Before Ruckus and Sonjay could enter the ring, the Army attacked them. This match is underway. Rebel and Frazier decided to have a little chat in the middle of the ring. Ruckus and Sonjay gave them double dropkicks from the top, knocking them into each other. Both men slid onto the outside, but Ruckus and Sonjay splashed out onto them, to get the crowd into the show already. The legal men in this one at this point were Sonjay and Rebel. Sonjay tug out to Rebel, as did Rebel to Frazier. After a dropkick into the corner, Ruckus tug in Sonjay and both men worked the double team tactics for a two count. Sonjay locked a chinlock onto Frazier, but Frazier elbowed out of it. Sonjay whipped Frazier against the ropes and nailed Frazier with a stiff hurricarana. After some Rebel interference, Sonjay hit Rebel off the apron. This allowed Frazier some time to get up and hit Sonjay out of the ring from behind. Rebel then got into the ring and gorilla pressed Frazier onto Sonjay. With a tag, Rebel then made his way into the ring and dominated Sonjay with some clotheslines. Rebel then held Sonjay up for a little double team action. Frazier got off the apron and onto the top rope for a little Road Warriors remembrance by hitting a double team clothesline from the top. Ruckus finally got the tag into the match, and he began to work stiff with Derek Frazier. Rebel came into the ring to help his partner, but he just did more bad than good. Ruckus pulled Frazier into the corner to step up for his finisher, but Rebel whipped Sonjay against the ropes, causing Ruckus to fall off his feet. Derek Frazier then got up and nailed a stiff kick to the head of Ruckus, knocking him to the outside. Frazier went to the top rope and nailed a huge frogsplah onto Sonjay while Rebel kept Ruckus out of the ring. This was enough to obtain a three count, giving the win to Rebel and Derek Frazier.

After the match, Ruckus got on the mic and said that month after month, he comes out here and busts his ass. He said that ever since he startd teaming with Sonjay, he's been losing matches. Ruckus said the reason he has begun to lose matches is because of Sonjay. Sonjay asked where the hell he was when Sonjay was getting pinned for a three count. Ruckus said he was on the fucking floor because he was double teamed and knocked out there. Sonjay said that for the past year he has been stuck with Ruckus. Now he doesn't know why. Sonjay said he is a superstar, son of a bitch. Sonjay said that Ruckus has been ducking him ever since he knew he was next in line for a Jr. Heavyweight shot. With this, Ruckus nailed Sonjay and gorilla press slammed him stiffly onto the turnbuckle. Ruckus got some chairs and cracked Sonjay with it a few times. The crowd started to chant "You fat fuck" at Ruckus. Ruckus got back on the mic and said that "this superstar was going to be a dead fuck". Setting up two chairs facing each other, Ruckus got Sonjay ontop of them and tiger drivered Sonjay onto them. Sonjay was knocked as Ruckus began to celebrate with his title.

Sonjay got up after a short while and said that next month, at COD5, he will be the new Jr. Heavyweight champ. Sonjay said that if Ruckus has the balls to accept, he will see him next month at Cage of Death.

Heel Ruckus is an interesting turn. His general demenanor has always been face, and I doubt he has the speaking skills or the moveset to really work as a heel. This is just leading to Sonjay taking the jr. belt at COD5. Sonjay is mad over, and the Jr. belt is just a stepping stone, I hope.

The match started as a 6 man brawl, but the ref was able to get it under control. Sabian and Jude started this one off. After some quick back and forth action, Niles Young and CK get the tag in. Young and Kastle exchange back and forth action, but Niles took the upper hand with a backbreaker, leading to a tag to DJ Hyde. DJ immediatley got in the ring and nailed CK with a hard powrbomb, but CK crawled under DJ's legs to make a tag to Dahmer. Dahmer, in a new prison looking get-up, attempted to clothesline DJ, but got blocked and was chokeslammed instead. DJ got a two count on Dahmer. DJ made the tag out to Niles Young, but evidently, this was a mistake as Dahmer hit Young with a spine buster. Dahmer made the tag out to Cory Kastle, who hit Niles Young with an inverted DDT. With the four illegal men battling on the outside now, Niles and Kastle still battled inside the ring. Shortly thereafter though, everyone made it outside and it was just havoc all around the ring. Back in the ring, Sabian rolled Jude. Sabian gave Jude a senton splash from the top rope while Dahmer continued to work on DJ with a steel chair on the outside. On the inside, Jude locked an STF on Sabian, but he released this when he saw how poorly his team was doing on the outside. Jude released the STF and splashed onto all four men on the outside. After some encouragement from the crowd, Sabian flipped out onto all 5 of them as well. Jude and Niles Young slid Cory Kastle inside the ring and nailed a stiff double team move onto them, laying Kastle out in the middle of the ring for a three count. While Niles was pinning Kastle, DJ Hyde suplexed Jon Dahmer off the apron onto a set-up of chairs, amounting to a nice bump. Your winners, DJ Hyde, Niles Young, and Jude.

