NWA:TNA XPlosion

11th April 2004

Live from the TNA Asylum, in Nashville Tennessee

Commentators: Scott Hudson and Don West

PYRO~! greets us, as we're live in Nashville. Scott Hudson and Don West, aka 'The B Team' are at ringside...but first...

We cut to Don Callis' office, where the Chief Executive sits looking rather impatient. After a few second, there's a knock at the door, as a backstage worker walks in with a letter in his hand.

Worker- Mr Callis...the letter ha...

Callis- Yeah yeah, great...hand it over and don't slam the door on your way out.

Quickly the worker does as he's told, as Callis hurriedly opens the letter, throwing the envelope onto the floor in his rush.

Callis- "Dear Mr Callis"...blah blah..."in light of your request to cancel Wednesday night's World Title Match between Jeff Jarrett and AJ Styles"...yadda yadda yadda..."we have to..."

Callis looks in shock, as he gets closer to the paper incase of a mistake.

Callis- "Deny your request!?!" DAMN IT!!!

Reading on Callis is slowly turning red from his anger.

Callis- "The contract was signed by Mr Erik Watts, and he has not been available to contact...therefore, we cannot cancel the match." Well, isn't that just typical. The one time you want Watts around, he's nowhere to be found. "Furthermore...we view this match as a fair way to pay AJ back for Jeff's illegal tactics at Quest For The Gold. Yours...Jerry Jarrett." This is typical...this is just...typical.

Callis hurls the letter to the floor with the envelope, before sighing heavily and collapsing further back into his chair.

OR: 85

Notes: Don Callis gained overness from this segment.

Hudson- Welcome to NWA:TNA XPlosion...Scott Hudson at ringside with Don West...and Don, that settles it. Wednesday night we will see AJ Styles and Jeff Jarrett in a Steel Cage Match.

West- It seems even Don Callis couldn't get this match scrapped...and now Jarrett has to pay the price for his cheating ways.

Hudson- Speaking of paying the price...will Christopher Daniels pay the price tonight for his cockiness, when he meets Dusty Rhodes.

West- And what about Abyss, Scott. He teams with Kid Kash to take on Paul London and the man he attacked Wednesday night...Raven!

Hudson- All that tonight...plus, up first, the NWA debut of Nick Dinsmore!

'The IRON Man' Nick Dinsmore vs Shark Boy

Not a good night to be wearing a shark costume...this was almost a total squash. Dinsmore came out with some high impact suplexes which Shark Boy had to answer to, and from then on, Dinsmore never looked back. A brutal Northern Lights Bomb nearly ended the match early, but Sharky managed to shoot a shoulder up at the last second. "NWA" chants filled the arena as Dinsmore worked over Sharky regardless, before finally Sharky Boy was spurred on to a comeback. That didn't last long however...Dinsmore countered a flying hurricanrana with a SNAP powerbomb, before locking on the Crossface. Shark Boy had no choice but to tap, and give the match to Dinsmore.

After a brief celebration, Dinsmore saw Shark Boy making his way back up the ramp, and quickly left the ring. Sharky didn't see it coming...and got clotheslined from behind! Viciously Dinsmore stomped away on Sharky in the aisle, until referees finally stormed down to pull him away.

Winner: Nick Dinsmore by submission in 4:28

*1/4 (62, 53, 72)

Hudson- I think Dinsmore proved his point tonight...the NWA should be wary of Team IRON.

West- Well, Dinsmore and his buddies have clear intentions. And Shark Boy became the first victim of them tonight.

Hudson- And I must say, for someone to dominate Shark Boy that easily...that's impressive.

West- It is indeed Scott.

Hudson- Well, in just a few moments...the past meets the present, as Dusty Rhodes takes on Christopher Daniels.

'The Fallen Angel' Christopher Daniels vs 'The American Dream' Dusty Rhodes

Well, to say this match featured a contract in styles would be a pretty big understatement. Dusty, who was never in great shape as far as looks went, did well to last through the whole match...Daniels doing a good job of pulling him through. It was Dusty who dominated the opening, using the bionic elbows to rock Daniels at every opportunity. Daniels tried in vain to out-wrestle Rhodes...the result each time was eventually a big elbow driven to the head. Eventually Daniels managed to take Dusty down, and worked over the knee and ankle. To his credit, Dusty did a good job of selling it. The fight back came, and Dusty began to brawl back to prominence. Referee Brian Hebner caught a clothesline however, which prevented Dusty from getting a three after a big elbow drop. Dusty missed an avalanche minutes later, staggering back into something resembling a german suplex...giving Daniels the 3 count!!

Once Dusty got back to his feet, out of respect he offered his hand to Daniels...but Daniels tried to leave. Dusty quickly pulled him back, and again offered his hand for shaking. However, Daniels laughed at the exhausted Dusty...and spat at his feet, before leaving the ring to huge boos from the crowd.

Winner: Christopher Daniels by pinfall in 13:22

*1/2 (73, 76, 68)

Hudson- What dis-respect from Christopher Daniels! What dis-respect for a legend like Dusty Rhodes!

West- I have to agree Scott. After a great match, Chris Daniels just couldn’t accept Dusty’s respect.

Backstage, the NWA Tag Team Champions Chris Harris and James Storm are backstage in their locker room watching Daniels leaving the ring on their T.V monitor. Storm turns to Harris, and shakes his head.

Storm- Some things never change with that guy.

Harris- Tell me about it…once a jerk, always a jerk.

Storm- So, can you tell me now…what did Callis say?

Harris- Well…that’s the weird thing. He said we don’t have matches until Nothing Left To Lose. And…he won’t announce our challengers.

Storm- What?

Harris- Yeah. Basically, he’s washed his hands of it. We’ve got to chose who to defend the belts against at Nothing Left To Lose.

Storm looks at his belt, and shrugs his shoulders.

Storm- Fine by me. It’s not like we’re afraid of a challenge.

Harris- So…any ideas?

Storm looks thoughtful…as the scene fades.

OR: 65%

Tag Team Match

Kid Kash and Abyss vs Raven and NWA X-Division Champ Paul London

A very nice match, with some nice exchanges from London and Kash in particular. They spent most of the match in the ring, London predictably playing Ricky Morton through the match. Abyss and Kash used some fluid tag team moves to keep London on the defensive, limiting him to spurts of brief offence. Once London got the tag, the crowd picked up as Raven came in and cleared house. Raven and Abyss brawled, as Kash and London exchanged moves in the ring. London dropsaulted off of Abyss onto Kash for a nearfall, before Abyss threw London out of the ring. Raven attacked Abyss though, and started up a ten punch. However, as the referee tried to keep London out of the ring, Kash dropped Raven across the top rope...allowing Abyss to hit the Black Hole to get the 3 count over Raven!

Winners: Abyss and Kid Kash by pinfall in 14:04

**3/4 (75, 68, 82)

Notes: Kid Kash gained overness from this match. Abyss gained overness from this match.

Hudson- Abyss and Kid Kash stole that victory from right under Raven and London's noses!

West- That won’t sit well with Raven, believe me.

Hudson- Well, Abyss gets another one over Raven…how much longer will Raven sit back and take this? We’ll see you on Wednesday night for TotalNonstop TV. Goodbye from XPlosion!

OR: 72- Decent show, surprisingly. The first two matches weren’t brilliant, the main event was good however. Whever it’ll be enough to fight of the MLW is yet to be seen.

