wringer. As usual, Ekmo takes over control at the end, knocks Axl down and hits the Flying Splash for the three.

Winner: Ekmo by pinfall

Overall: 52%

Dames Rating: DUD

Notes: The King of the Darkmatch title has gained in image

(Well...Axl's out of here. I seriously doubt anyone will drag an average match out of Ekmo. Ever. And yet, the match is a DUD and the title gains in image because of it. But no gain in overness for Ekmo, so the change to 'Tickle Me Ekmo' has to wait a while.)

NWA X-Division Title

Frankie Kazarian© vs Elix Skipper

Kicking off the Pay Per View with the new X-Division Champion. As the match begins, we get a backstage shot of Chris Sabin, watching this match with great interest. Meanwhile, back in the ring Kazarian and Skipper put on an even match, both getting close nearfalls at the beginning of the match. Frankie takes over control with a big series of high impact moves, before going to the top rope. Big mistake, as his leap is intercepted with a dropkick, and that nearly gets a three. A DDT nearly gets the win again for Skipper, and it seems we may be on the verge of another X-Division Title change. Just as Kazarian begins to fight back, in runs Chris Sabin attacking Kazarian as the referee calls a no contest. The crowd boo both Sabin's attack and the no contest decision, as Skipper joins in the attack on Frankie. The two on one continues, Sabin hitting the Future Shock on Frankie to end it.

Winner: No Contest

Crowd: 63%

Match: 75%

Overall: 69%

Dames Rating: **

(It's funny how every move in the last match was sloppy, and every move here is hit perfectly. I smell a little haterising on my playa Ekmo. Dames tricks himself into Misawa references...twice. Now that's how to kill a running gag. Anyway, Sabin-Kazarian picks up pace nicely, unlike the majoirty of my other feuds.)

Mixed Tag Team Match

Shannon Ward and Devon Storm vs Nidia and Pat McGroin

Pat and Nidia...are different. In fact, they're trash. Gimmick wise of course. This is a mixed tag match, so the ladies fight each other, and the guys fight each other. This was a really short match, so maybe the X-Title match ran over slightly. Pat went to the outside and grabbed a steel chair in the middle of a Nidia-Shannon brawl. Then, the goof goes and hits Nidia in the head with the chair. Devon takes him out with a clothesline, as Shannon hits the Frankenscreamer and gets the three count. Good start for Pat and Nidia.

Winner: Shannon Ward and Devon Storm by pinfall

Crowd: 54%

Match: 52%

Overall: 53%

Dames Rating: DUD

Notes: Pat McGroin debuted his new gimmick. It got a positive response.

(Oh boy, what was I thinking here? I get a first DUD last week, and suddenly they're rolling in. At least Pat got a positive response for his gimmick. Trash attracts trash I guess.)

As Nidia and Pat are escorted from the ring, the ring is set up for Watts Cooking. Erik Watts walks out, and he's surprisingly over. Pity he can't wrestle. Anyway, tonight it's time for an answer. The wrestling world(overstatement) has been abuzz as to who tonight's special guest referee will be. Speculation has brought up many names. But tonight, we're going to find out who it is. Man...this is going to be such an anti-climax. So welcome if you will, Bret Hart! And the fans do, as Bret walks out and does his usual entrance. Bret takes the microphone, and talks which makes Watts' pretty usless out there. First off, next week will be a special week. It will be an X-Division only show. Meaning, no-one in the X-Divisionw ill be on the show. Obviously. You will see the X-Division Title on the line in a triple threat match. Elix Skipper meets Chris Sabin and Frankie Kazarian for the title. Also, The Amazing Red is back next week, and he will go one on one with Sonny Siaki with the US Title on the line. But tonight, it's time to announce the special referee. A referee who will uphold law and order.(No, it's not Bossman). A referee highly qualified for the job.(It's not Nowinski). A referee who knows it all, knows every trick in the book, has been in every feasible position.(It's not Lizzy Borden...although she'd be the person to call to avoid an anti-climax.) The referee...is Bret Hart himself. No shock one off appearance, no surprise debut...Bret Hart. We're cutting costs after all. Bret promises that tonight there will be a winner.

Overall: 74%

6 Man Tag Team Match

Slash, Brian Lee and Kid Romeo vs Nova, Blue Meanie and Mad Mikey

This is a smart crowd...they knew this was just a throwaway, thrown together match. As such, they really couldn't be bothered to get into the match at most points. Both teams put in a decent effort, but the ring soon became overcrowded minimalising the offense of Nova and Romeo in particular. WIth all six men in the ring at the same time, the referee Chuck Berry could be forgiven for getting a little confused. He can also be forgiven for missing the feet on the ropes, as Slash pinned Nova to get the three count. Now...if it was Brian Hebner...

(Meh. I expected a little better, even though it was a total throw together. We'll probably see four of the six next week on the special X Division edition of Anarchy in the Asylum.)

Backstage, Shane Douglas has an interview regarding his feud with Jeff Jarrett. And that's about it. He's a decent enough talker to get a 75% rating for an interview, so that's all I care about.

6 Man Tag Team Match

Shane Douglas, Chris Hamrick and Swinger vs Jeff Jarrett, Danny Doring and Roadkill

Douglas and Jarrett of course have been feuding for a long time. In fact, the feud should be about ready to be ended soon. Doring and Roadkill have problems with The Network, of which Hamrick and Swinger are members. It's continuity see. Douglas seems happy to stay out of Jarrett's way through this match, only tagging in to face Doring or occasionally Roadkill. Doring and Hamrick start and are involved in the longer parts of the match. Towards the end, Jarrett seems to grow tired of Douglas' stalling tactics, and abandons the ring apron to go after him. Douglas seems him and manages to run off, Jarrett following which leaves a 2 on 2 in the ring. Doring and Roadkill hit the Buggy Bomb on Hamrick, before Doring hits the Wham Bam Thank You Maam on Swinger to finish and get the win.

Winner: Danny Doring, Roadkill and Jeff Jarrett by pinfall

Dames Rating: *3/4

(The feud that isn't a feud continues on, as does the feud which is a feud. If you know what I mean.)

Backstage, Alexis Laree is walking through the corridors. With CM Punk out after an attack by a mystery attacker, and Dinero out injured from an attack after we went off the air last week(that's just a cover up story)...Alexis is all on her own. The only member of the Gathering not to be mysteriously attacked. Walking through the halls, she seems to be extremely parranoid...suddenly turning around at the slightest noise. Getting even more nervous, she suddenly breaks into a jog, into a more open part of the backstage area. Meanwhile, in the shadows behind her, a figure can be seen moving...dun dun duuuuun!