The match st arted out with the advantage going to Matthews because of his size. Matthews dominated Tony Mamaluke, nailing him with a fisherman suplex, stiff clotheslines, and a flatliner, all amounting to a two count. Tony Mamaluke was not ready to give up that easily. After trying a swinging airplane type suplex, Tony Mamaluke grabbed Matthews' head and pulled him down for a nice variation of a dragon sleeper. Mamaluke took him to the ground and held the variation of the dragon sleeper until Joey Matthews tapped. Mamaluke got a nice pop from the crowd as they booed Matthews to the back saying he still sucked.

Zandig came out to the ring next and thanked all the fans that came out, and thanked all the fans that come out month after month. He said that as of late though, attendance has dropped significantly, and he can't keep doing what he does every month if attendance still keeps dropping. Out of nowhere, Johnny Kashmere walked through the front door and hopped over the guard rail! While fans were 'welcoming back Johnny Kashmere', Zandig said that this might be the last Cage of Death if fans don't start to care. Fans didn't acknowledge, and Zandig had to repeat it. Zandig said that the reason for this is because of quitters like Johnny Kashmere. Kashmere said that the reason the attendance is going in the shitter is not because of wrestlers quitting and things of the like. It's because of Zandig doing dumb shit that fans are staying home every month. Johnny Kashmere said that the hanging a few months ago was bullshit, and he didn't agree with it at all. Kashmere said that it was about time that he became his own man in this company. "In Da Club" came over the PA and the Hi-V danced their way down to the ring, with their own bodyguard and all. Johnny Kashmere told Acid to watch what he says because John Zandig is right behind him. Acid said fuck Zandig. Johnny Kashmere took the mic and told Trent Acid to go fuck himself. Trent Acid said that the Hi-V needed Kashmere and he let them down. He said it was really fucked up that Kashmere just left when he didn't like how things were going. The Messiah came on the microphone and said that the Hi-V doesn't need Jonny Kashmere. They are taking over this company with or without Johnny Kashmere. Messiah said that there is a new member of Hi-V anyway. Messiah then introduced the newest member of the Hi-V, Adam Flash. Zandig got on the mic and said that this was a fucking joke. With that, he and Kashmere turned thier backs on the Hi-V. Unexpectingly, the Hi-V all jumped in the ring and started a mass beatdown. Ian Knoxx came to the ring to help Zandig and Kashmere, but it was still a disadvantage. Beater and Nick Gage then ran down to the ring and started to clear house. When all five men from the Hi-V were in the entrance way, Zandig announced the plans for COD5. He said that this year, the match would be a 5 on 5 Cage of Death match. Different from any COD though, there will be two rings this year. The regular ring will hold the Cage of Death, and the ring next to that will hold the one million thumbtacks. Zandig then explained that there would be some kind of scaffold stipulation added to the match, although the details seemed a little difficult understand right now. However, Zandig said that this year's 5 on 5, double ringed, one million thumbtack Cage of Death match will be the best in the history of CZW!!!

So, Messiah, Nate Hatred, Trent Acid, B-Boy & Adam Flash vs. Zandig, Kashmere, Beater, Ian Knoxx & Nick Gage in the Cage of Death, One Million Thumbtacks, Two Rings, some kind of scaffold stuffed teddy bear match for COD5.

Cool?

It wasn't Joey Matthews, holmes...it was an indy guy who's last name happens to be Holmes.

