ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Just one week before Armageddon, Sunday Night HEAT has all of the action, as events leading up to this pay-per-view are changing by the minute! See Mark Henry, as he continues to prepare for his Armageddon encounter with Booker T, face Maven. Will this be a tune up for Henry as he has plowed through his competition during recent days or will the young upstart Maven spoil Henry’s plans to ride his recent success all the way to Armageddon? Find out on HEAT. Speaking of tuning up for Armageddon, the Hurricane & Rosey are preparing for what could be the biggest opportunity of their run as a tag team as at Armageddon they will compete in the Tag Team Turmoil Match for the World Tag Team Championship. On HEAT, this team will be in action! Also on HEAT, Victoria faces Ivory and Jon Heidenreich will also be in action. HEAT will also take a look back at the events of RAW last Monday night when Mick Foley made a stunning return as an outside advisor and the new Co General Manager of RAW. Needless to say, Foley spoiled Eric Bischoff’s plans for RAW last Monday … see what happened! Also, the Trish Stratus/Chris Jericho love saga took an interesting new twist during RAW last Monday, find out what happened on HEAT. It all happens this Sunday at 7/6 CT on Spike TV! Ah, so THAT'S where Johnny boy has been...
CanadianChick Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Who has the unfortunate luck of facing John? Poor Stevie..
ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 Oh, and good news... THE HURRI-LEAGUE IN ACTION!
Guest Disbadger Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Stupid question time: What exactly is a "tag team turmoil match"?
ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 Stupid question time: What exactly is a "tag team turmoil match"? Fuse a Fatal Four Way and a Tag Team match, and there you go.
ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 Ivory with an...interesting outfit. Oh, and still no mention of why Stevie's wearing what he's wearing.
ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 And of course the thread dies before it can truly get started.
Slayer Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Poor Chris is having to pull a Benoit carry-job on this thread
ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 Poor Chris is having to pull a Benoit carry-job on this thread THERE IS LIFE! ...I really wish they'd stop showing recaps of other WWE shows on Heat and Velocity. Would make them better, IMO.
ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 Aww, they couldn't have gotten the old gold outfits out again?
Guest Askewniverse Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Dinsmore deserves better than this.
CanadianChick Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Oh god, I feel for Stevie. That was god awful.
ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 Heidenreich is now...CAPTAIN CAFFINE!
ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 GO STEVIE! BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF MR. HOSS!
starvenger Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 You know, only a heel would enjoy Hildy Santo-Tomas on Trading Spaces. Case in point: yesterday she pasted the room walls with feathers...
MixxMaster Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 God, Heidenriech is sooo vanilla. Typical of any of the new OVW guys....No character, same generic ring-work. And a fued with Richards certainly isn't going to help much, Richards may have charisma, but not much for in-ring abilities...
MillenniumMan831 Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 DAMN IT! I missed the Richards beatdown, PLEASE rerun that on Raw tomorrow.
starvenger Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Stupid question time: What exactly is a "tag team turmoil match"? Fuse a Fatal Four Way and a Tag Team match, and there you go. Isn't it a tag gauntlet match?

Isn't it a tag gauntlet match? They'll probably change the rules. Harry Doyle: Nobody's watchin' anyways.
MixxMaster Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 You know, only a heel would enjoy Hildy Santo-Tomas on Trading Spaces. Case in point: yesterday she pasted the room walls with feathers... True, her ideas are always a bit "eccentric", however the four full walls of feathers really took things a bit too far. They were GLUED to the walls with a hot glue gun, too. Gonna have to replace the walls themselves, hope the network would pay for that expense. Still, those commercials for it were good. She was talking all hot, and had the raspy, sexy voice going. It made me feel kinda funny, like when I used to climb the rope in gym class....
ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 Oh, and YOUR Heat main event is Henry vs. Maven.
ChrisMWaters Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 Armageddon looks horrible. So did Survivor Series...and it was better than expected. All will be forgiven if by some miracle they give the Hurri-League the belts.

starvenger Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 All will be forgiven if by some miracle they give the Hurri-League the belts. Belee dat, playa.
Guest hhheld_down Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Armageddon looks horrible. meh at least it has rather interesting build too it. I would almost shell out the money to see who wins the world title (please god, Kane) as I am really liking the ME storyline now on RAW for once, even if the wrestling is bad. If HHH or goldberg win, I give up on ever getting somewhat interested on a RAW ppv again.
EdwardKnoxII Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Hell with the way HHH gut has been growing by the time the PPV rolls around he'll be wrestling in a shirt while looking like he's about the give birth to twins.
