First of all, there's just not enough of a need for additional moderators right now, and to add one just for the sake of adding one seems dumb. The cliche "Too many chiefs, not enough Indians" comes to mind (no offense meant to our Native American brethren). Let's wait until there's a need for a new mod, and THEN add one. Plus, Banky doesn't seem like he's earned the right in my eyes. Petty battles with Barron doesn't earn a mod role to me.