And that Cage of Death Match looks like truly one of the ILLOGICAL matches CZW has EVER booked, and that covers A LOT of ground.

And the Ruckus/Sonjay storyline is HORRIBLY mistimed. Just when you're building momentum for them, you break them up, and COINCIDENTALLY JUST before COD. I like my wrestling believable...Plus, they just fucked up the Rave/Acid match for tonight. There's no point in having it anymore. Seriously, I was looking forward to this show, but these are three of the worst decisions CZW has ever made.

Smith says it's Joey Matthews, after wondering who it was. Get an official confirmation tonight.

I've got no clue how the COD match will work. It does have clusterfuck written all over it.

Deranged and Azrael started this one quite slowly, with some submissions in the beginning. Deranged changed that after hitting a nice flipping splash onto the outside. Azrael ran Deranged into the guard rails a few times before rolling him back into the ring. Back in the ring, Azrael nailed a vertical suplex, followed by suplex into the corner. Azrael tried for a cover, but only got two. Deranged finally got some control in the match however, and whipped Azrael into the corner. Deranged ran to the same corner and nailed Azrael with a kick to the face. Azrael got back to his feet and whipped Deranged over the top rope. He then got on the top turnbuckle and splashed out onto the floor for a nice spot. Back in the ring, Azrael hit Deranged with a stiff sit-out suplex for a two count. Deranged was right back up though and nailed a stiff neckbreaker variation. On the outside, Azrael's manager took a ladder out from under the ring. Azrael got up and placed the ladder in the corner. Azrael tried whipping Deranged into this, but Deranged stopped himself and threw the ladder at the head of Deranged. Deranged put the ladder ontop of Azrael and did a Swanton Bomb from the top rope onto Azrael!! The crowd erupted in a "Holy Shit" chant. Just as it looked like Deranged was going to get the win, Azrael's manager got on the apron, so Deranged nailed him with a kick to the head. Joker then came to the ring though and gave Deranged a nasty cradle-breaking move, one similiar to the one that Hero did to Acid at Redefined. Azrael rolled up Deranged for a three count. Azrael and Joker double teamed Deranged following the match, but Chri$ Ca$h ran out to aid Deranged. This did not seem to do much good because Deranged was not very conscious to battle back. Ca$h took the same cradle move, knocking him out cold as well as Joker and Azrael celebrated their way to the back.

After the match, Chri$ Cash made the match for Cage of Death V saying that he and Deranged were going to wrestle Azrael and Joker in a ladder match. Ca$h said he puts his heart on the line night in and night out for CZW, and he was guaranteeing that this match would be amazing.

Ooops...meant to write "Matthews" in place of the 2nd Holmes. LOL.

A cradle breaker is seriously quite far from the Rubix Cube. Considering he's at every CZW Viking Hall show, Ryan REALLY needs to learn the names of the wrestling moves, or AT LEAST those regularly performed by the CZW guys. His terminology makes Donnie B. look like Solie or some smart dude, which Ryan doesn't strike me as, LOL.

I've been at a bankquet all day long and was really looking forward to coming home and reading the PBP of a great show, but this is building up to the second coming of Hardcore in Hellaware or whatever the hell it was.

This match began with Barr and Berk, in their old bule and black garb, taking the advantage. After this match made its way into the ring, DRS kept the advantage in their corner. After a good five minutes of domination on Nick Berk, ZBarr got the tag in and the match quickly turned around. Zbarr came in with a ton of energy and with Berk, they double teamed EC Negro. KC Blade pulled Barr out of the ring though, as he slid back into the ring. Barr and Berk continued to work the advantage though, as they double teamed KC Blade now. After hitting a double splash from the top rope, Barr and Berk double pinned KC Blade. Out of nowhere, Derek Frazier and Greg Matthews ran down to the ring and pulled the ref out of the ring. This allowed time for Negro and Blade to knock out Barr and Berk, and as the ref slid back into the ring, Berk was rolled up for a three count.

This match started out with a lot of back and forth lockups. After the back and forth lockups, Rave took the advantage with some clotheslines back and forth. B-Boy quickly stopped his advantage and locked a camel clutch on in the corner. Rave got to the ropes, breaking up the submission.