Attendance: 3502

Post Event News

Well, bad news to begin. After another poor rating XPlosion has been dropped by Urban American. MLW's show beat us out in the ratings again, and as a result Urban America decided to cut their losses. Although this is disappointing news, we do have TotalNonstop TV to 'fall back on'...and we will consider whever or not to look for a new network to host XPlosion in the coming days.

All this means we now have only two shows left to build up to Nothing Left To Lose, rather than the planned four. This compromises us quite a bit, as we now need to chop and change Wednesday's TotalNonstop TV.

Daniels and Rhodes didn’t really gel well, which wasn’t too surprising. Considering that, the two put on quite an impressive match…

The Team IRON ‘invasion’ will continue on through the next couple of shows, with certain big TNA players set to play a big role in their development. We’re pleased with how the four have been coming along under the TNA banner recently.

NWA:TNA TotalNonstop TV Preview

Wednesday night on the WGN Superstation, the NWA:TNA presents episode 2 of TotalNonstop TV...and puts on the biggest main event of the year so far, as all the controversy between AJ Styles and Jeff Jarrett over the past couple of months finally comes to a head. Plus, the X-Division Title is on the line, another Team IRON member makes his in-ring debut, and much more besides...

Of course, the main event is for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. AJ Styles gets one more shot at the belt, after the controversy surrounding his match at Quest For The Gold with the World Champion Jeff Jarrett. After Jarrett's seeming insistance on cheating to defend his title, the solution is to allow Jarrett to cheat as much as he wants...because this match will be fought inside of a fifteen foot high Steel Cage. So now Styles can expect Jarrett to 'cheat', but also be prepared to retaliate with 'cheating' of his own. Expect brutality, intensity and one hell of a match...but will there be a new World Champion, or can Jarrett somehow fight off the challenge of Styles one more time?

In an interesting encounter, recent TNA management rival Raven has been placed in one on one action against Sonny Saiki, who last week failed to defeat his personal rival Ron Killings. Both these men have claims towards future title shots in the NWA:TNA, but recently have been caught up in personal battles...Saiki of course with Killings, Raven with TNA Management's Abyss. This match should go someway towards putting either man in line for title shots, but at the same time will give them a chance to send messages to their respective enemies.

The NWA:TNA X-Division Champion Paul London continues his promise of defending the title against any challenger on any night, as he takes on Kyo Dai's Ryan Sakoda. Sakoda's tag team partner Yang tried and failed to gain the title last week, despite Sakoda's constant interference...so this week, Sakoda attempts to win the belt. himself. The winner already knows that next Wednesday, he will have to defend the title against Kid Kash...as there's no rest for the X-Division Champion. But will it be London or Sakoda defending the title?

Sakoda's tag team partner Jimmy Yang also faces a tough test too this coming Wednesday...as he goes one on one with the number one contender Ron 'The Truth' Killings. Killings will be looking for some momentum ahead of Nothing Left To Lose, and a win over the ever exciting Yang would certainly provide that. It won't be easy for The Truth however...although, he'll be in high spirits after beating Sonny Saiki last week.

Team IRON representitive Matt Stryker looks to make it two wins out of two for Team IRON, as he faces off against another former Ring Of Honor superstar Spanky. Nick Dinsmore was impressive in victory over Shark Boy on Saturday night's XPlosion. Now Stryker will look to keep that momentum going against Spanky, while the Spankster will be hoping to uphold NWA honor and also claim a victory to help kickstart his TNA career.

And, TNA Management's trio of Abyss, Joe Legend and Kevin Northcutt will see tag team action, as they take on the Tough Enough contingent of John Hennigan, Matt Cappotelli and their new enforcer Matt Morgan. At first glance the match looks to be a match set up for TNA Chief Executive Don Callis' personal enjoyment...but, if he expects an easy ride against TE3, he'll be very much mistaken. The duel between the big man Morgan and Abyss will be most interesting to see, and Team Tough Enough are hungry.

NWA:TNA TotalNonstop TV

14th April 2004

Live from the TNA Asylum in Nashville, Tennessee

Commentators: 'The Professor' Mike Tenay and 'NWA Chief Executive' Don Callis

As the pyro hits, we're in Nashville on another Wednesday night, for TotalNonstop TV...and just like last week, Don Callis is already making his way into the ring from ringside.

Callis enters the ring, and welcomes everyone to the show. He then turns his attentions to the now departed ex-Chief Of Staff Erik Watts, saying he knows how much Watts relies on his paycheck to feed his 'problem'...before making the sign of a bottle, and pretending to stagger about drunkenly...that's why he didn't fire him from his wrestling contract as well. Callis informs Watts he can earn some of his check next week, as he has to find a partner to face Michael Modest and Donovan Morgan. From there he trashes Watts for messing with the wrong group of people...

...when suddenly, Watts himself jumps over the barrier in his street clothes. Callis turns around to see what the commotion is about...and gets clotheslined!!! Watts dives onto Callis and fires away with repeated right hands, before pulling Callis up and setting up the E-Bomb. Black Shirt Security (the real ones) rush into the ring, but some of them get taken out by Watts. Finally, police officers join in to help...and on Callis' orders, slap on a pair of handcuffs. Watts is carted away to boos, as Callis threatens to send him down and sue him for every dollar he has.

OR: 77

Notes: Erik Watts debuted his new gimmick (Badass), it got a positive response.

Tenay- Well, I guess that'll teach you for running your mouth Don.

Callis- I tell you Mike, Erik Watts is going to regret messing with me. I promise you.

Tenay- Maybe so. Matt Stryker debuts here in just a few moments, taking on Spanky, so let's go to the ring.

Matt Stryker vs Spanky

A solid match, but it could have been a lot better with some more time. Both Spanky and Stryker packed in the high impact, high flying moves, which caused the match to feel a little rushed at times. It was Spanky who looked the more impressive in the opening sequences, even having a little fun with Stryker at times. However, after missing the Left Turn At Alberquerque, Spanky was victim to a flurry of offense. That flurry left him wide open for a superkick for two...but after Stryker went for it a second time, Spanky ducked and went for Sliced Bread #2. Stryker grabbed a handful of shorts to block in mid-air though, before driving Spanky down with a reverse DDT drop, for the cover and the 3 count. Quickly Stryker left the ring, not waiting for Spanky to revive and mention the tug of the tights.

Winner: Matt Stryker by pinfall in 7:58

**3/4 (74, 65, 84)

Callis- Another win for Team IRON! These guys are a force to be reckoned with!

Tenay- That's two TNA stars defeated...and next week, Erik Watts and partner take on the other two Team IRON stars...

Callis- If he's out of the slammer by then.

Tenay- He will be, don't you worry.

Tenay is cut off, as Jim Cornette is now entering the ring, and taking a microphone. Cornette begins to talk about what he and Basham did to Barry Windham last week, costing him the NWA World Championship. He then says he has an explanation for Windham, and wants him to come to the ring so he can deliver it face to face. Windham limps out, and Cornette says the reason Basham did what he did because Windham stole Basham's shot by eliminating him from the Quest For The Gold Match. So essentially, it was some sort of payback. Cornette accuses Windham of 'crying the Basham blues'...when suddenly, Doug Basham rolls into the ring...and takes out Windham's bad knee. He pulls up Barry's jean leg, and takes off the knee brace as Cornette gets his kicks in...meanwhile, Basham takes Cornette's tennis racket, and drives it into the knee repeatedly. Referees have to run down and pull Basham and Cornette away, before getting medical attention for Windham.

