The Czech Republic Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 So here one is. I can't let my peeps down. Discuss the show I forgot to preview right hereabouts.
Nevermortal Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 That was so circa 1980's Superstars. I loved it.
Nevermortal Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 The host of the Joe Schmo show looks like Todd Pettengill.
The Czech Republic Posted September 21, 2003 Author Report Posted September 21, 2003 What was? I missed it. By the way, it would be funny/sad if I accidentally posted this on a Friday or Sunday
Guest Eagan469 Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Velocity Preview = MIA Confidential preview for Sept. 20, 2003 This week on Confidential, we go behind the scenes with The Rock, as his new movie, “The Rundown,” is set to hit theaters Friday, Sept. 26. Trish Status shows us how she helped produce her own home video. We’ll see if all her hard work bears fruit when her home video hits stores this Tuesday, Sept. 23. And speaking of Divas, check out Victoria as she plays doctor in her photo shoot for Raw Magazine. We’ve also got the final chapter of the Billy Graham story, as “Superstar” faces a life-threatening organ transplant. Plus, we’ll have a Classic Match – Demolition vs. Strike Force from WrestleMania IV – and we’ll go Outside the Ropes with Tajiri. Get your Japanese/English Dictionary out, as SmackDown!’s No. 1 announcer, Funaki, asks the questions. All this and more this Saturday night on Confidential, airing at 11/10 CT on Spike!
Nevermortal Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Tajiri getting interviewed by Funaki is gonna be cra-hazy.
The Czech Republic Posted September 21, 2003 Author Report Posted September 21, 2003 Get your Japanese/English Dictionary out, as SmackDown!’s No. 1 announcer, Funaki, asks the questions. Oh great, another Confidential telecast that requires me making a run to Barnes & Noble. Last time, (Bradshaw) I had to get my Dumbshit-to-English dictionary.
Guest The Real Nosferatu Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Get your Japanese/English Dictionary out, as SmackDown!’s No. 1 announcer, Funaki, asks the questions. Oh great, another Confidential telecast that requires me making a run to Barnes & Noble. Last time, (Bradshaw) I had to get my Dumbshit-to-English dictionary. HIGH-larious.
JustJoe2k5 Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 You know what sucks, OMEGA was based a few hours from my house and I never knew about it when it was running. They were having great matches in the exact same town I went to to watch WWF PPVs.
Guest Choken One Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 I should note I just realize Matt stole my beard...
HarleyQuinn Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Matt was fairly over as a face...interesting. Fairly blah match, wish Joey Matthews got a little more offense in vs Hardy but I'll take what I can get.
Guest Choken One Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Well it's his fucking home town...of course he's over.
Guest Choken One Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Why do they even bother? They always get kicked out... and Stamboli needs HAIR.
Guest Choken One Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 How the hell was this guy gay? Talk about a transition...from Gay Guy to Razor Ramon II
The Czech Republic Posted September 21, 2003 Author Report Posted September 21, 2003 Hey, do you guys like my new whole general motif? I felt it was time to retire Thomas and Lethal Word Guy.
Guest Dmann2000 Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Good to see Demolition on tonight!
Downhome Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 "I use my right hand a lot." --- Tazz
Nevermortal Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 They just mentioned Strike Force and the Powers of Pain. Tazz + Josh Mathews > Any Other Commentary Team Ever
Guest Choken One Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 I kinda like Tazz/Josh because it's really the same as Tazz/cole but Josh brings the smarkness. We know he is like us...Net smart...I believe we found that out during TE when he would be on the cpu and someone made out that it was a wrestling website like wrestleline or something.
Guest The Real Nosferatu Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Matthews > anyone for mentioning Indy feds. Remember his little story telling of Paul London a few months back?
Guest Choken One Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Matthews unlike all the other announcers likely get along with those guys...both growing up in the Net Age... Tazz, Lawler,Snow are from the old school of traveling working for scrap change... Ross and Cole come from that "professional" breed of broadcasting...
Nevermortal Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 "The Nut Butter Swindler" WTF??!?!
Guest Dmann2000 Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Ummm...is it just be or is Trish 100x cuter WITH the glasses?
Nevermortal Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Best Outside the Ropes....ever.
KingPK Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 "Elizabeth Shue? Piece of ass!!" BEST OUTSIDE THE ROPES EVER!!
Nevermortal Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 "Wax on, or wax off?" "That's a very personal question." I swear, every time that segment airs, it tops the previous ones with GUSTO.
Guest Choken One Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 this was SWEET! "WHAT A PIECE OF ASS" "STUPID AMERICAN QUESTIONS" "Mr. Myagi Sucks. Too obsessed with those trees" "I don't want my opponet to think I have tuberceloscious"
Papacita Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 That Outside the ropes was pretty cool. Funaki: Inquiring minds want to know. Tajiri: Inquiring minds ask some stupid questions.
BoboBrazil Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Is the Superstar Graham thing not airing tonight or something?