Five minutes have passed, 10 remain (this is only a 15 minute match as opposed to an actual Ironman title match, which is 20)

After locking on a fullbody submission, B-Boy set Rave up in the corner for what looked to be a shining wizard, but Rave moved in the nick of time. B-Boy kept the advantage in his corner though and set Rave up in a tree of woe. He repeatedly sent kicks to the head of Jimmt Rave, and proceeded to stand on his crotch. B-Boy then picked him up and nailed a flatliner in the middle of the ring for a two count. B-Boy then dropped his knee on Jimmy Rave's face for a two count. B-Boy proceeded to put Rave on the top turnbuckle, but Rave pushed him off, allowing Rave to splash B-Boy from the top turnbuckle for a two count.

10 minutes passed, five remaining...

After a brief pause, both men got to their feet and exchanged right hands. Jimmy Rave hit a belly-to-back suplex and held onto it for a two count.

four minutes left

B-Boy set Rave up in the corner again, and nailed him with a huge Shining Wizrad for a two count. B-Boy seemed to be disappointed that Rave has not given him a three yet.

three minutes left

With the little energy he had left, Jimmy Rave hit a underhook suplex for a two count.

90 seconds remaining

Rave and B-Boy exchanged back and forth punches as the one minute mark approached. B-Boy nailed Rave with a huge right hand but he only got two as we reached the 30 second mark. Rave began to headbut B-Boy for a two count. 10 seconds now remained on the clock. Neither man did anything as the clock counted down to zero. Jimmy Rave got on the mic and asked for a continuation. B-Boy started to walk away, and as Rave was turned to B-Boy in the entrance way, Trent Acid hopped the opposite guard rail and got into the ring. Acid nailed Rave with a Yakuza kick. With that, B-Boy signaled for the bell to be rung for five more minutes.

B-Boy got back in the ring and attempted a pinfall, assuming he would get three but did not. B-Boy was shocked. B-Boy put Rave in a kneeling position and attempted another Shining Wizard, but Rave got up as B-Boy was running at him and he reversed his attempt with a double underhook suplex. Jimmy Rave then nailed a hard kick to B-Boy's chin, but this was not enough to keep B-Boy down. Rave then locked on an armbar in the middle of the ring, but B-Boy was able to work his way to the ropes. As Rave tried to lock on the armbar again, B-Boy somersaulted him to his feet, and was ready to nail him with a quick Shining Wizard. B-Boy still only got two. Jimmy Rave was in the process of standing up as B-Boy prepared for another Shining Wizrad. While Rave was kneeling, B-Boy began to run at Rave, but Rave got up quickly and powerslammed a running B-Boy for a quick rollup and the three count!!! Your winner, Jimmy Rave!

Me thoughts:

This COD match has clusterfuck written all over it. I also think it's safe to assume that it'll be the deathmatch guys (Zandig, Gage, Hatred, Beater) who will be taking the thumbtack bumps.

With the two rings, it also looks like they're anticipating a low attendance. If they thought that they would draw 1K to VH, they probably wouldn't run this.

I'm also guessing some people, such as Acid, might pull double duty.

Matches set up for COD5.

ME: Clusterfuck, my thoughts above, no clue who the fifth guy for Zandig will be, unless Ian Knoxx is getting a ME push. Though, if Adam Flash is in the match, it kinda makes sense.

Rave/Acid: Should be good

Azrael/Joker vs. Cash/Deranged Ladder: Let's hear it for spots. Cash will take some huge bump. Probably will be underwhelming. Hope not.

DRS vs. Rebel's Army vs. BarrBerk: Meh.

Ruckus/Sonjay: Time to push Sonjay to the moon..................now.

Nikki Roxx started this one off and after trying to get fancy with some high flying stuff, Roxx falls on her face. Mercedes took control of the match and with the help of Rick Feinburg, it stayed that way for a good while. After some back and forth rollups, Nikki Roxx got a two count on Mercededs Martinez. After some more reversals, two more rollups were attempted by Nikki. Mercedes brought some action to the match with a hard spinebuster. Nikki then hit a fisherman suplex for a pinfall, but Feinburg pulled the ref out of the ring. Feinburg slid into the ring and nailed Nikki in the gut with his unbrella. Logan then got back in the ring and nailed a hard belly-to-back suplex for a three count.