OR: 64

Tenay- Barry Windham got suckered in. Another cheap attack by Basham and Cornette!

Callis- It seems Windham has got himself into some trouble that he doesn't want to be in.

Tenay- Well, it seems to me that Cornette and Basham are suffering from serious sour grapes.

Callis- Either way, Windham had better watch himself.

Six Man Tag Team Match

TE3 (Matt Morgan, Matt Cappotelli and John Hennigan) vs TNA Managment (Abyss, Joe Legend and Kevin Northcutt)

Kept short thankfully. Not neccessarily a BAD match, but nothing great about it either. John and Matt were allowed to show off some nice tag team moves on Legend and then Northcutt, but then Abyss double chokeslammed them both to hell. Matt was isolated briefly, but got a tag to Matt Morgan, who came in like a house of fire. Taking out Legend and Northcutt, Morgan then tried to take down Abyss. The two behemoths battled...until suddenly, Raven ran down the ramp with a steel chair. Abyss ran to the ropes, and collided with Raven and the chair...allowing Morgan to nail a big boot, and throw Cappotelli onto Abyss with the Rocket Launcher...and get the 3 count!!! Raven then walked off, as Abyss heatedly stormed after him.

Winners: TE3 by pinfall (Matt Cappotelli over Abyss) in 5:02

*1/4 (63, 56, 70)

Tenay- Can you believe that!?! What an upset!

Callis- What a crock. Raven shouldn't have got involved in the match...he WILL regret it.

NWA:TNA X-Division Championship

Paul London ©vs Ryan Sakoda w/Jimmy Yang

This match was surprisingly great. London was his usually great self, but having to contend with Jimmy Yang's interference was too much for him, giving Sakoda the advantage in the match. However, after hitting a whole bunch of power based moves, Sakoda couldn't put London away. As London fought back into the match, Yang sprinted in to the try and help...but London quickly took Yang out, before dropsaulting off Sakoda and onto Yang spectacularly. London quickly hit a standing shooting star press...only for Chris Sabin to roll into the ring, and nail London with his own X-Division Title belt. The referee Brian Hebner called for the bell, awarding London the match.

Sabin meanwhile wasn't finished, driving stomps across the back and head area. Quickly Sabin grabbed up the X-Division Title belt again...and SMASHED London across the side of the head, before leaving to heavy boos.

Winner and still NWA X-Division Champion: Paul London by disqualification in 7:21

**1/4 (66, 50, 83)

Notes: The NWA X title has gained in image.

Tenay- What is it with tonight. First Basham and Cornette attack Windham again, then Raven costs Abyss a match, now this...

Callis- Don't forget what Watts did to me!

Tenay- Well, you had that coming.

Callis- And London had that coming for stealing Chris Sabin's belt.

Meanwhile, Jeff Jarrett is backstage with Scott Hudson...for an interview. He doesn't get too far before Jarrett cuts him off. The World Champion claims he's not afraid of AJ Styles, Ron Killings, losing his World Title or stepping into a fifteen foot steel cage. He then promises to destroy AJ tonight and shed his blood all over the mat, before retaining his title one more time, and finally throwing Styles to the scrapheap. Jarrett fakes to punch Hudson, laughing as he flinches before walking off.

OR: 82%

Raven vs Sonny Siaki

Solid is the best word for this. A decent match, with a good deal of crowd heat. Raven brawled his way through the majority of what turned out to be a heated battle, Saiki unable to find an answer for it once Raven got into his stride. A standing dropkick eventually turned the tide of the match, but not for too long as Raven ultimately fought back. From there the match was pretty back and forth, until Saiki made the first mistake...missing a clothesline, and turning around into a boot and an Evenflow attempt. Saiki spun out, and went to hoist Raven onto his shoulders, Raven however floats over...and NAILS the Evenflow DDT, spiking Saiki down for the 3 count.

As soon as the match is over, Abyss' music hits. Raven throws Saiki out of the ring, as Abyss slowly walks out, ready to fight. He rolls in, and a brawl ensues between the two men. Abyss seems to get the better of the brawl...until Raven counters a chokeslam with a lowblow...and hits the Evenflow on Abyss! Raven begins to walk off afterwards, his point being made...

Winner: Raven by pinfall in 8:57

**1/2 (76, 77, 77)

...when suddenly, Callis jumps up from the announce table and grabs the microphone before Raven can leave. Calling Raven a 'cheap shot artist', Callis says that Raven won't be able to cheap shot Abyss at Nothing Left To Lose...because he'll be facing him one on one, man to man. And just to add a little interest, the match will be fought under 'Raven's Rules'. Or, in other words, it's Raven versus Abyss in a Clockwork Orange House Of Fun Match at Nothing Left To Lose! Raven nods, happy with the match.

OR: 80

As Raven leaves, we get a shot of AJ Styles warming up backstage in his locker room, trying to get himself mentally and physically ready for the Cage Match.

OR: 71

Tenay- The Cage Match still to come tonight...but Don, what were you thinking? Putting Abyss in Raven's speciality match.

Callis- Abyss wants to prove himself, so he will.

Tenay- But...in Raven's match...the Clockwork Orange House Of Fun Match.

Callis- It's the ultimate humiliation Mike. And no more than he deserves.

'The Truth' Ron Killings vs Jimmy Yang w/Ryan Sakoda

Another good match...although, still down on last week's top matches. The Kyo Dai numbers game played a part in this match as well, with Sakoda repaying Yang for his interference in his earlier match. However, the number one contender was on top form and manages to fight both men off...at one point, causing Yang to misjudge an asai moonsault and wipe out Sakoda. Yang got a couple of late nearfalls from a tiger and then a dragon suplex, but Killings was the man to end it, catching Yang from nowhere with the Truth Of Consequences to cement his place as number one contender.

Winner: Ron Killings by pinfall in 6:39

**3/4 (73, 63, 83)

Tenay- Ron Killings with a great win...further proving himself a worthy number one contender.

Callis- Beating Yang is one thing. Beating the NWA Champion is a totally different story.

Tenay- Well, who will that champion be on April 25th...Jeff Jarrett, or AJ Styles?

***MAIN EVENT***

NWA World Heavyweight Championship, Steel Cage Match

'The Chosen One' Jeff Jarrett © vs 'The Phenomenon' AJ Styles

Well, another decent match...not as good as their match at Quest For The Gold, but still pretty good. The crowd were very much into it, helping the feel of the match. It didn't take long for the cage to come into effect, Styles being the first to taste the steel. Jarrett tried an early escape which took both men to the top rope...Jarrett driven into the cage top, causing him to fall. Styles then crossbodied onto Jarrett rather than trying an escape for some reason. A real brawl ensued and within the first 10 minutes, both men were bleeding heavily from trips to the cage. Styles hit the Styles Clash soon after, to an eruption from the crowd...only for Jarrett to shockingly kick out!!! Styles returned the favour moments later, kicking out from The Stroke to an equally loud pop. Both men climbed the cage on 20 minutes slowly, on opposite side Jarrett saw he was losing the race however, and just about managed to catch Styles going over...SUPERPLEXING HIM BACK IN!!!!! Both men were out for a good while, before Jarrett got an arm over...FOR 2!!! Jarrett slowly climbed the cage again as Styles followed after. A brawl ensued, both men nearly getting over...before Jarrett eventually backdropped Styles off the ropes, and escaped the cage to retain his title!!!

