BifEverchad Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 I've never had this problem before, but I've gotten this message about 5 or 6 times tonight as I was using the board. Warning: Too many connections in /home/virtual/site4/fst/var/www/html/sources/Drivers/mySQL.php on line 64 Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Too many connections in /home/virtual/site4/fst/var/www/html/sources/Drivers/mySQL.php on line 64 Warning: mysql_select_db(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/virtual/site4/fst/var/www/html/sources/Drivers/mySQL.php on line 67 ERROR: Cannot find database forums_thesmartmarks_com Warning: mysql_query(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/virtual/site4/fst/var/www/html/sources/Drivers/mySQL.php on line 100 There appears to be an error with the TheSmartMarks Forums database. You can try to refresh the page by clicking here, if this does not fix the error, you can contact the board administrator by clicking here Anyone?
Red Hot Thumbtack In The Eye Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 I get it everyday. Especially bad on WWE TV/PPV days.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 I just come back in a few minutes and it's fine. Board overload I guess.
MrRant Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 Notice the part that says too many connections? The board just can't handle to much traffic again. Happens a lot of PPV Sundays.
Guest Ecto Cooler Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 It always says "failed to allocate memory" Would adding more RAM to the server solve the problem?
Damaramu Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 Didn't we have this problem about 6 months ago bad? And wasn't it supposed to be fixed around then?
Youth N Asia Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 Been getting a lot of it the last couple days
Lightning Flik Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 I was killed by that today. Every freaking post I tried making I'd have to wait a full five minutes before I could get back on the boards again. Then it got worse as I just had to change forums and it killed. Thought it was just me.
Anakin Flair Posted August 29, 2003 Report Posted August 29, 2003 Anybody else getting error messages when trying to read a topic? I get and SQL(?) error.
Lightning Flik Posted August 30, 2003 Report Posted August 30, 2003 Anybody else getting error messages when trying to read a topic? I get and SQL(?) error. Twice today. Although it was like sparringly at best.
