JHawk 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2003 One quick comment about Matt Bryant: The clock doesn't start on a kickoff until the ball is touched, so using the extra bounce or two to tick time off the clock really isn't a solution. Yah it sucks, and what sucks the MOST about it, is if the reciever has name recognition, the official will actually give him the flag like 10 seconds after the play is over, and then the reciever gives him a golf clap, like saying, "ya dawg you got my back, yo" It is ridiculous. I also saw Buchanan try to call for offensive PI on Rod Gardner on his TD catch even though Buchanan clearly held Rod's jersey. So a flag was thrown, yet it was on Buchanan.