Winner and still NWA World Champion: Jeff Jarrett via escape in 24:14

**3/4 (85, 90, 76)

Notes: Jeff Jarrett gained overness from this feud ending. AJ Styles gained overness from this feud ending. The NWA World Heavyweight title has gained in image.

Tenay- Jarrett did it! I don't believe it!

Callis- Believe it Mike...you're seeing it. The greatest NWA Champion EVER!

Tenay- Jeff Jarrett retains his title...and, I must give credit to him. But give credit too to AJ Styles for his effort.

Callis- Yeah, yeah...JARRETT WINS!!!

Tenay- Well, Jeff Jarrett retains the title...and he is going to Nothing Left To Lose. But what will happen next week on the final stop to Nothing Left To Lose?

OR: 74- Another fine show. Not the same level of match quality as last week's show, but still a great effort. The main event was PPV level for sure...you wonder why that didn't happen at Quest For The Gold rather than on this show. Wins for the guys who needed them like Killings, Raven and Stryker...and another match for the PPV. It's still looking good for TNA, despite the XPlosion set-back.

Attendance: 3504

Good stuff. The IRON storyline seems to be going well, and the rest of the show is moving along nicely as well.

I'm still surprised AJ and JJ don't work better together, but oh well. The feud did play out well, so that's all that matters.

Good luck dealing with the XPlosion loss, and having to build w/o it. I'm sure it will be a temporary setback.

Two new signings this week. Youngster Greg Pawluk signs an open contract, worth $14,000 per apperance. Great things are forseen for this kid, and a written contract will be offered to him at the end of the month if he impresses with his attitude. And also, the 'Indie Demi-God' Mikey Whipwreck has finally completed talks and signed a written for $61,000 a month. The former ECW Champion said he was happy to join friends such as The Amazing Red, Chris Divine, James Mitchell and Trinity...plus, to get back into the public eye again with a big company. With

We were again very happy with TotalNonstop TV, especially with the response to the main event. Two great shows so far are really helping our image...however, the lack of XPlosion to back it up is a concern. Therfore, we have been in contact with the T.V network WWN about bringing XPlosion back to the airwaves.

So far, Nothing Left To Lose's card only has two announced matches. We expect to announce the remaining matches next week in one way or another. Despite the rushed build up, and the absence of Christopher Daniels denying us Daniels/Dusty...we're quite pleased with how the card is looking.

The search is on for the next 'breakout star'...with a number of names on the list. Currently top of said list are the X-Division Champion Paul London, Joe Legend and Team IRON's Nick Dinsmore. All three have impressed us recently, and are set to gradually play bigger parts in the shows to gauge their reactions.

NWA:TNA TotalNonstop TV Preview

With just four days to go until "Nothing Left To Lose" on Pay Per View, the final stop on the road towards the event is this week's TotalNonstop TV. Five matches; two titles on the line...plus a huge tag team main event, the in-ring debut of Excellence Inc. and an eight man tag team match.

The main event sees the only two matches currently confirmed for Nothing Left To Lose moulded into one tag team match. The NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett and his TNA Management cohort Abyss take on the number one contender in four days time Ron Killings and his partner Raven. Of course, Jarrett is set to defend his title in four days against Killings...and Raven will take on Abyss in a Clockwork Orange House Of Fun Match on the show. This match will be a little preview of these two battles, and promises to be a heated affair. But which team will gain the psychological advantage ahead of Nothing Left To Lose?

NWA X-Division Champion Paul London finally makes the defence of his X-Division Title against Kid Kash this Wednesday night. Kash has been waiting in line for this shot for a couple of weeks...in which time, London has defended successfully against both members of Kyo Dai. Now, Kid Kash is next on London's long line of opposition, and the fighting champion is more than happy to defend the belt against the former ECW Television Champion. This promises to be a high flying battle, one which could go either way...and also, could prove to be London's toughest defence to date. But will Chris Sabin play a part in the outcome, as he did last week.

Team IRON are two for two, after debut wins from both Nick Dinsmore and Matt Stryker. Now the remaining two members of the quartet must make their debuts...Excellence Inc., the formidable duo of Michael Modest and Donovan Morgan. Their opponents will be the recently fired Chief Of Staff Erik Watts and a partner of his choosing. After Watts' attack on Don Callis last week, Watts avoided any significant jail time. But, a question remains on whever Watts has found a partner yet...and if so, who?

The hunt for the Tag Team Title shot against the America's Most Wanted rages on...with the AMW oblidged to make their own choice on who to defend the gold against, and to make that decision during the show. Four of the top contending teams will have a last chance to impress the AMW, by competing in an eight man tag team match. The Red Shirt Security and Kyo Dai team up on one side...The Amazing Red, Chris Divine and Team Tough Enough on the other. Will any of these four get the tag shot, and will this match have a bearing on the AMW's decision?

Wednesday night also marks the first defence of the NWA Hardcore Championhip. Recent signing Vic Grimes, best known for his hardcore exploits in the ECW and XPW promotions, was awarded the title two weeks ago and the first contender willing to fight Grimes has been found...young 19 year old Rene Dupree. The Canadian youngster may be putting his career in some early jeopardy by facing 'Sic' Vic. But at the same time, becoming Hardcore Champion would provide a heavy shot in the arm for his TNA career. Either way, with Vic Grimes involved, this one will probably not be for the weak of heart.

NWA:TNA TotalNonstop TV

Live from the TNA Asylum in Nashville, Tennessee

Commentators: 'The Professor' Mike Tenay and 'NWA Chief Executive' Don Callis

We're in Nashville again...which means PYRO. Total Nonstop TV episode three is on the air...

But before we even get into the show, we cut to the parking lot...where Erik Watts is just arriving backstage greeted by a pop from the crowd. He got out of 'jail' then. But does he have a partner for tonight!?! Well...obviously he will. But a little speculation against faces never hurt anyone.

OR: 83

Notes: Erik Watts gained overness from this segment.

Tenay- Erik Watts is here, so is the World Champion Jeff Jarrett. He beat AJ Styles in the Cage Match last week...and is in tag action this week, as the card for Nothing Left To Lose will no doubt be bulked up tonight.

Callis- Count on it Mike. For one, the AMW have to choose two opponents for four days time.

Tenay- A big night tonight...and we're kicking off with Hardcore Title action!

NWA:TNA Hardcore Championship

'Sic' Vic Grimes © vs Rene Dupree

Well, this was shockingly good. SHOCKINGLY. Despite an expected clash of styles, it seems the hardcore rules compensated for that and provided and old school ECW-style hardcore match. Grimes was physically imposing from the get-go, bringing a chair into play early on. It only took a couple of minutes for Dupree to become busted open...a vile chair shot splitting his forehead apart. It seemed to be a cakewalk, with Grimes nailing a powerbomb on the chair and setting up the table on the outside. However, as he came back in, Dupree managed to hit a chair shot of his own. Dupree's quickness suddenly came into play, almost getting him a win. But, in the end, Grimes took control of the chair and smashed Dupree in the head...before drilling him with the Victimizer, for the 3 count and to retain the title.