The bell was rung and to start the match, Acid tried taunting the big man. This did not work. Acid tried standing toe to to toe with him. This didn't work, as Mafia just kept pushing him into the corner. Mafia then press slammed Acid outside the ring. Mafia himself ran against the ropes and dove through the middle rope onto Acid. Back in the ring, Acid was able to finally gain some control though with some quick moves such as a top rope DDT into a two count. Acid proceeded to choke Maff as he rolled him onto the outside. Acid and Mafia battled on the outside, with Acid whipping the big Mafia into the guard rails. Acid rolled Mafia back in the ring, and placed him in the corner. Acid ran at Mafia and kneed him in the throat. Mafia stumbled dazily out of the corner and Acid nailed a missle dropkick from the top turnbuckle. After some back and forth fighting, Mafia began to use his size to his advantage. Mafia worked Acid in the corner and continually ran his huge body into Acid. Mafia put Acid on the top turnbuckle and nailed him with a huge underhook suplex. Mafia tried for a pinfall but only got two. Trent Acid was right up though and after pushing Mafia into the referee, he proceeded to nail two back to back Yakuza kicks for a two count!! Acid slid out of the ring, but he quickly ran back in and nailed another Yakuza Kick for a two count!! Acid went to the outside to grab a chair, and he slid back inside the ring with it. Standing in the corner where the entrance is closest, Acid was ready to nail Mafia with the chair when Jimmy Rave ran down to the ring and grabbed the chair off of him. Acid turned around to see who was there, and as he did this, Mafia picked up Acid for his finisher. Acid was able to evade the finisher and get onto his feet. At this time, Rave got into the ring and was standing behind Mafia. Acid ran at Mafia to Yakuza Kick him, but after Mafia ducked, Acid stopped in his tracks. Rave then put Acid into an armbar, and Acid began to tap. Brian Logan was telling Rave to get out of the ring though. After breaking Rave’s hold, Mafia told Jimmy Rave to go to the back. With Mafia’s back turned, Trent Acid ran at Mafia and Yakuza kicked him, sending him flying into Jimmy Rave, knocking him out as well. Acid rolled up Mafia for a three count to win this match!

This match was tag format, just as last month’s four way was. Shelley and Hero started it off, with Homicide and Jacobs going to the apron. After some lockups and slow action, Homicide and Jimmy Jacobs got the tags in. Homicide and Jacobs sped it up a bit with some quick action as soon as they got into the ring. After back and forth reversals, Homicide locked on an STF. Jacobs was able to get to the ropes however. Homicide attempted to airplane Jacobs by his legs, but Jacobs reversed it and hurricaraned Homicide. Homicide kept the control with stiff kicks to the back, followed by a belly-to-back suplex. Homicide made the tag out to Chris Hero, and after a few minutes of working on the Huss, Hero tug out to Alex Shelley. Shelley got into the ring and gave Jacobs a legdrop from the corner for a two count. Alex Shelley dominated Jimmy Jacobs for a few minutes and then proceeded to tag Homicide in to work on him some more. At this point, Jimmy Jacobs desperately needed a tag out. Homicide gave Jacobs a hard clothesline in the corner, followed by a super-vertical suplex for a two count. Finally, Jimmy Jacobs was able to crawl to a corner and tag Alex Shelley into the match. Homicide and Shelley battled back and forth, but Homicide hit Shelley with an underhook suplex, allowing him time to tag Hero into the match. This match has officially taken the form of a four way now as all four men are brawling now. After Homicide and Jimmy Jacobs start to fight on the outside, Alex Shelley splashed onto them, as did Chris Hero. Back in the ring, Hero and Jacobs fought, with Hero performing a very nice variation of a sit-out airplane suplex for a two count. With all four men in the ring, Homicide attempted a random pinfall on Jimmy Jacobs but only got two. From the top turnbuckle though, Alex Shelley nailed a huge DDT onto Chris Hero. Following a dropkick from Homicide to Shelley, Hero attempted the Hero’s Welcome on Homicide. Homicide reversed it and tried for the Cop Killa on Hero. Hero reversed this and piledrivered Homicide. Hero attempted a pinfall, but Jacobs came off the top rope with a rolling senton. At this point. Homicide locked on an STF on Alex Shelley in the middle of the ring, meanwhile, Chris Hero gave the Hero’s Welcome to Jimmy Jacobs. Hero pinned Jacobs, and as the ref counted three, Homicide had Shelley tapping. Brian Logan rewarded the victory to Hero because he did not see when Alex Shelley began to tap.

