Guest Bottled Black Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 I'm fairly new here, but I notice that people seem to be accused quite often of being a PBP. Apparently quite often this is the case as seen by all the people that magically become an "Unregistered User". Is there a reason for these posters many incarnations or is it just to be annoying and stir up shit?
Guest Jay Z. Hollywood Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 Because they are losers.
Nevermortal Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 Because they are losers. That hit the nail right upon the head.

Damaramu Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 A lot of them may think that they were unfairly banned and just want to come back and post in peace. What I want to know is......why are there so many god damned gimmicks? I remember the days when there were no gimmicks......*sigh*
Guest Archangel Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 A lot of them may think that they were unfairly banned and just want to come back and post in peace. What I want to know is......why are there so many god damned gimmicks? I remember the days when there were no gimmicks......*sigh* Gimmicks are ok, if done correctly. But then you have different senses of humor so it's kind of hard to gage the humor factor. But hey if it's semi-entertaining, I'm all for gimmicks.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 When was the last time that we got a newbie that wasn't a troll, gimmick poster or a PBP?
JHawk Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 A lot of them may think that they were unfairly banned and just want to come back and post in peace. What I want to know is......why are there so many god damned gimmicks? I remember the days when there were no gimmicks......*sigh* You can remember back to before wrestling ever aired on TV? Oh, you meant gimmicks on TSM! Sorry, but I have to be a smartass sometimes.
Damaramu Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 How are any of the gimmicks clever? How is a guy running into a thread going "I'd Hit It" clever at all? How is a guy quoting George Costanza in every thread clever? Oh right...they aren't.
Guest Bottled Black Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 Thanks Shadow.. Unless... ! Hey I thought you had my back?? No I'm not a PBP, Troll, or Gimmick Poster, just found this site one day, and thought there was some interesting stuff on here, so thought I'd join.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 The AP Newswire guy was probably the only gimmick poster I've seen that did an amusing one.
TSA09 Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 I wanted to do one "Bleeds For A Week and Leaves" but I guess the mods didn't like it. Damn them, I would have only posted for one week a month.
Boner Kawanger Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 Thanks Shadow.. Unless... ! Hey I thought you had my back?? But he is.

TSA09 Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 Leaving a trail might be alittle sick. Whatcha think?
Guest Bottled Black Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 Munky is Prince Paul. Munky is from WDI? He must be CJ. May as well kill 2 birds with one stone. I am not any PBP. Did I do anything in particular to deserve a witchhunt in my honor? And Pardon my stupidity, but whats WDI?
razazteca Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 WDI is the secret HQ of all trolls that invade here.
Slayer Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 Leaving a trail might be alittle sick. Whatcha think? Wouldn't put it past you "TSA was definitely here..."
Guest HungryJack Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 Hey raza, you're kidding about the WDI thing, right??? right???
Guest Beeferton Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 I think the one who started this is a PBP.
Guest Bottled Black Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 I am not a PBP. Again I ask what did I do to warrant a witchhunt, I made an observation.
Art Sandusky Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 The AP Newswire guy was probably the only gimmick poster I've seen that did an amusing one. That wasn't even a gimmick. It was made up to aid the State of America thread as a common posting name for people to write news about the State's activities. Now it can be a very effective gimmick though. I take credit for all AP Newswire posts in 2003. I was going to be a George Costanza gimmick poster, but I wasn't going to butcher it like that other guy did.

Memories...pressed between the pages of my mind....memories...sweetened by the ages, just like wine....
razazteca Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 Hey raza, you're kidding about the WDI thing, right??? right??? So you are saying that it is true? So which is it EZ or Invision board? Conformist, right?
Guest stardust Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 Kotz, you were AP Newswire? Good job.
Art Sandusky Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 I swear, with each passing day, I regret killing that off more and more. WHY COULDN'T I HAVE CONSULTED EVERYONE FIRST?? ARGH!!!! You know, we really have very few of the original people left, a STATE OF AMERICA: THE NEXT GENERATION~ edition might work... ... so long as we don't get State-obsessed fans debating on which Maximum Proconsul was better.
