Adam Posted August 15, 2003 Report Posted August 15, 2003 If they really want to use him, just put him in an enforcer/bodyguard role where he doesn't have to wrestle often. I don't think anyone would really mind that, would they? I can see it now: Jericho comes out of his locker room, Batista on one side, RALPHUS~! on the other, and they accidently go into the women's locker room on the way to the ring.
Use Your Illusion Posted August 15, 2003 Report Posted August 15, 2003 Did Jericho actually get lost at Fall Brawl '98, or was it just one of those fantastic finishing touches that Jericho added to his character? Either way, it had me on the floor. Best part of a shitty show.
Fökai Posted August 15, 2003 Report Posted August 15, 2003 Did Jericho actually get lost at Fall Brawl '98, or was it just one of those fantastic finishing touches that Jericho added to his character? He was facing "Goldberg" that night - Jericho kept making small jabs at Goldy during this period.
Use Your Illusion Posted August 15, 2003 Report Posted August 15, 2003 I own the PPV, I'm aware he was meant to be facing Goldberg. I was asking whether or not Jericho getting lost in the area was legit, or just something he decided to do in order to be funny.

Jericho kept making small jabs at Goldy during this period. I answered your question. (not being a prick or anything) Jericho "getting lost" was simply a jab at Goldberg's entrance - it was planned in order for the fans to hate him even more.
Crimson Platypus Posted August 15, 2003 Report Posted August 15, 2003 Pretty sure it was intentional, at least I took it that way. I thought it was a hilarious bit myself.

Guest vincecima Posted August 15, 2003 Report Posted August 15, 2003 The Jericho getting lost thing was also a play on "This is Spinal Tap", where one of the famous scenes is the band getting lost backstage.