Overall: 78%

Notes: Alexis Laree gained overness from this segment

(I wonder who the stalker is...wink wink. Dinero will return from his back injury by the time the show returns to it's normal format. E.g...not strictly the X-Division. Punk has a fake injury so can come back whenever.)

NWA World Title, Special Guest Referee Match

A.J Styles© vs D'Lo Brown

Referee: Bret 'The Hitman' Hart

When in doubt, throw D'Lo and Styles together. It worked here, with the two putting on their usual stellar match, the crowd behind it all the way. Bret Hart's influence on the match wasn't felt until A.J decided not to clean break in the corner, and Bret was forced to pull him away. Showing his impartialness, Bret did the same to D'Lo not long after, which helped Styles to hit a cheap shot. Styles dominated from there, until D'Lo hits an impressive hurricarana which popped the crowd. D'Lo then goes through almost all the high impact moves he knows, each time getting a closer and closer near fall. Styles almost gets a pin from a roll-up, but as D'Lo kicks out he decides to argue with Bret. D'Lo spins him around and hits the Sky High, and get an extremely close near fall. In the end, another hurricanrana attempt is blocked by Styles, and countered with a Styles Clash and an impressive clean win.

After the match, Styles doesn't seem content to celebrate, deciding instead to attack D'Lo some more. As Styles stomps away, Bret Hart rolls back in and pulls him off, but gets shoved down! Bad idea. The champ goes to work again, but is spun around...RIGHT HAND FROM HART. OMGDZ~!!!1! Styles retreats, as Hart checks on D'Lo. But what will the fallout from this be? Has Bret Hart has gone against his word of being a fair commisioner all in the process of one punch?

Worst Match: Ekmo vs Axl Rotten

Worst Segment: Douglas interview/Watts Cooking

God knows how I got 72% rating for this...two DUD matches, only one average or above. Styles/D'Lo and the segments saved the show. Next week it's an all X-Division show. Kazarian/Sabin/Skipper. Red/Saiki. Styles defending the World Title. No Ekmo. Hopefully this will all equal ratings.

So...another slow week. Until I raise risk to 70%, and suddenly Dames' Diatribes end our sponsorship deal due to 'the increasingly risky material that we are using.' Dames suddenly = morals. So, I get sponsorship from a company who gives me more money. Hopefully this'll help me stop losing money so drastically.

Anyway, it's week 13. It's an unlucky number. It's the X-Division. It's...

*NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW*

~This week, it's X Anarchy in the Asylum(those creative geniouses are at work again). Luckily, this X-Division includes A.J Styles, so the World Title will be on the line. And although it'll probably cause me to tip my profit over into a loss, Jerry Lynn will be the one getting the shot. It promises to be an awesome main event between two men no strangers to each other to say the least.

~The X-Division Championship itself is put on the line, Frankie Kazarian defending against both Elix Skipper and former champ Chris Sabin in a triple threat match. This all stems from last week, Skipper and Sabin double teaming Frankie after the Skipper/Kazarian match. Will Skipper and Sabin work together these week as well?

~Also the US Championship is on the line, with returning Amazing Red defending one on one against Sonny Siaki. And the Tag Champions Low Ki and Christopher Daniels return to action with a title defense against the team of Paul London and Devon Storm.

~Chris Hamrick and Swinger's feud with Danny Doring and Roadkill continues...sort of. Of course, Roadkill is not an X-Division star. Spanky however is, and will team with Doring this week.

~The new extended X-Division includes the ladies as well. New diva Nidia has made a special challenge to Shannon Ward. That special challenge being a Bra and Panties Match. A little eye candy will be provided in the Asylum this week.

~Also, a four way dance sees Nova meet Slash, Jonny Storm and Kid Romeo.

NWA:TNA- X ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 13

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

Tenay and Hudson inform us only X-Division stars will be in action tonight, so there's no Ekmo title defence tonight. Thanks for that guys. Way to earn your paychecks.

Dark Match, Bra and Panties Match

Nidia vs Shannon Ward

Bra and panties, bra and panties! Nidia and Shannon Ward are not the best pairing for a match up usually. But, with my increased risk level, it's bra and panties time. Personally I don't see the 'risk' in bra and panties matches. I suppose they could get a 'fabric cut' or something. Maybe not. Nidia takes advantage from the beginning, and boy the crowd are into this despite the lackluster action. Nidia manages to remove Shannon's top, but this seems to spur Shannon on as she fights back. An enziguri kick allows Shannon time to take off Nidia's top, and then the panties are exposed after a Frankenscreamer, and Shannon Ward wins the worst match you're likely to see in TNA.

Winner: Shannon Ward by bra and panties, bra and panties, bra and panties JR!

Crowd: 70%

Match: 39%

Overall: 60%

Dames Rating: -*

(Say what you will...sex sells. 70% crowd heat is more than most talented wrestlers get. You'll be happy to hear this one is not over by a long shot.)

NWA Tag Team Titles

Triple X © vs Devon Storm and Paul London

Low Ki and Daniels are now simply Triple X, Elix Skipper being removed from the team off screen. Storm and London are...mismatched. They're also a pretty darn good team. Sure, Low Ki and Daniels carried them through most of the match, but London especially held his own. Some big high spots in this one, the crowd solidly behind London. Devon Storm was the one who came closest to getting the win for his team though, hitting a roll-through spinebuster for a close two. Things soon degenerated into chaotic brawl, and this left Devon Storm vulnerable to a Last Rites for the three count, Triple X retaining the title once more.

Winner: Triple X 3 by pinfall

Crowd: 68%

Match: 89%

Overall: 78%

Dames Rating: ***1/2

Paul London lost overness from this match. Devon Storm lost overness from this match. Christopher Daniels gained overness from this match. Low Ki gained overness from this match. The NWA Tag Team titles have gained in image

(See...a bra and panties match gets more crowd heat than a three and a half star battle. Maybe Vince's way isn't so wrong after all. This was a good match however, beating last month's best match between Hidaka and Skipper.)

Four Way Elimination Match

Nova vs Kid Romeo vs Jonny Storm vs Slash

Basically, four X-Division guys in a throw together match. Basically, the crowd noticed and didn't get into the match. Tags had to be made in this match...it's not that weird when you think about it. WWE had a dumpster match where you had to make tags in 2000. That's weird. Jonny Storm hasn't been seen around TNA for quite a while, but came in fired up tonight. In fact, he got the first pin, eliminating Nova with an impressive tiger bomb. Kid Romeo takes advantage, hitting a dropkick to the knee from behind and working away, Slash doing the same as Storm gets double teamed. Eventually a tag comes, a blind tag to Romeo. Slash locks on a standing leglock, as Kid Romeo goes to the top rope and hits a flying bulldog to get a three count. Romeo and Storm are left, Romeo again works away on the knee. In true face fashion, Storm gets a fight back opportunity, and takes it with a DDT and a Swandive Headbutt for a shock victory.

