You bet it is -- 10 games are split on this prediction.

Remember that if someone doesn't submit their picks for the week, their team gets my (Steelers) selections, including tiebreaker. I have listed the deciding games under each matchup to give you all a clearer idea of who to cheer for today -- I also did this in hopes of someone catching any possible mistakes I may have done to their picks.

On a side note -- I have to stop watching these NFL pre-game shows. They make me want to go back and flip all my picks at least twice during a broadcast. I don't want to know Carolina had trouble with Atlanta last year.

And on that note.

Will the games between Hardyz1's Ghost and Flyboy, and nl5xsk1 and Human Fly, despite each constest splitting EIGHT games, be decided via tie-breakers?

Does Lightning Flik see something in the Falcons that the rest of us do not?

Does razazteca see something in the Cardinals that the rest of us do not?

Will there be any undefeated or winless teams at the end of tonight?

Will Gert T pick yet another correct Jets score?

Talk amongst yourselves...

Without the RUNNING game of Marshal Faulk the Rams will do nothing. Bulger may throw the ball 60 times and everybody knows that the Cardinals are suspect on D but Boldin will bring the big play to keep it close and Bill Gramatica will win the game in the final seconds. 24-21 Cardinals!

Johnson will get the job done tonight. It'll be a close contested battle against Carolina, but I think the Falcons will get it done. Their defense it pretty good, and I think they can at least keep Carolina to about the 30 yard of their own endzone (Atlanta's, not Carolina's) and make Carolina work for every point they want.

It's going to be a close one. And I'm really second guessing myself, but I'm staying with my pick.

Funny thing. I was actually thinking the score would be 22-20. The exact score that I and Fazzle have that our teams will score.

So so far, I'm 2-4-1 withgames still in play... Ouchie... I'm so losing to Fazzle this week.

Edit: Now I'm 3-4 in my picks... Not bad, but the rest of my picks need to be on the dime to have a shot of beating Fazzle now.

Well I've already loss. I can tie but I'm gonna lose on the tiebreak by one point. I almost hope I don't tie because I think my other two losses were on tiebreaks too.

Great I'll have the same record as those piece of shit Niners.

Edit: Okay I'll lose the tiebreak by more than one as I see the Texans just scored. Pretty sure that gives me a losing record for the early games today.

I feel ya, bro. I watched NFL Live late last night and I so wanted to change some of my picks, but I held back.

If I beat Fazzle, it'll because it's an ugly bad picking week for both of us... As I have a faint feeling that I really fucked up this week.

But if I do go 3-1... That is scary as hell. As I'll be contending for a playoff birth... Early, but I'll at least be contending...

I don't want to sound malicious, but I'm curious, why did so many people lock the Jaguars and a rookie QB on the road against the Texans? I know Houston had had a couple bad games against good teams, but Jacksonville is not a good team. And with a couple of good CBs in Aaron Glenn and Marcus Coleman (and, as it turned out, Kenny Wright who knew?) Leftwich would figure to have a difficult day. Anyway, just curious.

As I said in the Weekly Thread, I had a good feeling about the Jags.

And really, I thought my pick could go either way. As did the game.

Besides, I thought they were stupid to not kick. But it worked. Hence, I lost. It wasn't that crushing of a blow.

Because Ten/Pitts was too much of a toss up for many people...

Leftwich has looked good everytime he has played. I thought it would carry over. I had decided to go with out a lock this week, but changed my mind and locked the Jags. Oh well this is a "you lose some" week for me.

Don't even get me started on Gus Frerotte.

Why couldn't Gus Ferrote do that with Cincy?

No Fair...Oh Well, Kitna's still better...

Gus only beat the second worst team in Football today (Bears are CLEARLY the worst)

I'm right there with you. He's my opponent's starting QB in fantasy this week. Raise your hands if you think Gus would throw for 4 TD's and 267 yards this week!

*crickets chirping*

Didn't think so. Shit he's also got Charles Rogers and Ashley Lelie. I'm in trouble. C'mon LT and Charlie Garner, get me some points!
