On Confidential this week, join several WWE Superstars as they share their own personal tips to make travel as stress-free as possible. Also on Confidential, Eddie Guerrero’s star has never shined brighter in WWE, as Latino Heat is enjoying popularity the likes of which he has never seen before. He is known for lying, cheating, stealing … and entering WWE arenas in a custom low rider. His love of the custom automobile earned him a spread in an upcoming edition of Lowrider Magazine. razazteca Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 Will the matches last longer than 5 minutes?
Guest Disbadger Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 Will the matches last longer than 5 minutes? Of course not. They need to reserve air time to recap the Vince Mc Mahon/Ernest Miller dance off.
Guest Max Peter David Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 Don’t miss Velocity this week when two high-flying tag teams meet up as Ultimo Dragon & Billy Kidman meet Akio & Sakoda in what should be an action-packed thriller! Guest ligerbomb03 Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 Honky Tonk Man vs. Ultimate Warrior? Anyway, I am excited about Velocity tonight...
Guest hhheld_down Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 Don’t miss Velocity this week when two high-flying tag teams meet up as Ultimo Dragon & Billy Kidman meet Akio & Sakoda in what should be an action-packed thriller! Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 Vince Mcmahon/Ernest Miller feud = RATINGS! You can have mix tag matches with Miller teaming with Lamont and have the Jung Dragons run in every minute. They already have Yang & Jamie-son on the roster. Just sign the other dude and it's GOLD!
Lil' Bitch Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 and watch a classic match between the Honky Tonk Man and Ultimate Warrior from SummerSlam 1988. At least we don't have to worry about this match being clipped.
razazteca Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 All the Warrior does is run to the ring and hit the press slam for the pin and that last what 90 seconds?
Enigma Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 What happened to the Vince McMahon/John Cena feud?
Guest ligerbomb03 Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 Dammit, I am anxiously waiting for the Vince McMahon vs. Vince McMahon feud. Oh yeah, baby, split personalities here we come...
Enigma Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 Yeah, Vince vs. Vince would blow Gollum vs. Smeagol out of the water.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 Hmmm, I'm gonna bar-hop tonight, so I won't be here to contribute my 2-cents...which is usually half of the money posted here by all 2 of us. ***Don’t miss Velocity this week when two high-flying tag teams meet up as Ultimo Dragon & Billy Kidman meet Akio & Sakoda in what should be an action-packed thriller!*** Hmm...I don't remember Ultimo, Akio or Sakoda doing any "high-flying" lately. Kidman's been hurt and has been allowed to do a couple (read:2) neat moves since what, the brand extension began? Yawn, match may be cool, but will mean nothing. ***Both young teams*** Ultimo and Kidman, those rookies. ***whoever wins this match may take a giant step towards that goal.*** The goal = Jobbing to the FBI next week. ***Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri faces Paul London*** Awesome! ***Johnny Stamboli will meet Spanky*** Well...at least both members of my favorite team are on. Tho both will probably job. ***Perhaps the most intriguing match could be Funaki against Matt Morgan*** Who writes this, really? Does RUE like, drink a beer and get wasted and them phone this crap in? Have either Funaki or Matt Morgan had ANY moments of intrigue in their lives? Alrite, I liked the "INDEED!" stuff...for 2 weeks... ***Will Funaki’s experience overcome Morgan’s size and strength?*** No. ***join several WWE Superstars as they share their own personal tips to make travel as stress-free as possible.*** YES, show the plane ride!!!! ***so who better to ask for travel tips than expert travelers?*** Re-read this question over & over to decide if the WWE writers are talented. ***Eddie Guerrero’s star has never shined brighter in WWE, as Latino Heat is enjoying popularity the likes of which he has never seen before.*** He was more over in WCW in 1997. He was more over in WWF in 2000. ***Bradshaw surfed the wild waves of Australia*** I can't even begin. ***a classic match between the Honky Tonk Man and Ultimate Warrior from SummerSlam 1988.*** Vince will clip this down to 8 seconds to get highlights of Vince & The Cat from Smackdown. Sorry to be so negative, I usually watch both shows. But this is PATHETIC. Tajiri/London could be neat...we'll see.
haVoc Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 What happened to the Vince McMahon/John Cena feud? I don't think they ever planned on feuding. It just Vince allowing himself to look like a fool to help get Cena over.
Enigma Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 ***a classic match between the Honky Tonk Man and Ultimate Warrior from SummerSlam 1988.*** Vince will clip this down to 8 seconds to get highlights of Vince & The Cat from Smackdown. How are they going to clip it down to 8 seconds when the match itself barely lasted 8 seconds?
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 That was the point. It was a joke. Vince'll find a way to clip it even more. SOMEBODY CALL MY MOMMA!
Lil' Bitch Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 What happened to the Vince McMahon/John Cena feud? I don't think they ever planned on feuding. It just Vince allowing himself to look like a fool to help get Cena over. Vince was gloating about his Undertaker win. Cena came out and insulted both him and Sable. Vince got pissed and wanted to teach him a lesson so he booked a match between Cena and The Big Show, in which Cena won. And that was pretty much it.
Tawren Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 If Morgan wasn't SO FUCKING generic, he'd entertain me... DeMott rips into Josh for saying "Morgan is the prototype for all wrestlers".
Tawren Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 Sit-out powerbomb of doom wins it for Morgan.
J.B. Buzzkill Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 Well, generic wrestlers usually have generic finishers.
Tawren Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 Well, generic wrestlers usually have generic finishers. That they do. That they do...
J.B. Buzzkill Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 Spanky busts out a motherfucking Yakuza Kick. Awesome.
Tawren Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 Watchable match, but two hoss vs cruiser matches in a row don't work.
The Mandarin Posted December 21, 2003 Author Report Posted December 21, 2003 You're not smacking MY television.
J.B. Buzzkill Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 Good Lord, I always forget how much Brock sounds like such a pussy.
Lil' Bitch Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 Yeah, looks like Cena / Show was non-title after all. Edit: Akio and Sokada got their own theme, interesting...
Tawren Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 Tag match time...I hope this is good :/
The Mandarin Posted December 21, 2003 Author Report Posted December 21, 2003 I hope Kurt beat the hell out of Robin Williams for making Flubber. Since when does Billy Kidman actually get reactions?
