Small wrestlers, such as Rey Mysterio and Shawn Michaels, have been booked as legitimate threats in the past. Also maybe if he was given say 6 minutes instead of 2 and god forbid, got in a bit of offense he'd be fairly over with the crowd who you said was "dead" before admitting you watch the shows with the sound off. Also when London was making token appearances on Jakked prior to signing a contract he wrestled a match against Justin Credible(IIRC, or somebody like that) and was pretty damn over with the crowd considering they had never seen him prior and ya know why? He was given offense and given time to pull off some moves, shocking I know.
