In an aquatic environment, or at least at the bottom of a research vessel's livewell, FISH~! would surely triumph, after utilizing its gaze attack, developed for finding prey, and spotting predators in the icy abyss. On land however, or in netheril, or any other non-material plane, cockstrider would definitely take the advantage with his prancing skill, and greenness. It's a toss up.
