This keeps popping up every time I hit back on my browser and it gets real annoying, real fast. Help please!

That usually happens when you try to press back on a secure site or

when you were searching for something. Just hit refresh, if it's a

secure site you may need to sign in again.

 

Neil:

 

actually that happens when you submit a form that is using the POST

method. if you submit the form then hit back on your browser you will

get that warning. it has nothing to do with secure sites. Microsoft has

a workaround for it using IFRAMES, that comes with Visual Studio.Net.
