KingPK Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 TB had two time outs, why not use them? I shall never pick the Giants in my pool again.
Guest Flyboy Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 TB had two time outs, why not use them? TB had one timeout left.
Guest FrigidSoul Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 It wasn't a good weekend for Miami teams to face Tenn teams
Rob E Dangerously Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Fun facts: The AFC Best Titans are 1-2 against teams with records of .500 or better (Beat Carolina, lost to Indy, lost to New England) The Chiefs are 4-0 against teams with records of .500 or better (Beat Green Bay, Denver, Buffalo, and Baltimore) let's ask ourselves, who is better? Green or McNair? Holmes or Eddie George? Morton and Kennison or Derrick Mason and Justin McCareins? Gonzalez or Wycheck? Remember this when you hear of the Titans winning 9 straight at home.. the Chiefs have won 10 straight at Arrowhead Stadium
Guest Flyboy Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 I think you forgot that the Chiefs have Dante Hall.
LaParkaMarka Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 McNair is better than Green. The Titan WRs are better than the Chiefs WRs. Stop harping on this. I personally think the Chiefs are a better team than the Titans, but you don't see me making 10 posts about it.
KingPK Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 CBS just showed the NFC South standings: Carolina 7-2 Tampa Bay 4-5 New Orleans 4-5 Atlanta 2-7 Man, I thought this division was going to be pretty good, too.
Guest FrigidSoul Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Fun facts: The AFC Best Titans are 1-2 against teams with records of .500 or better (Beat Carolina, lost to Indy, lost to New England) More fun facts, the Titans aren't the best team in the AFC. The Chiefs are undefeated thus making them the best at 9-0
KingPK Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Looks like Oakland is unveiling their new "passing is ghey" offense against the Jets. And it's actually working. Hey, Drew fumbles, whatta shocker.
Rob E Dangerously Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 More fun facts, the Titans aren't the best team in the AFC. The Chiefs are undefeated thus making them the best at 9-0 I know that tell it to Randy Cross, Kevin Harlan and the Titans fans the Titans aren't even the second best team in the AFC
MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 I'll assume with a 3 game lead and having beat the Bucs twice, that the Panthers are pretty much a lock for the playoffs.
Cuban Linx Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 A Titans win + a Colts loss makes me a happy boy. A shame i've got more than half the predictions wrong so far however, and the stupid shithead Giants have likely fucked my fantasy team up as well. Kerry Collins.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 I wish 3 hours and 40 minutes would hurry up and get over with so the Ravens game would get on.
KingPK Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 I'd say pencil in the Chiefs and Panthers (and the Pats if Miami and Buffalo can't get it together) for the playoffs. I gotta reinterate: Oakland is tied 7-7 and has the ball on the Jets 1 after the 1st, AND HAVEN'T THROWN ONE DAMN PASS YET!! Don't think I've ever seen that. EDIT: 14-7 now, after Crockett runs it in.
The Czech Republic Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 So has Oakland completely eliminated the pass?
fazzle Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Meh, Buffalo has to settle for another FG. Cowboys up 7-6, 29 seconds left in the half.
tpww7 Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Oakland can play football again? I'm shocked there winning.
KingPK Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 They have ran the ball 31 times, thrown 7 times (Mirer is 6-7), and are up 21-10. What.....the.......hell?
Slayer Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Chargers are up 28-14, noooooo.... <bangs head against wall> This is like 1997 all over again...
Cuban Linx Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Well, i guess running the ball non-stop is one way for Oakland to deal with their shitty passing game.
The Czech Republic Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Chargers recover the fumble
NoCalMike Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Go Buffalo.....please beat those Cowboys.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted November 9, 2003 Report Posted November 9, 2003 Wow looks like the Vikings fooled us all into thinking they were an NFC powerhouse this season.
fazzle Posted November 10, 2003 Report Posted November 10, 2003 Cowboys go 3 and out. Bills go 3 and out. Cowboys go 3 and out. Bills go 3 and out. Exciting game. And as I'm typing this, the Cowboys get a first down. Fuck!
Slayer Posted November 10, 2003 Report Posted November 10, 2003 Argh, this is like 1997 all over again And losing to Stinky Crotchenheimer doesn't make things better, either
Guest Flyboy Posted November 10, 2003 Report Posted November 10, 2003 Cowboys go 3 and out. Bills go 3 and out. Cowboys go 3 and out. Bills go 3 and out. Exciting game. I like defensive struggles.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted November 10, 2003 Report Posted November 10, 2003 Chargers are blowing out the Vikings now.
