Gowan's Blade Job....

Recommended Posts

Guest Askewniverse
It was prior to Hurricane dayz i think

Oh...well I'm thinking of a different one.

This one was so bad looking, a poster started a thread cursing Bradshaw to hell for being so stiff on Helms. Funny stuff.

I remember that. I think that it was when Bradshawn beat Helms for the European Title (Raw- 10/22/01).

Is that so bad?

Who else would Luna find to have sex with her when sober? I am looking out for her welfare.

And if Jeff had died then, we would have never gotten to see some spectaurally idiotic bumps that I still love today.

One move The Rock doesn't sell well is the Pedigree. He would often let one knee hit the mat first. He's also bad at selling the backdrop suplex, with the way he obviously protects his head. Not that I blame him, but I'm just saying.

And while we're talking about selling, is it just me or does no one know how to sell the F-5 anymore. It seems like everyone just kind of lands on their side instead of their face. I can understand in Big Show's case (he lands on his back and makes it look more like an F-U), but even Kurt Angle doesn't do it like people were doing it at first. Does the move just hurt too much, or is it Brock's fault or what?

Kane also sells the pedigree with one knee down. Shawns selling is just crappy- he never leaves his feet.

And I've noticed that about the F-5 recently. Wierd.

Gowan is now a huge heel with me. Thankfully, I'll never have to see his punk ass for a few weeks.

Did anybody notice the guy making big thumbs down signals and jeering Zach behind Momma Gowan during the aisle walk had suddently disappeared by the time Zach reached his Mom? Hmmmm...

I dont like the 1 leg kid cause he's small and he sucks.

So you don't generally like cruiserwieghts because they're small?

I think he is smaller than most cruisers.

This is the guy that posted:

I wish Nash and Hartbreak would win the tag straps for raw cause it would be cooler and lots of older people remember them as good guys and friends.

So... You know.... :gas:

I like some small wrestlers it just depends if they are good or not and 1 legged kid is not any good. and he's puny.

Ripper, it was Jay Blower who made the post about Bradshaw being too stiff.

I think Rock sells the pedigree really good. The times I've seen it he's fallen flat on his body or he fell really quick and spiked up.

Kane always fucks up when taking people's finishers though. He can't take the Walls of Jericho, The Rock Bottom, or the pedigree right.

To sell the F5 properly Brock would have to do it properly. How many people has he hurt or came real close to hurting with that move?

Taker's blade job for Brock in the Cell was the best of the last few yars in my opinion.

Back on the subject of Brock squashing jobbers, I would hope that if he wins the title he would sport the belt and come and demolish someone the following Smackdown to assert his dominance as champion.

Sweet mercyful zeus, that's one hell of a blade job. Considering that he only has one leg, and hence has a fair bit less blood then us two legged folk I can imagine he'd be pretty dizzy after that job.

BTW: Mick Foley is my favourite pedigree taker the way he just lies prone after really sells it for me.

My favourite sell of any move is Bret Hart's powerbomb sell. The way he arches his back after impact and the pure look of agony on his face makes it an awesome sell job.

Any Red sell looks cool. He either flies to the other side of the ring, or if he is germaned or powerbombed, he just keeps his ass in the air and lays on his neck.