Winner and still NWA Hardcore Champion: Vic Grimes by pinfall in 7:39

**3/4 (69, 54, 85)

Notes: The NWA Hardcore title has gained in image. Vic Grimes is losing overness because of his weak gimmick.

Tenay- Vic Grimes retains his title, but he wouldn't have expected Dupree to have put up such a fight.

Callis- Well, it was always inevitable Mike. Grimes just took his time with the kid.

Backstage, Barry Windham walks through the catering area, and out into the main arena. He doesn't get too far however, as standing in front of him is Jim Cornette. Windham braces himself for a fight, but Cornette calms him down...saying he's not looking for a fight, and Basham isn't around for a sneak attack. In fact, Basham isn't here tonight. Cornette wants to talk about Nothing Left To Lose. Doug Basham wants to prove one on one that he's better than Barry Windham, and he wants this match to prove it at any cost. Windham thinks about it for a moment...and agrees, on one condition. It's not just going to be Windham versus Basham. No...it has to be Windham versus Basham...and Jim Cornette! Shocked, Cornette stammers for a while, before meekly agreeing. Windham walks off smiling, as Cornette starts to realise what he's gotten himself into.

OR: 74

Notes: Barry Windham gained overness from this segment.

Tenay- Good god...Jim Cornette and Doug Basham against Barry Windham at Nothing Left To Lose.

Callis- That Cornette's obviously gone nuts.

Tenay- Well, I guess he was on orders to get the match any way possible. So, he took the match. Of course, he's going to get destroyed now.

Callis- You never know...Cornette might kick Barry's ass.

Tenay- (laughs)

Meanwhile, Christopher Daniels is on his way to the ring. Unsurprisingly Daniels wants to boast about his recent victory over Dusty Rhodes. Apparantely, Daniels kicked Dusty's 'fat ass' out of the NWA for good. Daniels says it's about time Dusty was gone, because now he can take his place and start challenging for the NWA Title. But, not so fast, because suddenly Low Ki begins to walk out to the ring! Ki gets on the mic, and tells Daniels that he really needs to learn some respect. 'Why' Daniels asks. He says he's retired Dusty Rhodes, he says...well, not much more, as Dusty Rhodes' music hits to a HUGE pop. The American Dream is out in the ring now, wondering what the fuss is all about. Dusty isn't gone. Dusty's going nowhere. Daniels launches into a tirade on the Dream, but Ki cuts him off and tells Daniels he has always been an ungrateful punk...but this is going too far. Again Daniels brushes Ki off and launches off at Dusty...

...but gets knocked out by a stiff kick by Ki!!! The crowd, simply put, ERUPT, as Ki looks down at Daniels with anger. A "Low Ki" chant rings out, as Ki leaves...Dusty telling Daniels to kiss his 'big bad tushy' before following.

OR: 70

Notes: Christopher Daniels lost overness from this segment. Low-Ki's turn was completed, and he is now a face. Low-Ki gained overness from this turn.

Callis- What the heck was that!?!

Tenay- That was Low Ki showing Daniels what disrespectful punks get for their troubles!

Callis- That was uncalled for Mike. Poor Chris may have a concussion from that vicious kick!

NWA:TNA X-Division Championship

Paul London © vs Kid Kash w/Trinity

Great match...with a not so great ending. Both men put in a tremendous effort, and the result was very enjoyable. The evenly fought match swung in Kash's favour once his valet Trinity got involved, distracting London for the challenger to attack from behind. Kash from there went through his array of high impact moves until London was left laying, almost out of commition. Quickly Kash went to the top rope and looking for a top rope legdrop, he taunted the crowd for too long...allowing London time to move! London hit a couple of dropsaults, and was suddenly on the ascendancy. A big superkick from Kash cut him off for a two count, before Kash went for the Money Maker. London escaped, and smacked Kash full on in the head with a Koppu Kick. Suddenly, as London signalled for the London Calling...Chris Sabin rolled into the ring behind him. Kash started to pull himself up, as Sabin clotheslined London down...but immediately got nailed by Kash! All hell quickly breaks loose, and Chioda desperately calls for the bell.

The brawls between the three continues, neither man relenting on either of his two sudden adversaries. With no signs of the brawl ceasing, referees and officials have to charge the ring and pull the three fuming men apart...

No Contest in 14:24

Therefore, still NWA X-Division Champ: Paul London

***3/4 (82, 70, 94)

Notes: The NWA X title has gained in image.

While they're getting pulled apart...here's a video package. And, it's highlighting the impending debut of Mikey Whipwreck. Not exactly a great video, and there's no actual date for the debut. Plus, it obviously doesn't include any ECW footage, where Mikey was God. Still...Mikey coming in is a good thing.

OR: 55

Tenay- I for one cannot wait for the debut of Mike Whipwreck!

Callis- Mikey's one hell of a wrestler Mike, I'll give him that. Whever he can hang with the TNA boys...we'll see.

Tenay- Well...two of those 'boys' who know Mikey well are The Amazing Red and Chris Divine...both trained by Whipwreck. Will THEY be getting a Tag Title shot on Sunday April 25th?

Callis- Who knows. But, I hope the AMW are watching this next match...because they need to choose soon, and you've got four of the top teams in the TNA in that ring.

Eight Man Tag Team Match

Red Shirt Security (Legend and Kevin Northcutt) and Kyo Dai (Jimmy Yang and Ryan Sakoda) vs Amazingly Divine (The Amazing Red and Chris Divine) and Team Tough Enough (John Hennigan and Matt Cappotelli)

With the number of wrestlers in the ring, this was unsurprisingly quite a spotfest. Led by Red and Yang, all eight man threw in their high impact and high flying moves at a frantic pace. Which of course meant nothing was really memorable amongst the flurry. John Hennigan was the man to be first isolated from the corner. Legend and Northcutt worked him over, not wanting to tag in their other partner so they could impress...so Sakoda had to tag himself in. In due time Hennigan escaped to tag in Red, which was coincidentally (or not) when the spots started flying in at fast pace. Once Red, Divine, Yang, Northcutt and Hennigan had worn themselves out with dardevil dives to the outside, Legend and Sakoda were left in the ring with Cappotelli. Sakoda lined up a clothesline, but missed and wiped out Legend. Referee Johnson ordered Sakoda from the ring as Cappotelli went for Legend...but got nailed with a big boot between the legs! Legend quickly cradled up Cappotelli...as Johnson turned around, and counted the three count.

Winners: Red Shirt Security and Kyo Dai by pinfall (Legend over Cappotelli) in 8:03

*3/4 (64, 51, 77)

Callis- Well, if that isn't good enough for the AMW...I don't know what is.

Tenay- Excuse me? Legend cheated!

Callis- All I know is Legend got the pin. Surely my boys deserve that title shot.

Tenay- Then why didn't you book it yourself, instead of leaving the decision to the AMW...

Callis- Hey, why should I have to make ALL the unpopular decisions.

Quickly the scene cuts back into the trainer's room, where sitting on the bench being attended to is a glass eyed looking Christopher Daniels. Goldylocks walks in, and tries to ask Daniels what happened with Low Ki...Daniels informing her that Low Ki just suffered from a bout of jealousy. He was always the 'lesser man'. In Ring Of Honor, in the X-Division, in XXX...it was always Daniels running the show, and Low Ki performing as the supporting act. And now he can't handle that Chris Daniels is now a legend. Daniels ends by saying that if Low Ki wants to try his luck against him, and wants to embarrased just like Dusty Rhodes...he'd be more than happy to teach him a lesson.

