We'll get Edge/Angle, in Edge's "huge" return match where he picks up the victory.

 

I could see WWE pushing that on us, it's actually quite likely if Edge returns for the show.

Ah no. It's about memorable matches, which does not always mean 5 * matches. Matches like what Rock/Hogan was is probably more likely than a ***** classic.

Judging from what happened, its obvious Team Angle did it. However, I wouldn't be surprised if Brock or Benoit did it instead for whatever reason.

As far as serious candidates for Edge's attacker, how about Rhyno? It wouldn't be too hard to come up with a storyline. The WWE could easily use the old "I'm pissed because you didn't visit me when I was injured, so I wanted you to go through what I went through" angle.

I don't think anyone that hasn't been on Smackdown in a month should be a candidate. If WWE is going to make an effort to push Edge, having Rhyno feuding with him after doing absolute jackshit on Velocity is pointless.

Push Edge? I was trying to push Rhyno. What better way to push Rhyno than to have him decimate a returning Edge?

in case anyone couldn't tell, I was joking. CC actually makes a good point. Rhyno has been relegated to squashing Kanyon on Velocity, which isn't exactly a great way to build up a monster heel.
