Ron Artest is out indefinitely. No idea who has him but, yeah, that...that sucks basically.

i'll trade a forward for a guard. But keep in mind that I am one picky bastard.

I don't think i'll bother with any more trades, despite currently being whooped 7-1 i'm pretty happy with my team. I do have an advantage in games to be played in this matchup though, including a 4-0 advantage today, two of whom are Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett.

trades sent to Raz and Flik. And the're both for Odom so you can't both say yes.

I almost made a couple offers, one to DA and one to Cuban.

I pulled away from Cuban's after I determined I'd be losing more points than I could afford to.

I wound up not making an offer to DA because I didn't think he'd get it in time.

Well it still can be 4-4 or 5-3 if your team finishes strong on the weekend.

I don't have a lot of games left Raza. I doubt I'll even make it close *prays to god I do*.

However, if, and I mean a BIG if, I win enough games from now till Week 20, and I'm in the playoffs, some people are going to get fucked up. And that's me counting if I get Carter back by then. I've got a lot of my players playing as soon as this week ends. I've got a good shot at winning the lower six playoffs.

Well my teams looking pretty good in this matchup, barring any great collapse i'd say i'm fairly sure of making the top 6 playoffs, with Team Failure being the only top 6 team i play in these last few weeks.

Im angry that I didn't pick up Chris Craford before Team Failure, but I doubt it matters any.

The final 4 weeks are huge for me. It looks like after this week Im going to be .500 again at 68-68. Next week vs Pogo (who hasn't been active in close to a month) and is 1 spot ahead of me, then vs The S.H.I.T. who hasn't been active in a while and is going to be 2 spots ahead of me. I know its not a fair comparison but I would have beaten them both probably 8-0 based on this weeks stats, so hopefully thats a positive going into the next two weeks. Then I finish up vs White Tigers and Alleged Rapists who are behind me. Im going to be about 10 1/2 games behind Whalers for the 6th spot and realistically one of about 3 teams that might have a chance to catch Whalers.

I really want that final playoff spot..

As Roddy Piper once said "I'm here to kick ass and chew gum and I'm out of gum"

and

As the main character in Training Day said "KING KONG AINT GOT SHIT ON ME"

or

Boris from Goldeneye said "I am Boris I am invincible"

Nobody is going to take the #1 spot from me any time soon.

A 6-2 win (1 assist short of grabbing another category), solidifying my 4th place and putting me only a few games back of third. Only injuries should stop me making the playoffs now, and once Szczerbiak gets some more games under him i should be a little better.

Who the hell is Chris Crawford and why is he like ya know, good all of a sudden?

He plays for the Hawks who have a bunch of no name players and hes starting now because of all the trades the Hawks made.

I was going to pick him up, but I waited too long.

Yeah, I saw him string together a few games for Atlanta and decided to take a risk on him. Every play seems to have 1 to 3 blip games where they make an appearance on the radar and proceed to do not much for the rest of the season, but this guy seems to be somewhat consistent.

Uh, what's up with Team 2004?

Leaving Michael Redd and Antawn Jamison on the bench, with spots open, and leaving Iverson in even as he's injured? Basically, didn't change their lineup at all.

I need wins, but not this way.

And goddamn Shareef Abdur-Rahim, thanks to him Darius Miles is back to sitting on the bench for the majority of the game...

Hey his stats are half of what it was when he was with the Hawks. Before it was FG 10 FT 10 Reb 15 now its down to barely 13 points and 5 rebounds.

Why is it everytime i drop Carlos Arroyo he suddenly becomes good? 23 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists, and he's done this the other two or so times i've dropped him as well.

He's done that every time I had him as well. Hell, everyone's had this problem with him.

He never plays good unless he's not on someone's team, I find.

Maybe one of us is Carlos Arroyo and when he sees someone pick him up, he intentionally plays bad so he has a chance to fuck them over and continue moving his way up the league. The bastard.

Amare Stoudemire is finally being what I thought he would be from the start. That is all.

Well, apparently I have to go out to replace Tim Thomas who might has a hyper extended elbow.

Thankfully, my team decided to show up as Johnson, Brian Cardinal, Anthony and McInnis all went double digits in points, got some good rebs, and put up a fair share of other stats.

Seriously though, I think I'm not that much better than Whalers on the Moon, but here's hoping I win most of them.

Thankfully, most of Whalers' players had off nights (Arenas?)

I need at least 15 wins in these last few weeks to have a shot at last place. I need at least 24 for a good chance of making the bottom 7-12.

Arroyo scored 16 points and 6 assists tonight. A very good pickup for me considering:

1) I dropped Morris Peterson for him, who is doing absolutely nothing on a team that is depleted by injuries. I kept Peterson after Carter got hurt hoping that he would step it up, and except for one game last week, hes done little to nothing. I will miss his 3 pointers but hes too inconsistent everywhere else.

2) TJ Ford is out for at least 2 weeks, but I picked up Arroyo before I found out that Ford was injured. With Ford out, although I don't lose much points wise, I do lose a good chunk of my assists. Arroyo picks up that slack and scores some more points as well. Im hoping Ford goes IL so I can pick up someone else, as I really don't want to drop him, but if he doesn't go IL I might have to.

I put Ford on IL and originally picked up Damon Jones, and then I saw on ESPNews where Sam Cassell is hurt and Troy Hudson scored 29 vs the Nets. So, maybe Cassell sits a couple days and I get some starts from Hudson and then I move on, we'll see.
