Here's who I can come up with, add on if you come up with anyone else.

Sid Vicious (WM 8, WM 13, and Starrcade 2000)

Bret Hart (WM 9, WM 10, WM 12 and Starrcade 1999)

Hulk Hogan (WM1-3, WM 5-8 and Starrcade 94, 96, 97)

Randy Savage (WM 5 and Starrcade 95)

Roddy Piper (WM 1 and Starrcade 96)

What's your definition of "Main Event"?

The last match on the show or whatever is billed as the main event. If that is the case, then Ric Flair should also be on that list, headlining numerous Starrcade's and being part of the WWF's "Double Main Event" at Wrestlemania 8.

If you count the WM11 match against HBK as the main event (or one of the two main events), then Nash is on the list.

Lex Luger-main evented Starrcade '88 and was part of the triple main event at Wrestlemania X, going against Yokozuna in the first title match of the night

Steve Austin-Has main evented a few Wrestlemanias and was part of the Battle Bowl Final that mained Starrcade '91.

I guess I am just counting the last match of the show as the "main event."

Kevin Nash did Starcade 98 and WrestleMania 11.

Wouldn't that main event be Bigelow vs. LT though? It sure as hell got more hype and more promotion.

I consider that more of a double main event. HBK/Diesel was a big match, + it is on the cover of the home video.