Winner: Jonny Storm by pinfall

Crowd: 51%

Match: 75%

Overall: 63%

Dames Rating: *1/2

(Storm may be in for a push, what with the cost cutting I'm going to have to do soon. So this was to test the waters a little, see how the crowd react to him. He may need a little gimmick alteration by the looks of things.)

Tag Team Match

Chris Hamrick and Swinger vs Danny Doring and Spanky

Doring has been feuding with The Network members Hamrick and Swinger blah blah blah. Roadkill isn't an X-Division star, so Spanky steps in. It's a pity these guys are all on high earnings and may have to go as soon as I start cost cutting. Another top quality match, another Network lesson in tag team wrestling as they cut the ring in half on Spanky. Some nice wrestling from both teams, the match picked up as Doring got the tag. The chaos all got too much for Brian Hebner though, and he missed Swinger using brass knuckles on Doring. Swinger quickly rolls up Doring, and gets the three.

Winner: Swinger and Chris Hamrick by pinfall

Crowd: 57%

Match: 81%

Overall: 69%

Dames Rating: **1/4

(Hebner involved in more controversy. Pity I can't use him in any angles. Another good match, this show doesn't seem a bad idea right now.)

Backstage, Shannon Ward is now in the catering part of the backstage area, getting herself a coffee. You can just tell something bad is gonna happen. Why else would they be filming her getting a coffee? Sure enough, here comes Nidia spearing her into the catering table, and the cat fight is on! Tearing at Shannon's clothes, eventually Nidia strips Shannon to her bra and panties. Revenge for earlier on in the show.

Overall: 75%

Notes: Shannon Ward gained overness from this segment. Nidia gained overness from this segment.

(Sex certainly sells. This is just like the Stephanie McMahon versus Sable brawl in the sxybox...only I don't think even Shannon Ward screams as loud as Stephanie. Next week...more of the same if it keeps upping their overness like this.)

NWA US Title

Amazing Red© vs Sonny Siaki

Red is back from Japan, and doesn't seem to have lost a step. A good match...short and sweet. Red gets in the crowd popping offence, including a Jericho style SUPER hurricanrana with both men on the top rope. Siaki nearly steals the title with a vicious diving spear, but it's a close near fall. Red comes back soon after with a spinning heel kick, followed up with the Infra Red for a comfortable win and title defence.

Winner: Amazing Red by pinfall

Crowd: 63%

Match: 74%

Overall: 68%

Dames Rating: *3/4

Notes: The NWA US title has gained in image

(Well, Red gets a simple win. Puts the title over some more. Gets Red back on PPV. Exactly what I wanted.)

NWA X-Division Title, Triple Threat Match

Frankie Kazarian© vs Chris Sabin vs Elix Skipper

The history for this comes from last week of course. Frankie enters the ring last, and it seems Skipper and Sabin are waiting on him. But, as Kazarian enters the ring he manages to duck a double clothesline and hit one of his own. From there, Kazarian tries to fight both men off, but they manage to beat him down eventually. Soon enough, Sabin and Skipper's teamwork falls apart, and Kazarian hits the Wave of the Future from out of nowhere for a three count.

Winner: Frankie Kazarian by pinfall

Crowd: 62%

Match: 74%

Overall: 68%

Dames Rating: *3/4

(Ok...for some reason this went way too short. As such, the rating was low. Hopefully next time it won't go as short. Yes...there will be a next time.)

Trinity is backstage with AJ Styles. I don't know why I didn't Styles do the interview...other than I thought it'd be weird having Styles not talk about D'Lo. So Trinity says her man will beat Jerry Lynn tonight, just like old times.

Overall: 69%

NWA World Title

A.J Styles© vs Jerry Lynn

These two had quite the feud back when NWA:TNA itself began. Lynn hasn't been seen much since Anarchy in the Asylum began though, due to his pay demands. Typically solid bout, with some nice counter wrestling to kick things off. The pace soon picks up, a few high spots even thrown in for good measure. Styles puts his usual solid effort in, turning into a bona-fide star mroe and more every day. In the end, Jerry fought and fought, but Styles kept his head...and used his head, by pinning Lynn with a roll-up, using a handful of tights for good measure. With the win in the bag, Styles grabs his belt and quickly makes a sharp exit, as Lynn looks angry.

Winner: A.J Styles by pinfall

Crowd: 73%

Match: 86%

Overall: 79%

Dames Rating: ***3/4

(FINALLY! First match over ***1/2 stars I've got for NWA:TNA. It took damn long enough. Oh well, that was the main purpose of the show, so mission accomplished I guess.)

Okay, time for another of a month end recap. By the state of my finances, I might not be doing many more of these.

Monthly Records...

Best Match: Triple X 3 vs Paul London and Devon Storm, November 26th

Hottest Match: A.J Styles vs D'Lo Brown ref/Bret Hart, November 19th

Worst Match: Nidia vs Shannon Ward, November 26th

Best Segment: Bret makes D'Lo sign a waiver, November 5th

Worst Segment: Nidia and Pat McGroin debut, November 12th

Title Situation

World Title: A.J Styles.

US Title: Amazing Red

X Title: Chris Sabin

Frankie Kazarian(beats Sabin, November 12th)

Tag Titles: Triple X 3

King of the Darkmatch: Ekmo

Top 5 Wrestlers...

#1A.J Styles- Still World Champ, two victories over D'Lo Brown and one over Jerry Lynn.

#2Frankie Kazarian- New X Division Champion, coupled with two successful title defenses.

#3D'Lo Brown- Two losses, but putting in impressive performances against A.J Styles both times and nearly became World Champion.

#4Ekmo- Still undefeated, with victories over Alter Boy Luke, NOSAWA and Axl Rotten

#5Low Ki- Tag team wins with Christopher Daniels, one of those the match of the month, plus a singles victory over James Storm.

Ok, now it's time for roster cut time. I'm in the red money wise, so I need to alter my written contracted roster a little. And anyone overpaid on open contracts is going too. So out go New Jack, Sabu, The Harris Boys, B.G James, Mad Mikey, Sandman, Sonny Saiki, Brian Lee, David Young, Cassidy and Chase, Devon Storm, Chris Hamrick, Jason Cross, Nova, Spanky, Glenn Gilberti, Sean Waltman, Danny Doring, Konnan, Desire, David Flair, Mike Awesome, Roadkill, James Mitchell, Dutch Mantell and Vince Russo. For now. So I'm down to 43 workers on the roster.

So now, I have too few people on the roster. Just to make Sophie happy, I go out and sign Christian York, Joey Matthews and a British lightweight called 'El Midgeeto'. Luckily, I have plans for them all.

