The Czech Republic Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 Would anybody else mark out like never before if they used Slick's music? It would work just fine for these guys, and it's better than whatever they have now. I now support the recycling of classic music.
RavishingRickRudo Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 They would have to edit out the "This is the Slicksta talkin" line - or else, call Teddy Long "Slick"... I think they should just rehire Oscar and he can rap them in... it's only a matter of time before mid-90's hip hop comes back in style... Whamp! There it is!
razazteca Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 Its Whoop or Whoot There it is! and bring back Ron Killings and D-Lo Brown.
The Czech Republic Posted November 15, 2003 Author Report Posted November 15, 2003 90s hip-hop has never gone out of style with me. I love "Here Comes The Hotstepper." And I think Theodore is a very slick man, thus it would fit, hence my point.
RavishingRickRudo Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 Ini Kamoze is good, but he's no Skeelo...
razazteca Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 Might as well call Rodney Mack & Mark Henry, DOOM. I think they would look better under a mask, actually.
razazteca Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 Ini Kamoze is good, but he's no Skeelo... But Domino had that Ditty about Sweet Potato Pie...
The Czech Republic Posted November 15, 2003 Author Report Posted November 15, 2003 I've got amd love for Warren G and Nate Dogg.Regulators!!!!
razazteca Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 When Jazz is healthy she can do the Dip with the Playas.
RavishingRickRudo Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 Spanky and London are now known as *The Regulators*. Their tag move is now known as Total Regulation.
The Czech Republic Posted November 15, 2003 Author Report Posted November 15, 2003 In 8th grade, when Forgot About Dre came out, I thought the line "You wanna solve things in a bloodier way, just study a tape of NWA" was a reference to WarGames.
Ace309 Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 They can replace the "This is the Slickster" line with a sound bite of Teddy Long yelling, "LEMME HOLLA AT YA PLAYA," and then replace the "I ain't no jive soul bro!" bits with "B'LEE DAT!" Come on, that's money.
