How so? I, personally, was REALLY looking forward to squashing guys as The Warrior... and his entrance could've been made awesome (Of course, you would of had to edit it, because I heard that all legends come out in ring carts.)

Let's just say I'm not a big fan. Which is odd, considering I liked him as a kid. Now I see him for what he truly is, a roided up prima donna. He doesn't deserve the honor of being called a legend, let alone being put in a WWE video game. I agree with Flair when he called Warrior "the most limited wrestler of the decade."

Why do you care I'm glad that he's not in? I don't like Warrior. Lots of people don't. It's a fact. And why take the time to insult me just because I don't like him? Geez, you sure do overreact to things a lot. Fact is, I've never been an asshole to anyone unless provoked. And what is the deal with your obsession over me? Ever since hardyz was banned you've had it out for me. If you want to flame me, do it in NHB. That's what it's there for.

 

I'm not going to not say something just because you don't like it. I don't try to start shit with you. You, on the other hand, do try to start shit with me. Why? How the fuck do you want me to respond? Do you want to do the back-and-forth insult thing? Because I don't. If you have something to say to me: say it. You can PM me, IM me, post a thread in NHB, whatever. But please, don't respond to threads I post in just to get in a quick cheap shot.

Well I went into GAME here in the UK yesterday, and on the chart with all the release dates, it has HCTP scheduled for release THIS FRIDAY 24th!!! Which is a big shock since last I heard it wasn't supposed to be out in the UK until 7th November or something. I really hope it's true. Can't see why it wouldn't be.

Really...if so, then HOLY FUCK YES! I was gonna get PES 3...but if it's out Friday, then I'll have the money to get it. Huzzah!

I haven't checked for anything, since chances are IGN hasn't updated yet. At least in the case of the SD Countdown, I find that during the week they don't update until evening.

Wasn't today supposed to be all the Legends? Or are we a day behind in the thread and IGN hasn't done their update for today yet?

They haven't posted the update for today yet.

 

I can't wait to see it, I really can't.

 

I just hope that the legends have their real music, and that their move-sets are TRUE TO LIFE!

I'm real interested in tomorrow's update at IGN, where they will go through the CAW and Season modes (with a look at some of the 200+ angles you might play through).

 

Jesus Christ, Vince looks badass.

Hey everyone. Just to let you know. The Legends feature should be ready in about 1 to 2 1/2 hours.

 

The interview with the legend that were supossed to have, however, has been postponed until Friday.

 

Regardless, expect to see movies and screens of the legends by 7pm pacific.

So Legends are IGN's #1 Reason to buy the game? What a letdown.. I mean the legends are ok but hardly a major selling point.. Maybe if they would have pit some more interesting legends in (like say the Harts, Hogan, Mr. Perfect, Rick Rude, Andre, Yokozuna ETC)

 

 

I mean look at these guys, are they reason you buy a game?

 

Animal: Good, LOD are a classic tag team

Hillbilly Jim: Ugh, Well... the least said the better.

Nikolai Volkoff: Don't care

Ted diBiase: Great, Probably the best of the bunch

George Steele: Ugh.. Why?

The Iron Shiek: Meh

Roddy Piper: Ok, He's a WWF Legend and should be in

The Undertaker: Ok, The Old School Taker is good

Hawk: See Animal

Jimmy Snuka: Ok, He belongs

Sgt. Slaughter: Ok, WWF has some loyality to him

 

If so why wasn't Legends of the wrestling 2 a better selling game?

 

Eh, sorry for the rant... I just expected a better #1 reason.

It's one of the main reasons that I pre-ordered the game, instead of waiting a while to pick it up.

 

All of those guys are oldschool legends, and I can't wait to kick ass with all of them.

 

With that said, I'm MOST looking forward to kicking ass with Hillbilly Jim, on yeah~!

 

I hope George "The Animal" Steele has his "eating the turnbuckle" deal in the game. I mean, it has to be in there, right? RIGHT???

On a side note, Sheik/Volkoff will simply OWN the tag ranks when I get ahold of them.

All of the legends are now up.

 

Who here wants to update this thread? :D

 

Right off the bat, I've noticed that Piper has his SHORT hair...damnit, but overall, they all look good in the single picture of each of them that I've seen.
