It was at an awards show a few years back. I think it was an MTV Music Awards Show, but I'm not sure. If you're referring to the old online clip where she fell out while she was walking into the place, I'm 99.9% certain it wasn't Britney. I believe it was a foreign clip/singer. Brittney fell out at the Nickelodeon Teen Choice Awards. Damnit I posted the photo in the LSD folder inside the Darryl Hanna/Spears thread

However, Britney DID pop out at a Kid's Choice awards or something during a pre-show interview and there are pics. Then she also did some Nickelodeon show without a bra on and was seriously nipping and got in trouble for it.