OR: 88

Tag Team Match

Excellence Inc. (Michael Modest and Donovan Morgan) vs Erik Watts and K-Ness

Modest and Morgan, who work together in both UPW and NOAH, made their collective NWA:TNA debuts here. Watts meanwhile found his partner...Toryumon star K-Ness. The masked man was on top form tonight, but really this match was about the debutants. They dominated over K-Ness, until the masked flier got the hot tag in to Watts. The former Chief Of Staff cleared house, taking time out to shout abuse down at Don Callis before getting taken out with a double clothesline. Watts get set up for and nailed with a double hammerlock suplex, into a double cross armbreaker. K-Ness broke it up with a lionsault onto Morgan...but missed one on Modest. Modest quickly threw Watts out of the ring, before grabbing K-Ness and driving him to the mat with the Reality Check. The cover gets three, as Watts is unable to make the save.

Post-match, Watts is thrust out of the ring again, before the IRON duo begin to put the boots to K-Ness. Suddenly the crowd erupted, as the America's Most Wanted charge down the aisle, and take out Modest with a double clothesline! Morgan is next to be taken down, as quickly they both scurry from the ring. Harris quickly grabs a microphone and announces he and Storm have come to a decision. If the Team IRON want to try and take over the NWA:TNA...how about they try to take out two of the NWA:TNA's most loyal stars. This Sunday...it'll be Excellence Inc. challenging the AMW for the Tag Team Titles. They accept from the ramp, as the AMW check on K-Ness and Watts.

Winners: Excellence Inc. by pinfall in 9:50

**1/4 (69, 58, 80)

Tenay- Well...what an announcement. The AMW versus Excellence Inc. Two of the finest teams in the company fighting for the belts!

Callis- I'm dissapointed. The Red Shirts should have got the shot.

Tenay- Well, like I said earlier, you were the one who handed the decision to the AMW.

Callis- Yeah...well...we'll know who to blame when they lose the belts then wont we?

***MAIN EVENT***

Tag Team Match

NWA World Champion 'The Chosen One' Jeff Jarrett and Abyss vs 'The Truth' Ron Killings and Raven

A solid main event...and a nice way to merge together the big two matches this coming Sunday. More than just your typical tag team match, both feuds were advanced in the course of this match. In fact, there wasn't even a hot tag in this match...refreshing from the norm. The ending saw all four men brawling in the ring, with Jarrett and Killings eventually spilling to the outside. Raven and Abyss continues brawling in the ring, with Abyss in control. However, Abyss missed an avalanche in the corner, as Killings jumped up to the apron. He quickly hit a springboard dropkick, but was pulled from the ring by Jarrett. Raven however was available to grab Abyss and drill him with an Evenflow DDT. Quickly Raven dropped into the cover...and pinned his arch rival, to a huge roar from the crowd!

Winners: Raven and Ron Killings by pinfall (Raven over Abyss) in 13:48

**3/4 (78, 77, 80)

Tenay- Raven did it! He beat Abyss...just days from Nothing Left To Lose!

Callis- Damn it no!

Tenay- Will this be the scene on Sunday ni...wait, what...we need to go backstage!

As the show is just about to go off the air, we see AJ Styles stood in a corridor, talking to someone on his cellphone. As he says his goodbyes to whoever is on the other line and ends the call, he's suddenly nailed from behind...by Nick Dinsmore! Soon the other three members of Team IRON emerge onto the scene, and stomp away on the fallen Styles, who's now hurting. Dinsmore pulls Styles up, and pushes him up against the wall...telling him that as 'Mr TNA', AJ is very high on the IRON hitlist. And AJ can consider this his first warning. Modest steps and nails a right hand to the ribs, as Dinsmore rams Styles' head into the wall...the foursome then walking off, as the scene fades on AJ Styles, left slumped on the floor from the beating.

NWA:TNA NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE Pay Per View Preview

That time has rolled around again...Pay Per View time. The stars of the NWA:TNA once again return to the big stage, all with their own personal goals. Three championship matches feature on the show...plus, what promises to be a bloody war between two sworn enemies, and a handicap match which presents the handicapped man with a chance for revenge...and much more besides.

Arena-Only Tag Team Match

'THE IRONman' NICK DINSMORE and MATT STRYKER vs. AMAZINGLY DIVINE

Before the PPV goes on the air, if you're in the NWA Asylum live then you'll get to see what promises to be a fantastic tag team championship match. Team IRON representatives Matt Stryker and 'The IRONman' Nick Dinsmore team up for the first time, with their opponents being the team of friends Amazingly Divine. Red and Divine both trained under the tutalige of Mikey Whipwreck, and therefore have similar styles and know each other well. But Dinsmore and Stryker are on a mission...a mission to make the NWA:TNA 'theirs', along with Modest and Morgan. A win over Divine and TNA mainstay Red will no doubt help them on their way.

Tag Team Guest Referee Match

RED SHIRT SECURITY vs. ERIK WATTS and SPANKY

Special Quest Referee Match: 'NWA CHIEF EXECUTIVE' DON CALLIS

Erik Watts is the former Chief Of Staff...the former part thanks to the Chief Executive. After his public firing on the network premiere of TotalNonstop TV, Watts attacked Callis and subsequently was arrested. Callis hasn't forgotten that, and now that Watts is exclusively a wrestler, he's been placed in tag team action against Callis' Red Shirt Security...with Spanky as his partner. And just to stack the deck, Callis has appointed himself the special guest referee. Can Watts and Spanky overcome not only The Red Shirts, but also Don Callis?

2 on 1 Handicap Match

'THE MACHINE' DOUG BASHAM and JIM CORNETTE vs. BARRY WINDHAM

Ever since Barry Windham returned to the NWA at The Quest For The Gold, he's found himself the target of Doug Basham's attentions. It was during the Quest For The Gold Match that Windham eliminated Basham from a chance at the World Title, before lasting until the final two. As a result of his runner up spot Windham was given a title shot...which Doug Basham interrupted, to cost Windham the belt. Now, after the brutal attacks on Windham's knee, Basham wants to prove to Windham that he's more worthy of the World Title than Windham...in the ring. But, when he sent Cornette to make the match...at any cost...Windham managed to negotiate Jim Cornette into the match...and now, Basham will have to make sure to keep his manager out of trouble, while trying to beat Windham himself.

NWA:TNA X-Division Championship

Triple Threat Match

PAUL LONDON © vs. KID KASH vs. 'THE FUTURE' CHRIS SABIN

The feud between Chris Sabin and Paul London has raged for the past few months, seemingly ended when London won the X-Division Championship at Quest For The Gold. London has been a fighting champion since winning the belt, and on Wednesday night he faced Kid Kash with the gold on the line. Just as it looked like London was just about to squeak out a win...Chris Sabin entered the ring, looking to attack London. That angered Kash, causing a three-way brawl to erupt while the match was thrown out. It also angered Don Callis who as a result booked this match. One fall to a finish, Paul London is at a dis-advantage in this match, knowing he could lose the title without being involved in the decision. Will the fighting champion finally have the fight taken out of him, or will he beat the odds and retain his gold?

NWA Tag Team Championships

THE AMERICA'S MOST WANTED © vs. EXCELLENCE INC.

