Fökai Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 May be a silly question, but when are the regular season awards announced? Sometime this week?
Guest Choken One Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Ok. It's Cubs all over again...minus the fan... Wake should start warming

MarvinisaLunatic Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 There are 2 outs too.. All Pedro needs is 1 little out.. And Riverra is getting up for the Yankees.
HarleyQuinn Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 YES! Soriano K's for the 4th time...still 4-2 in the 8th
Guest Choken One Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Boo Yah. Timlin is up? I guess it's better then Williamson.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Soriano strikes out for the 4th time! Is it 4 or 5 strikeouts thats a golden sombrero?
Der Kommissar Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Thankfully, Soriano stayed consistent. I hope the Sox don't blow it.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Man, what a loser. He's played terrible all season.
Bruiser Chong Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Anyone who was blaming Clemens should shift to blame to Soriano, who's starting to look like Jose Hernandez up there. Soriano could have tied it up there with a double, but instead, he opts to swing at everything. The Yanks may have started the rally a little too late.
Guest Choken One Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Umm...Didn't Soriano hit 40/40 this year? I don't think that's *that* bad
Guest MentallyNormal Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Man the people in Boston must be going nuts with the score so close. Hope this doesn't end up to be another Boston let Down. Go bosox! Come on get more runs!! Eliminate dem yankees!
NYU Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 I knew they shouldn't have left so many runners on base. Some insurance runs for the Sox DESPERATELY need to be brought in right now.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Umm...Didn't Soriano hit 40/40 this year? I don't think that's *that* bad Uhm, no he didn't. 38? really, I though his numbers were much lower. It was a silent 38 then.
lomasmoney Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 well after seeing pedro still at 94-95 i think he might be able to go the distance looks like i was wrong about taking him out in the 7th
Sandman9000 Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 He was fine in the regular reason, but when it matters, Soriano has reverted back to his habit of swinging at anything within a foot of the zone. And David Wells better be fucking shitfaced beyond oblivion.
HarleyQuinn Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 here comes David Wells...give up some runs Wells!
the pinjockey Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Soriano put up big numbers, because he had about 20-25 homers in the first two months. After that he reverted back to a couple years ago when he swung at everything and missed.
tpww7 Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Yanks- 3 Starters and a Reliever. Sox- Pedro.
HarleyQuinn Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Umm...Didn't Soriano hit 40/40 this year? I don't think that's *that* bad Uhm, no he didn't. 38? really, I though his numbers were much lower. It was a silent 38 then. Yeah, I heard one of the commentators mention 38 HR's so...
Guest MentallyNormal Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Come on David wells I believe in you. Give up 5 runs eh.
Guest Choken One Posted October 17, 2003 Report Posted October 17, 2003 Wells... NY better Hope He got bombed last night