After the four men got to the ring and started brawling, Zandig made his way out to the ring with the dog collars. Gage and Beater immediatley knocked Hatred and Messiah out of the ring, and as they began to walk back to the back, Mack Smack came out from the back revving the weed whacker. The Messiah and Nate Hatred quickly got into the ring as Zandig started to secure the dog collars on each person. Beater was collared to Nate Hatred, with Nick Gage collared to The Messiah. Wifebeater dominated Nate Hatred inside the ring while Gage beat Messiah down on the outside. On the inside, Nate Hatred nailed a chokeslam, and Zandig counted a very slow two count. Hatred bodyslammed Beater and hit him with a elbow drop, trying for another cover. Zandig counted a slow two again. Hatred pushed Zandig, saying it should have been three. Zandig pushed Hatred right back though, and said 2. In the ring, Hatred and Messiah double teamed Beater at this time, with Messiah breaking a flower pot over Beater's head with a chair. Now, Messiah and Gage took their turn battling in the ring as Beater and Hatred made their way around ringside. On the outside, The Dew and Nate Hatred set up two tables as Hatred and Beater got onto the apron. As Hatred attempted a suplex, Beater reversed him and nailed Hatred with a side suplex through one of the tables. Inside the ring, Gage was gaining some momentum back as he atomic dropped Messiah. On the outside, Beater continued to nail Hatred with anything he could find, specifically, a wooden board.

On the outside now, Dewey and Hatred were setting up a chair contraption as Messiah brought a table into the ring. Beater took a hard suplex through the chairs as Messiah got back into the ring. That was not enough to keep Wifebeater down though, as he got right back up and hit Nate Hatred with a street sign. In the ring, Messiah put Nick Gage on the table as he made his way to the top turnbuckle. Gage was able to get up and off the table in time though, and he tugged at the chain, pulling Messiah off the turnbuckle and through the table. Messiah shot right back up though after Zandig and Nick Gage set half the table up in the corner, and Messiah whipped Gage right through the table. On the outside, Beater and Hatred were making their way to the stage, and at this time, Messiah detached himself from the dog collar and was also heading to the stage. From the stage, both Messiah and Nate Hatred gorilla press slammed Wifebeater from the top part of the stage (where the announcers sit) to the bottom, directly through a table. Nate Hatred also detached himself as both him and Messiah made their way back to the ring for Nick Gage. Gage was still lying in the ring, and Nate Hatred tried for a pinfall, but only got two. Wifebearter slowly made his way back to the ring, and when he did, Gage was able to nail his running boot to the face to both Hatred and Messiah. As it looked like Beater and Gage were going to win this match, Acid, B-Boy, and Adam Flash ran down to the ring and started clearing house. Johnny Kashmere ran down to the ring and all of the members of the Hi-V slid out because he had a chair and was swinging it like a madman. However, as Zandig got up, Johnny Kashmere cracked Zandig with the chair!!! The Hi-V got back into the ring and continued the 6 on 4 beatdown!

As it looked hopeless for Zandig, Beater, Gage, and Ian Knoxx, out of nowhere, LOBO ran down to the ring!!!!! After a huge pop from the crowd, Lobo cleared house and got rid of the entire Hi-V team!!!!

Zandig announced that this was his official team for Cage of Death. He said that next month, there would be two rings. One would have the Cage of Death on it. The other would have the one million thumbtacks. There would also be a suspended cage above the second ring however, the one with the tacks in it. The COD match will begin with Zandig and Kashmere starting off. Zandig said that it will be an all out five on five though, so the Hi-V better pick their five for December 13th!!!!! Zandig said no one will want to miss COD V!!!!

Pretty good show tonight, saved by Deranged/Azrael and the 4-way, which I consider two blow-away matches. Apart from them, everything else was ok or just plain garbage. Still fun overall.