This match came about after Don Callis handed responsibility for awarding the number one contendership to the Tag Titles to the champions themselves...not wanting to gain any enemies himself. After much deliberation, the AMW's decision was almost made for them by the debuts of Michael Modest and Donovan Morgan. The two members of Team IRON have promised to eventually make the NWA:TNA their own...which has seemingly angered the Tag Team Champions. Now, on their own deciding, they'll defend the belts and look to uphold the NWA:TNA's honour against the rebels.

Raven's Clockwork Orange House Of Fun Match

RAVEN vs. ABYSS

TNA Management's big man Abyss has been looking to make a name for himself in recent weeks...and to further his career. Only trouble is..he decided to try and make a name for himself at Raven's expence. The former ECW Champion unsurprisingly didn't take kindly to Abyss' dis-respect, and since then these two men have become sworn rivals. On numerous occassions Abyss has attacked Raven, but on Wednesday night it was Abyss who was on the recieving end of the punishment...losing the tag team main event by way of an Evenflow DDT. Raven has proven he can beat Abyss, and vice versa. The Clockwork Orange House Of Fun Match is Raven's domain, so obviously he should have the advantage. But the bigman Abyss certainly cannot be underestimated.

NWA World Heavyweight Championship

'THE CHOSEN ONE' JEFF JARRETT © vs. RON 'THE TRUTH' KILLINGS

The main event is a re-match which dates back nearly a year. Ron Killings is a former NWA Champion...and held the belt honourably for many months, until he came up against Jeff Jarrett, who took the belt for his first reign. His second title reign is now in progress, which has been far from honourable...to say the least. With the challenge of AJ Styles temporarily behind him, Jarrett now has to face Killings again, courtesy of 'The Truth's' victory in the Quest For The Gold Match. Will Ron Killings win back the title, and at the same time repay Jeff Jarrett for the result of their original battle? Or will Jarrett retain the belt...by fair means, or more likely, by foul. Either way, this promises to be one hell of a match, and one hell of a main event.

*DARK MATCH*

Tag Team Match

'The IRONman' Nick Dinsmore and Matt Stryker vs Amazingly Divine (The Amazing Red and Chris Divine)

An exciting way to start the show...if you were in the arena. If not you missed out on this match. Fast paced and frantic, mainly due to the lack of time, it was the perfect match for Red and Divine. Stryker and Dinsmore, to their credit, adapted well to the pace. Divine was isolated and double teamed for the opening couple of minutes, until a quick hot tag brought in Red. Soon all four men ended up brawling in and around the ring...Amazing Divine at one point hitting awesome stereo suicide planchas onto the IRON teammates. Back inside, Red's acrobatics continued until he and Stryker ended up brawling on the ropes. Both men ended up crashing off the ropes to the floor, leaving Dinsmore in the ring. Divine attempted a springboard clothesline on him, but Dinsmore countered with the Crossface...and despite a brief fight, Divine had no choice but to tapout and give Team IRON another victory.

Winners: Nick Dinsmore and Matt Stryker by submission in 5:36

NWA:TNA NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE

25th April 2004

Live on PPV from the TNA Asylum, in Nashville Tennesee

Commentators: ‘The Professor’ Mike Tenay and 'The American Dream' Dusty Rhodes

The PPV PYRO~! hits, and we're in Nashville for the third (proper) NWA:TNA PPV. Mike Tenay is at ringside...and for some reason, someone has decided his announce partner should be Dusty Rhodes. Better get the 'Dustyionary' out.

Tenay- Hello and welcome to NWA:TNA...NOTHING...LEFT...TO LOSE! Mike Tenay alongside the legendary Dusty Rhodes here at ringside. Dusty...it's a pleasure.

Dusty- Well, thank you Mike Tenay, it's great to be heeeya to watch da best wrestlin' company in the world on Pay Per View dadday!

Tenay- A huge main event tonight...Jeff Jarrett versus Ron Killings for the NWA World Title. Plus, the NWA Tag Team and X-Division Titles are both on the line, and later on...we've got Raven's Clockwork Orange House Of Fun to look forward to.

Dusty- Lemme tell ya somethan Mike...when da dust has settled on that match, somebody's gonna be hurtin' for certain.

Two On One Handicap Match

'The Machine' Doug Basham and Jim Cornette vs Barry Windham

Well...unsurprisingly, not very good. Not very good at all. This obviously wasn't made for the work-rate fans out there. Windham and Basham started, and that's the way it stayed for the most part. Windham was in control for the early going, until Basham flipped out of a back suplex and chopblocked out the knee. From there Windham was easy picking...even for Cornette who came in to get some crowd-riling cheap-shots. Whenever Windham showed signs of fight Cornette was unsurprisingly quick to tag Basham back in. Eventually Cornette got a little too big for his britches, and tried to whip Windham off the ropes. Barry countered with a short-arm clothesline, bringing Basham in. Windham began to fight both men off, and grabbed Cornette with the crowd imploring him on. Basham snuck in however with the tennis racket, but got a boot to the jaw. As Chioda then tried to get Cornette out of the ring, Windham went for a powerbomb on Basham...but 'The Machine' had grabbed the racket and brought it up with him...nailing Windham in the head! He quickly threw the racket out as he fell on top for the pin...and the three count!!! Cornette and Basham quickly got the hell out of the ring, as Windham was left clutching his knee in the ring.

Winners: Doug Basham and Jim Cornette by pinfall in 8:21

DUD (60, 66, 49)

Tenay- Basham and Cornette steal the win, and they look pleased with their actions.

Dusty- Jim Cornette is a slimeball of tha highest order Mike Tenay.

Tenay- Well...you can bet that these men have won the battle, but not the war, with Barry Windham.

NWA Tag Team Championships

The America's Most Wanted (Chris Harris and James Storm)© vs Excellence Inc. (Michael Modest and Donovan Morgan)

Thankfully this match made up for the opener...and was a excellent tag team match. Following your usual tag team format, Modest and Morgan cut the ring in half on James Storm after a brief opening flurry from the AMW. Together they worked The Cowboy's right knee over with some nice tag team wrestling, without lulling the crowd into boredom. The hot tag to Harris was inevitable, but got a good reaction when it came. Feeding off it, The Wildcat cleared house of Modest before setting Morgan up for the Death Sentence. Storm however couldn't climb the ropes with his injured knee, allowing Modest to throw him from the apron. Modest and Harris then brawled, Modest almost stealing the titles with a roll-up. Eventually Modest was able to set Harris up for the Reality Check, but Harris fought out, and then threw the on-running Morgan into his partner. With Morgan then being clotheslined out by Storm, the AMW quickly set up...for and hit...the Death Sentence! Storm hooked the leg of Modest, as Morgan tried to make the save...but got caught by Harris, allowing Brian Hebner to count the three!

But, before the AMW could even think about celebrating, Matt Stryker and Nick Dinsmore stormed the ring and jumped the Tag Champions. Harris was quickly nailed with a double powerbomb...Storm meeting the same fate, as Modest and Morgan regrouped with their stable mates, and joined in with some stomps on the fallen champs until referees finally ran down to pull Team IRON away.

Winners and still NWA Tag Team Champions: America's Most Wanted by pinfall (Storm over Modest) in 14:42

***1/2 (79, 69, 89)

Notes: The NWA Tag Team titles have gained in image.

Tenay- Those four men need to be taught a lesson. First AJ Styles and now the AMW left laying at their hands.

