I forget the guys name (and am way too lazy to google him up) but if my memory serves, the guy was in love with this Dutch girl so he killed her and ate her. After doing his time (in an institution, I believe, rather than in jail) he was shipped back to Japan, where he appears in porno movies and things like that. All America did was send Dahmer to jail.
