RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 Is she dressed up in a bunny costume and monk has to find out how she got in there when there is no zipper?
Anya 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 Maybe. The bunny suit is the coolest. I hope she isn't like a killer that goes to jail.
Anya 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 They spelled her name wrong in the credits!!!!
RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 Or maybe Buffy has been spelling it wrong all along.
Anya 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 I'm pretty sure she knows how to spell her own name. OMG she is evil on Monk!
RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 This is a lil off topic, but anyone looking for a new show to obsess about should check out "LOST" this fall. Whedonesque storytelling, some neat twists, and lots of potential. You can DL it on Suprnova.org Oh, and GAVIN~!
Mole 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 Plus Charlie from Party of Five.
Ravenbomb 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 Oh, and GAVIN~! ugh, Gavin. I was so glad the Beast(~!) killed him. But of all the characters in the show's history that got holes punched through them, why couldn't Gavin be one of them? A broken neck is cool, but a gaping hole punched through him would've been cooler. Or maybe getting cut in half. Caleb aside, that's how all the other REALLY annoying characters have been killed. Jericholic82 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 Xander: So you must be??? Gunn: I'm Gunn Xander: Gunn Gunn, is that like a nickname or somethin Gunn: Basically, its my last name my first name is charles Xander: Well my full name is Alexander but these days I'd take anything besides Long John Harris (so this is if one eyed xander went to la in season 5 ok, I know it might suck But Im drawing a blank here btw in the season 2 buffy halloween ep, why does xander turn into a soldier, I thought only people who bought their costumes at etahn raynes store got changed (ie cordy got hers at party town) xander clearly states that he bought some fatigues at a surplus store. Im confused btw I have to correct my earlier xander linoleum quote it is from the ep where angel turns heel (angelus for you non-wrestling fans) for the first time cordy and xander go into a military base for weapons, he picks up a gun "Cordy: Does looking at guns make you want to have sex? Xander: I'm 17, looking at linoleum makes me think about sex"

Im confused Never thought about that....Good question, hmmm, maybe he bought the plastic gun at Ethans?
Ravenbomb 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 yeah, I think it showed him getting the gun at Ethan's
Jericholic82 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 yea maybe he got the gun there, but it was specifically eluded to that the costumes made you transform or at least I think. hmmmm
Ravenbomb 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 well, technically the fatigues aren't a costume, they were real fatigues. The gun was the only thing that was specifically done for a costume
Anya 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 He did get the gun there. I just watched that ep a few weeks ago. Since everything was real in that ep, it wasn't some alternate dimension or something, technically Willow has died. Kinda weird. Same deal with Nightmares. Buffy becomes a vamp. Even though everything goes back to normal she was still dead.
Ravenbomb 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 Buffy becoming a vamp was in a weird dream world type deal
Guest Brian Report post Posted July 31, 2004 Was willow really dead or was she just having an out of body experience as an attribute of the costume?
Anya 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2004 I guess it could go either way. Like Xander wasn't actually a soldier, he just was one in his mind.
Guest Brian Report post Posted August 1, 2004 I've been thinking about the Connor prophesy, and how the Loa said there would be three signs: "The first portent will shake the earth. The second will burn the air. The last will turn the sky to blood." Well, were these signs all related to the Beast, because there was an earthquake when the Beast arose, the Rain of fire burned the air, and by blocking the sun he turned the sky to blood. And it's all part of that Tro-Clan, which was Jasmine who both purified and ruined humanity (giving world peace but taking away free will). As a confluence of events, the beast was really what set everything in motion leading to Connor's destiny, right?
Anakin Flair 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2004 here's something interesting from Buffy.nu: Sarah Michelle Gellar About A Buffy Movie From Moviehole.net - 2004-08-2nd Sarah comments on the possibly of a Buffy movie and what she thought about "Chosen". Sarah Michelle Gellar was asked recently, at Comic-Con, whether or not she envisions a “Buffy” film ever happening. “A Buffy and Angel movie?...that’s actually one I haven’t heard before”, Gellar said, according to a transcript at SMGFan. “Um, you know, the answer to that is that I don’t know what’s going to happen with that. I know there’s been a lot of talk about it. You know, for those of you who don’t know this....there was a Buffy movie originally, and I spent the first two years of my show trying to explain to people “no, no, no, it’s different than the movie. It’s different than the movie”....and part of the reason the movie didn’t work was because Buffy was a story, in my opinion, that needed to be told over a period of time. And it works...to me it worked better when you spent time. And it wasn’t over so neatly. I wish the finale was two hours. It didn’t seem long enough to me. [crowd cheer in agreement] And I would be really fearful of putting all of that heart and all of those characters into two hours because I know that at some point there would be a letdown...whether Xander didn’t get featured enough, or Willow...or whatever it was. And um...if someone came to me and it looked like just the perfect two hours that I thought wouldn’t disappoint...then it would absolutely be something that I would consider, but I haven’t seen that yet”. Don’t see it happening myself. She makes several good points in that. Would a new Buffy movie even work? Perhaps if it was a trilogy or something, but one single movie might not work that well. opinions?
Ravenbomb 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2004 what about a mini-series?
Guest Brian Report post Posted August 4, 2004 I think they're done as far as Buffy, though the Angel ending still leaves it wide open and there are individual characters (Faith, Connor) who could make a run at having their own movies.
AnonymousBroccoli 0 Report post Posted August 4, 2004 'Twas a good Buffyverse day for me. I got my 1st season DVD sets of both series from the UPS dude this morning. Half-price crud rules. Then I watched the last two episodes of the 4th Buffy and 1st Angel seasons, Primeval & Restless, Blind Date & To Shanshu in LA, all very good to great. Thankfully, Space starts up Angel's season 2 tomorrow night, and I've got Buffy's 5th handy. I noticed during the bonus features on the Angel set, they used some widescreen footage which I think might've been the original pilot for the show. Has that whole thing been released on any of the other DVDs?

Jericholic82 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2004 Judgment was on tonight. All that needs to be said is, there was A FUCKING JOUST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. lol my thoughts exactly when I first saw it on tnt today they showed the angel season 3 ep with the trip to the ballet not such a great show but some funny moments as per the usual. fx got to buffy season 3 today , yknow what always bothered me, why does principal snyder hate buffy so much, he never gave her a chance from the moment he showed up. I guess he knew her record and is a real jerk about stuff like that. and I hated how he forced buffy xander and willow to help out with the kids on halloween, i was thinking If I was one of them Id be like screw you guys Im going home Im already getting withdrawals from no new angel damn you wb!!!!!!
