More info: The Horror Channel will be the premier television venue for the best Horror, Terror and Suspense programming. Classic and contemporary movies, specials and series will be licensed from the libraries of established distributors. The Horror Channel will become the network of choice for Horror fans, filmmakers, authors and actors. Each season, the network will also introduce original series, mini-series and films by the top Horror filmmakers. Documentary and format programs including celebrity profiles, news, music video, talk and lifestyle programs will help to broaden the experience for viewers. The combination of a passionate fan base and strong support from the creative community will make The Horror Channel synonymous with all things Horror. Those are petitions to get a company to change their stance on an decision they made, which is why they hardly ever work. This is a petition to gauge interest, which means it will make a difference.