Barber, how is the CoD illogical. Illogical denotes a lack of logic, the CoD match is a logical match. Theres this big heel stable and the face whos feuding with them makes a team of his own to face the heel stable in a big match makes perfect sense to me.

How is Acid/Rave spoiled? Rave beat B-Boy, he beat Mamaluke, he wants to get that belt of Acid which he came so close to winning. He's being built up as to be more credible vs. Acid by going over some other guys. However the dynamic of power is still being shown, he failed in his inteferance in Acid's match (Acid excels in inteferance and all that).

Dutt/Ruckus is a little quickly done, but was gonna happen.

And the show itself has what sounds like 2 excellent matches, one fun brawl and some general interesting matches (like Acid / Maff). People who were actually at the card are giving it good reports, and I trust them more than your 'psychic ability to know the quality of cards from reading results'

Sounds great, I don't know why everybody keeps bitching over the booking here. Sure the last few shows have had lackluster booking, but you can tell they're really trying to make things work this time. I'm not a big fan of Ruckus/Sonjay going for the 3291832492018018408102148th time, but Ruckus as a heel will make things interesting since it's said that his mic work as a heel in IWA was great. And Barber, you can't judge the show just by the results alone, if you did, most ROH shows sound all the same. And according to Barbie's favourite wrestling reporter Bob Magee who was at the show, it was Scotty Matthews who wrestled Mamaluke.

any idea on a crowd size, If they are gonna have 2 rings at COD then they wont be able to do more than 600.

Good to see Kashmere back so does this mean Flash is gonna get dumped sooner than later by the HIV

the place where they plan on putting the second ring (between the normal ring and the stage) isnt an area that seats a lot of people to begin with, besides with the way things are going i wouldnt expect it to draw much more then 600 anyway

in the last few shows they have been in the low 500-400 area i think, for COD i would hope that they would brake 600

Making me correct. No need for the immature cheap shots, homeboy. You're just demeaning your already low rep.

I find it funny that Magee said, "In precisely the kind of hot, well-thought out show that CZW needed to do to lead up to cage of Death."

That's one of the funniest quotes I've ever heard. CZW is NOT trying to make things work this time, dude. Booking B-Boy, Trent Acid, and others in a Cage of Death Match is wasting talent, exactly like I was stating straight out in the article that I planned to post yesterday, but was unable to, after learning that about a quarter of it was innaccurate b/c Rave/B-Boy was only for Rave to gain a shot at Acid's title, not B-Boy, too, and I was unable to edit it in time to post it before the show. I'll be posting a more up to date version with the info from NOI in a few weeks.

I can crticiize the booking without being the show without a problem. You, Sandman, Magee, EMAXSUAN, any fan there is has done it. Don't hold me to different standards b/c you KNOW that you are.

And there's also no need for the name calling.

Dutt/Ruckus is a little quickly done, but was gonna happen.

It's predictable booking to the umpth degree. That's illogical booking. Wrestling is supposed to be primarily unpredictable.

I trust them more than your 'psychic ability to know the quality of cards from reading results'

Read what I said in my first few paragraphs above. Everybody judges by results, man. I'm not the only one. Your holding me to different standards than you would anybody else. Why? B/c you don't like me. Now, let's be at least SOMEWHAT fair.

Illogical booking is booking that doesn't make sense and evoke a response from the crowd. Russo is famous for having "unpredictable booking" though almost all of it didn't make sense and it ended up being predictable.

After watching both the 2000 and 2003 Jim Cornette shoots yesterday and this morning, simple, straight forward, thought provoking booking kills a "swerve" anyday.

Umm, you don't know B-Boy and Acid are in the Cage of Death match. It is "Team Zandig" (Zandig, Gage, Knoxx, Lobo, and Beater) vs. the Hi-V. Read the results, it says, "Zandig said that it will be an all out five on five though, so the Hi-V better pick their five for December 13th!!!!!" Hi-V haven't picked there members. It is almost certain Messiah, Hatred, Kashmere and Flash will be in it, but the fifth member is not known at the moment. I highly doubt it'll be Acid or B-Boy because Acid already has a match (Acid vs. Rave) and B-Boy isn't the type of wrestler that wrestles in a COD match. I'm probably going to guess one of the "Team Zandig" members jumps to Hi-V during the match, or a certain individual will make his return to CZW.