With all the firings, Ekmo is now my number 5 heel in the company! Chris Harris has returned from rehab. Simon Diamond and Julio Dinero are back from injury. And Anarchy in the Asylum is now a Saturday night show. Just for the hell of changing.

Hopefully this bunch of roster cuts will help me make money. Hopefully. So, with all these cuts, what's in store for...

*NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW*

~This week, the feud WILL end. After weeks...months of confrontations, Jeff Jarrett meets Shane Douglas, one on one...and it will be a Cage Match. One way or another, the feud will end this week, but who will leave this battle with the upper hand on the other? It promises to be one hell of a battle.

~A.J Styles and D'Lo Brown escape the roster cuts(obviously), and their feud rages on. Week 12 saw the two engage in another fantastic battle, with Styles gaining the victory again. After the match, Bret Hart fired a right hand at Styles sending him reeling. But what will the fallout from his actions be? Both A.J Styles and Bret Hart will be in the house, and apparantly he's out for revenge.

~In an X-Division Title rematch, Frankie Kazarian goes one on one with Chris Sabin this week, with Sabin looking to regain the belt he lost three weeks ago. And Low Ki and Chris Daniels defend their Tag Team Titles this week, against old enemy James Storm and a partner of his choosing. Who will step up and be Storm's partner this week?

~Alexis Laree was seemingly being stalked two weeks ago. Is she, and if so who is the stalker? CM Punk and Julio Dinero return this week, so she should be safe. But Punk and Dinero were of course both attacked by a mystery assailant in recent weeks, so could these seperate incidents be connected?

~Ekmo will have another challenger for his King of the Darkmatch this week, but with funds running low will the talent of opposition do the same?

~Also Paul London teams with Jonny Storm to take on Elix Skipper and Kid Romeo. And Erik Watts will present Watts Cooking once more, but the guest is not known. This plus more on NWA:TNA Week 14...the one where everyone's been fired.

Ok, for those of you still reading...here's week 14. For those of you not reading...you won't be reading this, so there's no point in talking about you...

As the roster cuts keep on going, my mind seems to be filled with crazy ideas. Deacon's fed is infectious. So, I'm going to figure out which weird ideas I can use considering my relatively low risk rating, and they may debut next week. But for now...it's serious wrestling all the way. Except Ekmo...

NWA:TNA- ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 14

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

King of the Darkmatch Title

Ekmo vs Chris Sydal

This should be...'meh'. Sydal was what we Brits call 'cheap as chips'. In wrestling terms of course...you wouldn't pay $10,000 for a bag of chips. Interestingly, Sydal put up the fight of a bag of chips. Considering his opponent was Ekmo, it's not surprisingly he didn't last long. The big samoan destroyed Sydal, and hit the big splash from the top to retain the belt.

Winner: Ekmo by pinfall

Crowd: 44%

Match: 56%

Overall: 50%

Dames Rating: DUD

Notes: The King of the Darkmatch title has gained in image

(Another DUDtastic match for Ekmo. And yet, he's one of my top heels. Figure that one out if you will.)

Tag Team Match

Paul London and Jonny Storm vs Kid Romeo and Elix Skipper

Paul London is one of the highest earning workers to survive the cut, because he's so damn talented. Plus, apparantly he's a vital face to TNA...#5 to be exact. Sure, number 4 is Erik Watts...but you can't win them all I guess. All these guys are stuck in semi pushes, and I'm not sure which of the four to push to the X-Division contendership once I end Sabin/Frankie. All four put in decent performances, the crowd not really into the match as much as it deserves, as so often seems to happen with un-over super workers. For now, the push seems to be fixed on Jonny Storm, as he managed to get the victory for his team with the Swandive Headbutt. After the match, Romeo and Skipper returned the favour and attacked London and Storm, these maybe becoming a full time team once more.

Winners: Jonny Storm and Paul London by pinfall

Crowd: 58%

Match: 81%

Overall: 69%

Dames Rating: **1/4

(Ah, if only these guys got more crowd reactions. Now I have less workers on the roster, maybe I'll be able to concentrate on these type of guys more.)

Backstage, Alexis Laree and Julio Dinero are talking...nervously. Yes...the stalker is still on the loose probably. A noise is heard in the background, and both shoot their heads around. Parranoia is setting in for The Gathering.

Overall: 68%

(Ok, this was actually a turn angle. I don't want The Gathering to be tweeners, so I'll do two more of these for the other Gathering members and write them as if they're being stalked.)

NWA X-Division Title

Frankie Kazarian© vs Chris Sabin

This is the rematch from week 11, where Frankie took the belt from Sabin. This week, Sabin looks more determined than usual, dropping the cocky exterior and getting into the match. The match suddenly becomes a WWE Eddie Guerrero match, with two seperate ref bumps in the match. The first denies Sabin the win after a Tiger Bomb, and the comes after Kazarian nearly won the match. With the referee down, Sabin rolls to the outside after a clothesline, as Kazrian tries to revive the referee. Reaching out for Sabin, Frankie then gets nailed with a ring bell shot, and Sabin rolls in to make the cover as suddenly the referee throws the match out! Sabin is in shock, as it seems the ref saw the bell shot, and is calling for a DQ. Sabin doesn't look happy, but is suddenly attacked from behind, and the fight is on again! Sabin and Kazarian brawl for a while...through the crowd, through the aisle...until they dissappear backstage.

Winner: Frankie Kazarian by DQ

Crowd: 64%

Match: 73%

Overall: 68%

Dames Rating: *3/4

(Sabin still does not hold a victory over Kazarian in their feud...a feud which should soon end I think. I'm sure I could find better combinations than these two.)

After a commercial, it's Watts Cooking time. Erik Watts stands in the ring and announces his guest Bret Hart with no hesitation. Maybe we're running low on time. Bret walks down, and it seems Watts wants to know what the deal is. Is Bret a fair commisioner? Well, of course Bret says he is. Watts cuts him off, and shows a replay of what happened last week...the right hand which took Styles out and sent him running. Bret then cuts Watts and the video off. Hart you see is ashamed of his actions. He said he'd be a fair commisioner. He said he'd do a better job than Vince Russo ever did. And he apologises for his actions. Suddenly, in from behind from through the crowd comes A.J Styles! Bret continues talking, and gets blindsighted from behind with a belt shot from Styles!!! Watts chases Styles off quickly, as the commisioner is out cold.

Overall: 86%

Erik Watts gained overness from this segment.

(Yes...this is an experiment. Objective 1- Can I get A.J Styles over at the expense of Bret Hart. Objective 2- Can I make Bret Hart a wrestler for one last match and have him re-create some magic. Objective 3- Can I get out of paying Bret the $71,000 at the end of this month. We shall see. Pity only Erik Watts gained overness from this.)

