Guest Choken One Report post Posted December 19, 2003 You'd think I would have started this thread But alas...For now...I'm doomed in Cincy... Keith must hate Ohio or something.

Guest Choken One Report post Posted December 24, 2003 Actually, I'd rather see Caputo in a Solo set then LOA...
B. Brian Brunzell 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2003 While I'd also love to see Caputo be himself, seeing the orignal LOA lineup trumps just Keith. I saw them during the short period with Whitfield Crane as vocalist and it just wasn't the same.
Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2003 Flaw.com has some additional dates. I'm really going to the show to see Skrape (for the third time) and Flaw (first), though I've never heard any LOA. Are they actually good live, as I plan to download some of their stuff today. Guest Choken One Report post Posted December 26, 2003 (edited) What the fuck? They sold out 50,000+ concerts in Europe...So yeah they are a great live act...sadly I've never seen them live. Scott Ian said this about them..."Life of Agony pushed the boundaries of metal/hardcore/rock to a place that was way before it's time.." and he also added that "Keith is an original. He's as individual as they come, giving strong presence on stage, mesmerizing audiences with his intensly personal performences" River Runs Red is required listening for any Metal Fan The other Two albums don't get as much love (wrongly) because it just doesn't have the same hardness as the first album... These are My Personal Favorite L.O.A Songs From River Runs Red (Although the WHOLE album is classic) "This Time" "Underground" "River Runs Red" "Through and Through" "Bad Seed" "My Eyes" "The Stain Remains" From "Ugly" (The weakest Album I believe) "Drained" "Fears" "Let's Pretend" (Look for the Acuostic Version which isn't on the album) "Lost at 22" "UnStable" Soul Searching Sun (Complete Opposite in sound from R.R.R...More "Poppy" but like Scott Ian of Anthrax said in his comments about the band...That was in a good way) -Weeds -My Mind is Dangerous -Heroin Dreams -Hemophiliac in Me -Desire Edited December 27, 2003 by Choken One
Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2003 Awesome Choken, thanks. I pretty much downloaded every song off their three CDs, and from the few I've heard, great shit.

CheesalaIsGood 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2004 I saw the Whitfield Crane version at the Orpheum in Boston a few years back opening for Megadeth. It was awful. I never got to see them with Keith. So the Worchester show looks like I might have to go. Is the DVD out yet?
B. Brian Brunzell 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2004 They weren't awful when I saw them with Crane, but they weren't great. Whit just doesn't have the voice to carry the songs.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted January 2, 2004 The DVD of the Reunion shows has been out for a while Cheesela... Fucking fantastic.