It's Tag Team Title time. Try saying that without moving your tongue. The champs Triple X are already in the ring, awaiting their challengers...one of them is James Storm. The other. Well, Storm walks out and announces he's found the best partner in the world. Someone in the crowd shouts out Chris Benoit...so Storm corrects himself. The best partner he could find that isn't on a written contract for the WWE and won't charge obscene amounts of money. Yes...it's the return of Chirs Harris. The crowd pop...except the Benoit guy. Sadly, and slowly...SKeith walks away as the match begins.

NWA Tag Team Titles

Triple X© vs America's Most Wanted

Yes, he's back and it seems the rehab has done him the world of good. These two teams just naturally seem to click, the re-united America's Most Wanted putting on a great show of tag team wrestling. Harris is the target of Triple X's attentions, and eventually they cut the ring off with great tag team wrestling. The crowd are into this one too. Great match once Storm is tagged back in, and the crowd really begin to believe a title change could come. In fact, AMW manage to nail the Death Sentence, only for Low Ki to save Daniels from a pin. In the end, Harris goes for a superplex but is caught by Daniels with a splash mountain, and then the Last Rites for a three count.

Winner: Triple X by pinfall

Crowd: 70%

Match: 86%

Overall: 78%

Dames Rating: ***1/4

(I knew I stuck by Chris Harris for a reason. Well...other than the fact James Storm would get all pissy if I fired his buddy. And if I fired Harris, Storm would have nothing to do. But also, they're a good team. Great match, Triple X are still champs and are on 29 experience now, but wrestle like they're on 60.)

Intergender Tag Team Match

Blue Meanie and Nidia vs Nidia and Pat McGroin

Oh...boy. From greatness...to obscureness. Devon Storm and David Flair did not escape the doom of the roster cuts. So Shannon Ward has to team with the closest I can find to an outcast. The Blue Meanie. Bless them, they try their best. But it doesn't work. Maybe I should keep Shannon and Nidia in the eye candy stakes. Shannon hits the Frankenscreamer on Nidia to prolong her and Pat's un-un-defeated streak.

Winner: Blue Meanie and Shannon Ward by pinfall

Crowd: 55%

Match: 50%

Overall: 53%

Dames Rating: DUD

(Yowza...a DUD was what I expected I guess. I need to find a use for Blue Meanie and quick, because without Nova he doesn't have one in my book. Although...I may have an idea...)

It's obviously time for the big one, as the Cage is lowered. Tenay and Hudson mention how we've never had a Cage Match on an edition of Anarchy in the Asylum, this raising the importance of this match a little. We get the long entrances as the crowd seem ready for this one.

Steel Cage Match

Jeff Jarrett vs Shane Douglas

Douglas doesn't seem too keen to get into the cage, and it's not hard to see why...the moment he steps in, Jarrett grabs him and throws him head first into the steel cage. A bloody battle, both men used the cage to their advantage in the course of a long, back and forth match. Jarrett became the first to be bloodied, and by the time he mounted a comeback he has already suffering blocked vision from the blood. The battle found it's way to the top of the cage soon, both men exchanging punches atop the steel. A slip from Jarrett sent him crashing crotch first into the top rope. Douglas took his chance, and escaped the cage thus winning the match and the feud.

Winner: Shane Douglas by escape

(Douglas is now my number 1 heel, and the third most over man in the company. Everyone hates him still, but oh well.)

Just when you thought the show was over...A.J Styles is leaving the building, when suddenly he gets smashed in the back with a chair shot from...D'Lo Brown. Yeah, they're still feuding remember. Styles goes down, as D'Lo stands over the champ threateningly.

Overall: 78%

Overall Rating: 73% Attendance: 3454 Buy rate: 0.20

Best Match: Triple X vs America's Most Wanted

Hottest Match: Shane Douglas vs Jeff Jarrett

Worst Match: Blue Meanie and Shannon Ward vs Pat McGroin and Nidia

Best Segment: Watts Cooking with Bret and Styles

Worst Segment: Alexis and Dinero

Well, the attendance continues to rise. Pity I can't improve my buy rate. It'll come. Hopefully. AMW are back together, Douglas gains big time overness...good show all in all.

Cheers for the feedback U.Y.I

Another slow week...a week where I'm currently making a small profit! Woo! Then again, I need to make more...and soon. So, no expensive open wrestler shall appear this week...and will not be included in...

*NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW*

~The A.J Styles-D'Lo Brown feud rages on...but now seems to be drawing in Commisioner Hart. Styles attacked Hart last week during his appearance on Watts Cooking, but was attacked back by D'Lo as TNA went off the air last week. This week, Bret Hart has promised an important announcement...it's not known is this affects A.J Styles or not, but it's more than likely Bret has A.J on his mind after the attack last week.

~Styles himself will be in one on one action, as he teams with Shane Douglas, who is fresh of a big victory over Jeff Jarrett. Their opposition will be D'Lo Brown and 'The Truth' Ron Killings, in whay should be a fantastic main event.

~A Tag Team melee will determine the Tag Team Title number one contenders for next week. The reunited America's Most Wanted, debutants Christian York and Joey Matthews, Swinger and Simon Diamond, and Skipper and Romeo will do battle in a four team elimination match which promises to be [tazz]off the hook[/tazz].

~Ekmo is once again challenged one on one for the King of the Darkmatch title. Can he ever be dethroned from his title?

~Not too much else has been officially announced for the show. But believe me, it promises to be [tazz]a rocketbuster[/tazz] of a show.

NWA:TNA- ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 15

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

King of the Darkmatch

Ekmo vs Brother Clay

Oh man...the crowd were dead for this one. Almost literally. At least it was short...Ekmo hit a couple on generic hoss moves, and then the big splash. Clay never stood a chance.

Winner and still KOTD: Ekmo by pinfall

Crowd: 28%

Match: 64%

Overall: 46%

Dames Rating: 1/4*

(Ekmo's reign of terror continues on. Can anyone defeat him? Can anyone draw a good match out of him. The second answer is probably a definate no. At least within my price range.)

Backstage in one of the locker rooms(yes, a locker room...we don't use broom cupboards), Joey Matthews is sat watching the TV monitor, kicked back in the chair looking cool. Or trying. All this is going on while the ring announcer tells everyone about not using laser pens and laser guns and the like. Does anyone actually use those laser pens anymore? Looking bored, Joey grabs the remote and changes the channel...and after a few channel hops he manages to find an old episode of Baywatch, which understandably brings a smile to his face, and a comedy nod. Suddenly a door behind him opens, as in walks Christian York...but maybe not, as Joey tells 'Chandler' to look at the T.V. For anyone finding this segment to be like a bad scene from Friends...congratulations, because it is. Hell, there's even a duck walking around behind them. With a smile 'Chandler' grabs a chair and sits down watching the T.V as well...and the segment ends with Chandler muttering 'Oh...my...god'.

Overall: 55%

(Notes: See...we're hip. We're cool. We're ripping off Friends incase you hadn't noticed. That should increase our young fan base. Kids love rip-offs. Christian York is now Chandler York, which is an improvement in my book. Oh, and the team is now known as the Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Genious. And yeah, this is just the beginning. Now their debuted, hilarity will ensue.)

It's promo time, as the NWA World Champion has entered the ring while the Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S nonsense. The crowd are really on his back, with D'Lo chants. Styles tells them all to shut up, because he's not here to talk about that WWE reject D'Lo Brown. He's here to talk about the biggest hypocrite in wrestling. Bret Hart. Understandably, that gets many boos. Styles goes to talk, but is cut off by Bret's music playing, and we may have a confrontation. Bret is not out to apologise. He did what he did due to provokation. But he is out here to tell Styles what he thinks of him. He's a great athelete. A star of the future. But he's also a cocky sunnavabitch. Big pops from the crowd as Styles is going mad. A.J wants Bret to shut up and listen. He claims to be the best there is, was and will be. But how about he proves it next week. Bret Hart versus A.J Styles next week! Bret thinks about it, and accepts! A little taken aback, Styles tries not to look worried about what he's got himelf into, as Bret leaves.

Overall: 75%

(I know Bret probably won't be able to wrestle anymore. But it's worth a try to get Styles a little more over. Bre returns to action next week.)

Ratings Killer Handicap Match

Shannon Ward vs Nidia and Pat McGroin

Ok, I admit this is a bad idea. McGroin's probably one of the worst workers on the roster...and possibly the worst in the match. These three are kind of on probation...stuck in meaningless matches until I find something to do with them. Shannon puts up a good fight against two opponents, and dominates part of the match. That says a lot about Nidia and McGroin's value. They do put in a couple of decent double team moves, but the singles moves seem sloppy as hell. In the end, Nidia gets pinned from a DDT by Ward to end the pain.

Winner: Shannon Ward by pinfall

Crowd: 51%

Match: 47%

Overall: 49%

Dames Rating: -*

(Bad idea was a bit of an understatement I guess. Heads will roll after this...)

Four Team Elimination Match, Tag Title #1 contendership

America's Most Wanted vs Skipper and Romeo vs Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S vs Swinger and Diamond

Debut of the Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S in TNA, in ring. Triple X walk down a little way through match and join the commentary team. Or rather Daniels does. Low Ki sits to the side watching the match, not talking. In the ring Skipper and Romeo spend the first part of the match again either York or Matthews. For most of the match infact it stays between those two. Matthews eventually tags to Harris, but gets tagged back in from Skipper. Not long after, Harris eliminates Matthews with a top rope bulldog and we're down to two teams. On commentary, Daniels gets asked about former ally Elix Skipper...and then America's Most Wanted...ignoring the match for the most part. The crowd however aren't, and begin to get behind the AMW. Unfortunately for them, America's Most Wanted are the next team eliminated as Swinger gets the pin on Chris Harris. Swinger manages to fight off an immediate onslaught from Skipper, and work together with Diamond to gain the advantage. Eventually it breaks down into the usual tag team brawl, and Swinger gets hit with the Kiss of Death, Romeo gets the pin as Diamond is held back and the three is counted. Triple X leave watching Romeo and Skipper all the way, these two teams meet next week

Winner: Kid Romeo and Elix Skipper

Crowd: 62%

Match: 78%

Overall: 70%

Dames Rating: **1/4

(Skipper faces his former buddies next week. Bet you thought Simon and Swinger would win...if you're regular readers. And have a memory. But I guess my plans have changed.)

Ron Killings is backstage, ready for an interview. Since I don't have an named interviewer I know of, Killings conducts it himself. He wants to prove a point to Shane Douglas over their 'conflicts' last month. This isn't over between them apparently. Killings then walks off...and that's that.

Overall: 81%

(Douglas is feuding with Killings...Killings has an interview...Killings doesn't like Douglas. Not very inspiring, but there ya goes.)

X-Division Match

Julio Dinero vs Paul London

Yes, two great wrestlers in a thrown together match where they don't click. Great. Just what I wanted. This is actually the most the crowd has probably ever been into Paul London on Anarchy in the Asylum. Pity he's going to be getting so damn much at the end of the month for it. Both men did the whole feel each other out and indi stance stuff, before Dinero takes the advantage. He has a while on the offense before London fights back. A hurricarana gets a near fall as suddenly here comes Alexis Laree. London starts arguing with Alexis, as Dinero sneaks up behind and hits the Theater of Dreams for the three count.

Winner: Julio Dinero by pinfall

Crowd: 69%

Match: 66%

Overall: 68%

Dames Rating: *1/4

Notes: Alexis Laree's turn was completed, and she is now a heel. Alexis Laree gained overness from this turn

(Alexis is now no longer a tweener, and is actually #4 heel in the company. The sudden urge to yell 'you go girlfriend' suddenly subsides when I remember Michael Cole yelling it at Debra in 1999.)

X-Division Match, Guest Referee

Chris Sabin vs Jimmy Rave

Guest Referee: Frankie Kazarian

Kazarian is referee for no reason other than his feud with Sabin. Logical booking? Meh. Sabin is wary of Kazarian throughout the match, taking his mind off of under-utilised Jimmy Rave. A nice decent match, Kazarian stays fair for the majority of the match, Sabin still keeping a close eye on him. The distraction of this allows Rave to catch a roll-up, and Frankie gives a quick count! Rave and Kazarian make a quick exit, as Sabin looks on shocked at their celebration.

Winner: Jimmy Rave by pinfall

Crowd: 53%

Match: 66%

Overall: 59%

Dames Rating: 3/4*

Notes: Chris Sabin lost overness from this match

(I need to get out of the 'faces do heelish stuff' mode. D'Lo backstage attacks, Frankie cheating someone out of a win. Well the feud continues on. I'm justing waiting for the day I can end it so both can increase their overness a little.)

Main Event, Tag Team Match

D'Lo Brown and Ron Killings vs Shane Douglas and A.J Styles

D'Lo and Styles have been feuding since the day I took over, and Killings and Douglas have started up a feud recently. Douglas and Killings start off...Douglas isn't the cowardly heel he once was you see. The Truth starts off with kicks and right hands, but Douglas soon gets the advantage and Killings gets beaten down. The crowd get into the match, wanting D'Lo in, but the heels keep Killings from tagging out. Of course, the tag eventually comes and D'Lo comes in fire up, causing Styles to retreat to the outside. Douglas and D'Lo brawl, as Killings hits a plancha on Styles to big cheers from the crowd. From there it turns into a brawl for a good 5 minutes. Styles takes off the turnbuckle pad, but doesn't get to use it as D'Lo takes him to the outside. Instead Douglas sends Killings in and rolls him up for the cheap pin.

Winners: Shane Douglas and A.J Styles by pinfall

Crowd: 80%

Match: 73%

Overall: 77%

Dames Rating: **

After the match, suddenly here comes Commisioner Bret Hart. The two seperate brawls continue on, as Bret watches Styles and D'Lo closely. Suddenly, Bret picks up a steel chair, the crowd encouraging him to use it. He seems to have a change of heart realising what he's doing, as Styles sends D'Lo into the railings. The champ turns around...and bret floors him with a chair shot! Bret Hart vs A.J Styles next week!

Overall Rating: 67% Attendance: 3433 Buy rate: 0.21

Best Match: AMW vs Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S vs Diamond and Swinger vs Romeo and Skipper

Hottest Match: D'Lo Brown and Ron Killings vs Shane Douglas and A.J Styles

Worst Match: Nidia and Pat McGroin vs Shannon Ward

Best Segment: Killings interview

Worst Segment: Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S debut

Not a great show...at least I got a decent main event to continue my feuds, and build up Bret-Styles next week. Whever that's a success...I doubt. But it's worth a try.

Well, it's roster cut time again. After last week's show, Nidia accepted a release, and is now gone from NWA:TNA. What this means for Pat McGroin is not known, or for many, not cared. The Blue Meanie was also released, and Brother Clay did not impress enough to earn a contract. Paul London was released also due to his expensive contract and my desperate need to cut costs. And Norman Smiley went also, due to not being used enough. I had no real need for him, so he's gone.

As a result, I have to hire again to get up to 45 workers. So in come Danny Maff, Colt Cabana, Chris Hero and Sonjay Dutt, for cheaper than the load I just got rid of, which is a pretty good exchange.

With all these new stars, I need to find a way to use them next week. Oh well, where there's a will there's a way.

*NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW*

~NWA:TNA Anarchy in the Asylum week 16 marks an historic night. The night where the legend will return to action. The night where Bret Hart gets back into the ring for the first time since late 2000. NWA:TNA World Champion A.J Styles will be the opponent, and the title will be on the line. But can Bret Hart recapture the glory days of his title wins in the WWF and WCW? It promises to be a memorable night when the young and the old collide.

~The World Title will not be the only title on the line on Week 16. In fact, all the titles will be.

US Champion The Amazing Red finally gets round to meeting the long running challenge of Kid Kash.

Kid Romeo and Elix Skipper face Low Ki and Christopher Daniels for the Tag Team Titles, Skipper and the Champs of course former allies in Triple X.

X-Division Champion Frankie Kazarian faces newcomer Colt Cabana.

And Ekmo defends the King of the Darkmatch title once more, but this week it's a special elimination three way dance. Another wrestler will get a one shot chance at getting a TNA contract...but Pat McGroin has got his last chance. If he does win, or at least impress, he will be gone from NWA:TNA.

~The Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S debuted last week, and this week will be in action once more, taking on Swinger and Simon Diamond and America's Most Wanted in a three team elimination match. These teams were the losing three in last week number one contenders match, and will all be looking for retribution this week.

~Also newcomers Sonjay Dutt, Chris Hero and Jack Xavier will face off in a triple threat match. This plus much more on an historic NWA:TNA Week 16.

NWA:TNA- ANARCHY IN THE ASYLUM, WEEK 16

Announcers: Mike Tenay and Scott Hudson

King of the Darkmatch

Ekmo vs Pat McGroin vs El Midgeeto

We kick things off with some 'enhancement talent' in the ring. A young cruiserweight...and Pat McGroin. The young crusierweight is El Midgeeto, getting a chance at a TNA contract, while Pat McGroin is on his last chance hoping to keep his contract. The match starts before Ekmo even gets out from the back let alone his slooow walk to the ring. Once he gets in, he takes out Midgeeto but gets hit with a top rope bulldog from McGroin...and then a second one. One clothesline stops McGroins momentum though, and gets the pin McGroin is gone from TNA. Meanwhile, the teenage Brit takes advantage from behind. Ekmo gets taken off guard, and gets hit with the 'Micro Kick' from out of nowhere. The kid gets a desperation cover, and wins the title!

Winner and NEW KOTD: El Midgeeto by pinfall

Crowd: 33%

Match: 61%

Overall: 47%

Dames Rating: DUD

Notes: The King of the Darkmatch title has lost image

(Seems my plan to use Ekmo to get someone over won't work. Ah well...)

Triangle Match

Sonjay Dutt vs Chris Hero vs Jack Xavier

XPW's Chris Hero and free agents Dutt and Xavier debut in TNA...without any build-up. Which would probably explain the crowd falling asleep through this one. Dutt puts in a good effort, and brings up the rating a few notches. Still, the crowd didnt bother getting behind anyone...probably not knowing who to get behind. Dutt gets knocked out of the ring, allowing Hero to hit the Hero's Welcome and get the three count.

Winner: Chris Hero by pinfall

Crowd: 28%(OMGWTF!?!1!)

Match: 77%

Overall: 53%

Dames Rating: *1/4

Notes: Jack Xavier debuted his new gimmick, it got a positive response

(This is what you get for not promoting new talent. Nothing. Dutt impressed and may go on to better things...the other two will need a little 'guidance' it seems.)

Three Team Elimination Match

Swinger and Diamond vs Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S vs America's Most Wanted

Continuation from last week, these three were the losing teams in the fourway elimination #1 contenders match. The crowd had a reason to get into this one. Three experienced teams, and three talented teams. A series of quick tags slow down the momentum of the opening fall of the match, all six men getting in on the action before Chandler gets a pinfall victory over Swinger. Down to the Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S and AMW...silly gimmick or not, it's still York and Matthews in there with America's Most Wanted. The two teams work well against each other with good tag team wrestling. However, Chris Harris eventually gets isolated and drilled with a suplex/powerbomb combination, before Chandler locks on the Central Perk Stretch to get the tap out victory. Silly gimmick or not, they're still a good team.

Winners: Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S by submission

Crowd: 62%

Match: 78%

Overall: 70%

Dames Rating: **1/4

(Silly gimmick or not, this was still a good match, and a good performance for the Super F.R.I.E.N.D.S. The TNA tag division continues to hot up, with the collection of great teams being increased all the time...)

NWA X-Division Title

Frankie Kazarian© vs Colt Cabana

Considering the reaction I got for the opening match, this didn't turn out too bad. Kazarian may have been a big reason for that. Both men put in some nice wrestling, with a plancha thrown in from Kazarian for good measure to begin with. Cabana then begins to take over the match with some more high impact moves...and puts in a good effort up until Kazarian manages to hit a Tornado DDT and follows up with the Wave of the Future for the win and the title retainmentnessing.

Winner and still X-Division champ: Frankie Kazarian

Crowd: 51%

Match: 72%

Overall: 61%

Dames Rating: *1/4

(Nice debut for Cabana, who should go quite a way with a little push. Speaking of which...)

Suddenly, here come The Gathering, Julio Dinero and CM Punk. No Alexis though. Anyway, they enter the ring and Punk gets on the mic. Colt looks confused, but it seems they come in peace. So to speak. Punk begins to talk about his history with Colt, his teaming with him in RoH(before I gave Colt a written contract of course), and he offers Colt a spot in The Gathering. Dinero looks a little surprised, and he and Punk begin arguing in the middle of the ring, as Colt just watches on with a shrug of the shoulders to the crowd. Dinero then takes the microphone, and says he thought they came out to kick his ass. The arguement goes on, and Dinero asks Punk where his loyalties lie...his friend, or his 'family'. That was metaphorical obviously. Punk suddenly swings a right hand, knocking out Dinero! Punk then grabs the microphone and tells Julio that he and The Gathering can go to hell!

Overall: 59%

Notes: Colt Cabana gained overness from this segment. CM Punk's turn was completed, and he is now a face. CM Punk gained overness from this turn

(Talk about a last minute booking decision. Punk was a tweener, and I was set to make sure he went heel like the rest of The Gathering. But instead, I ended the Raven/Punk debacle of a feud off camera(which Raven wasn't too happy about), and then decided to form the Second City Saints. Punk and Dinero are also now feuding.)

NWA Tag Team Title

Triple X© vs Skipper and Romeo

Oh boy what a match. Skipper obviously works well against his former allies in Triple X, Daniels and Low Ki, whom incidentaly still hate each other. They still team together well though. Another good match, we seem to be turning into a cross between RoH and the WWE...great matches and off the wall gimmicks. This thankfully is the first of those two, with Daniels and Low Ki on the offense for large portions of the match. A couple of very neat offensive exchanges between Low Ki and Skipper being the highlight of the match. In the middle Skipper and Romeo's friendship shone through as they two used teamwork to subdue one opponent, Low Ki, until the double knockdown and tag. Despite Skipper and Romeo's best efforts, the champs were just too good, Skipper getting hit with the Last Rites to end a great match.

Winners and still Tag Champs: Triple X by pinfall

Crowd: 65%

Match: 93%

Overall: 79%

Dames Rating: ***3/4

(That's the reason why Low Ki and Daniels are still together, despite disliking each other and despite the fact they'd be valuable to the singles ranks. With my tag division filling up with good teams, the reign of these guys is going to be in jeapordy...so it may be only a matter of time before we get a Low Ki/Daniels feud.)

NWA US Title

The Amazing Red© vs Kid Kash

Yet another big title match, this has actually been a long running feud. I say long running...it's hardly been brought up, what with Red's Japanese tour and other reasons. Mainly money reasons. But now I'm sorted, I can finally start this up again. Kash in control from the start before a way too early ref bump denies him an early win from a second rope spin kick. The point of this ref bump...I'm not sure. Oh well, he soon recovers as does Red. A nice little match soon becomes a good match as the spots start flying by. Eventually it slows down...and a sneaky lowblow from Kash catches Red hard. The referee sems to see it...but maybe not, as he counts the three count, and we've got a new United States Champion! Brian Hebner(boo!) passes Kash the belt, as he quickly makes his exit with the gold.

Winner and NEW US Champ: Kid Kash

Crowd: 69%

Match: 85%

Overall: 77%

Dames Rating: ***

(See...the good thing is, if you don't go by the commentary, you can pretend Brian Hebner is a heel referee! Hopefully in 5.0 you can turn referees heel. And Coachman. World's greatest heel. This feud continues on, Kash now has the belt which should be more useful than Red if this goes on until March, because Red is in Japan all month of March.)

We get a video playing up Bret 'The Hitman' Hart...his match is of course next. Hopefully this should help his overness for the next match...which by the way is Bret Hart vs A.J Styles.

Overall: 88%

NWA World Title

A.J Styles© vs Bret Hart

Well...to any of you thinking of bringing Bret Hart back into the ring for one match...don't. Unfortunately, the game recognises Bret can't wrestle anymore. Styles tries to carry the match, and Bret puts in a decent amount of effort. Poor Dames slates Bret throughout the match...if this was real life, Dames would probably be looking at a Calgary lynch mob right now. Anyways, the match is basically Styles beating down Bret, Bret getting a little fightback and getting comparisons to Dames' grandmother in the process, and then Styles fighting back and hitting the Styles Clash for the three count.

Winner and still World Champ: A.J Styles

Crowd: 79%

Match: 47%(OMGWTF!?!1!)

Overall: 69%

Dames Rating: DUD

(Damn...that has to be the first DUD of Bret's career. The Bret marks on the board give it ***** anyway...and then they burn an effagy of Goldberg before putting Bret's music on and putting on cheap plastic sunglasses to do that pose Bret does. Ah...those crazy kids. But seriously, that sucked. Bad idea, and something that won't be repeated. So much for putting Styles over.)

After the match, Bret offers his hand, telling Styles he's the better man. The Champ responds with a right hand, and another Styles Clash, leaving Bret laid out on the mat to end the show, and his career.

Overall Rating: 69% Attendance: 3425 Buy rate: 0.22

Best Match: Triple X vs Skipper and Romeo

Hottest Match: Bret Hart vs A.J Styles

Worst Match: Bret Hart vs A.J Styles

Best Segment: Bret Hart video

Worst Segment: CM Punk turns face

So in conclusion, Bret Hart should not wrestle. Triple X should keep teaming. Newcomers should be promoted before debuts. And a stupid gimmick does not neccesarily hurt match ratings...when you're ripping off Friends. Next time...I may learn from this. Then again, I'm still employing Ekmo, so maybe not.

WHAT?!? No more Ekmo KOTDM??? Blasphemy. Ekmo and his "flying splash" must get revenge!

Oh, and I hate "Friends" so York and Matthews are now the biggest heels in TNA in my book. I will not send them hate mail or bombs yet though, unless you do something like bring in Alexis as Pheobe Laree or some such.

Either way, nice string of shows, so keep up the good work.

I have read your shows from the start, and enjoy them alot.

Good that CM Punk has left the Gathering.

Bad that Ekmo lost his title.