Rhodes- Well Mike, I know the boys in the back will be more than willin' to give these punks a taste of TNA reality.

Tenay- Let's hope that they're served that reality very soon.

Backstage, Raven is stood (well...sat) by for an interview with Scott Hudson. Hudson asks the gloomy looking Raven how he feels about the upcoming Clockwork Orange House Of Fun Match, to which Raven simply replies he's glad he's not Abyss. Hudson asks him to elaborate...so Raven does so, by pulling a roll of barbed wire from behind the chair he's sat on. A picture says a thousand words I guess...

OR: 80

Rhodes- It looks like Raven has some evil intentions, if you weeell.

Tenay- It certainly does...and I agree with him. I'm glad I'm not Abyss too.

Special Guest Referee Tag Team Match

Red Shirt Security (Joe Legend and Kevin Northcutt) vs Erik Watts and Spanky

Referee: TNA Chief Executive Don Callis

The Red Shirts continued their recent impressive run, with a decent match here with the throw together team of Watts and Spanky. Nice to see the latter finally getting on the shows. The match went by the regular tag team format, only with Callis as referee there were understandably a few 'hiccups'. Legend got a nearfall on Spanky just one minute in from a snap suplex, due to Callis' quick count. Soon Spanky turned the tide, and took a little time out to mock Don Callis, which got him some fan support. However, he was quickly neutralised by the bigger Red Shirts, and ended up playing face in peril for the match. Watts was left to stew on the outside, looking to be slowly nearing boiling point as Spanky was worked over, with some less than impartial refereeing. Eventually he got the tag, and came in with a flurry, which popped the crowd. Legend and Northcutt took right hands, before Watts went to nail Callis...but thought better of it, and double clotheslined the Shirts. In the end, Spanky came in and went for the Sliced Bread #2 on Northcutt, but got thrown out of the ring in mid move. Watts dropkicked Northcutt out of the ring, but was quickly cradled up from behind by Legend who grabbed the ropes...while Don Callis delivered a lightning quick three count!

The crowd were unhappy at the screwy ending, chanting "Bull-SHIT" towards Callis, as Watts charged after him...but Legend cut him off with a spear. Callis quickly stepped in and humiliatingly slapped Watts, before he, Legend and Northcutt made a sharp exit.

Winners: Red Shirt Security by pinfall (Legend over Watts) in 7:15

** (69, 63, 76)

Tenay- What a sickening display by Don Callis!

Rhodes- But it's no more than Erik Watts and Span-kay should have expec'tad Mike.

Tenay- But still Dusty, the disrespect that man...who's somehow still our Chief Executive...showed tonight is ridiculous. What more can he do to poor Erik Watts?

Rhodes- Oh...belie'me Mike Tenay...Don Callis can and weeell do a lot more, brudda.

NWA:TNA X-Division Championship, Triple Threat Match

Paul London © vs Kid Kash vs 'The Future' Chris Sabin

A great little match here between probably the top three guys involved in this division. Kash and Sabin began working as a unit, double-teaming the champion until a double hip-toss sends London flying over the top to the floor. Kash and Sabin then turned their attention to each other, both getting a couple of near-falls while London took time to recover. Eventually Kash managed to nail the Bank Roll on Sabin, only for London to just break the pin in time. After a series of innovative three-man spots followed, including London dropsaulting Kash from the middle rope, and landing on Sabin...before Kash threw Sabin out of the ring and locked London in a move similar to the Edgeucator. Sabin rolled back in and locked on a camel clutch on London at the same time, bending him in half. Luckily the champ didn't quit before Kash broke his hold and clotheslined Sabin...we can do without a double champion situation. As the match drew on the nearfalls and big moves were traded back and forth, and the match could have went any way. As it was, Sabin and Kash clashed heads causing Kash to fall to the apron. London dropsaulted Kash off the apron, landing on Sabin for the pinfall...and three count, to retain the title.

Winner and still NWA:TNA X-Division Champion: Paul London by pinfall (London over Sabin) in 11:54

*** (76, 67, 85)

Notes: The NWA X title has gained in image.

Tenay- The best X-Division wrestler in the world today retains his title! What a prospect Paul London is.

Rhodes- I dunno about prospects Mike Tenay...Paul London is awesome right here and right now!

Tenay- Well...a fantastic match...something very different to the one we'll be seeing next. Raven and Abyss...Clockwork Orange House Of Fun Match.

Rhodes- I tell ya Mike...someone will get hurt in this match.

Before that match can get underway, the World Champion is backstage with Scott Hudson...and unsurprisingly takes a few minutes of his 'precious time' to put himself over, and put down Ron Killings. He promises that tonight he'll still be the NWA World Heavyweight Champion when the night is over, and Killings might as well go back to 'making an ass of himself up in Stamford'...because he'll never be the NWA World Heavyweight Champion again.

As we come back, the weapons are still being positioned above the ring...with everything from chairs and singapore canes, to Cornette's tennis racket, and even a big pipe wrench hanging from the wires and chains.

Raven's Clockwork House Of Fun Match

Raven vs Abyss

Yikes, this was pretty brutal by NWA:TNA's standards. Very entertaining too. Raven came out with his barbed wire loop in his gloved hands but Abyss was waiting on him with stomps. The big man continued to beat down on Raven for a while, and did a good job of neutralising the former ECW Champion before the weapons eventually came into play. Grabbing a singapore cane, the big man beats the heck out of Raven...but Raven fights back, and grabs the cane himself. Four vicious head-shots don't put Abyss down so Raven goes low, and grabs a frying pan. A shot with that puts Abyss down, giving Raven the advantage. The match wore on, with weapons littering the ring as well as Abyss' blood. Abyss managed to block the old Raven -drop-toe-hold-on-the-chair, and hip-tossed Raven through the open seat for a two count. A big avalanche in the corner then gave Abyss chance to grab the barbed wire roll, and charge with it. Raven countered by backdropping Abyss to the outside...but the big man quickly recovered and rolled a table in. Another brief brawl broke out, with Abyss left pounding down on Raven before grabbing the table and setting it up in the middle of the ring. Raven went for the Evenflow as he turned around, but Abyss countered a Northern Lights Bomb which got a very long two count. Monents later both men gingerly climbed onto the table, with Abyss dragging Raven up by the hair. Quickly Raven managed to reach up and grab a computer keyboard from above him, and smashed it over Abyss' head. Keys flew everywhere, as Raven took advantage with an Evenflow through the table...and quickly covered, getting the three count!

Winner: Raven by pinfall in 18:21

***1/2 (81, 75, 88)

Tenay- Well, Raven survived the war...

Rhodes- Survived is the right word for that match. What a battle Mike Tenay!

Tenay- It sure was Dusty, and we're going to have to get the ring cleared up before our main event. Jeff Jarrett defends his title against Ron Killings next.

Rhodes- Can Ron Killings rise to da top of that mountain one more time, or will Doub'a J keep that NDubyaA Title? I gotta hope Killings can do it tonight Mike.

Tenay- I think after Jarrett's recent actions that we all do Dusty.

***MAIN EVENT***

NWA World Heavyweight Championship

'The Chosen One' Jeff Jarrett © vs Ron 'The Truth' Killings

A fantastic old school style main event, which the crowd were solidly into. A slow build to begin saw both men looking for an opening, before Jarrett managed to catch Killings with a kick to the knee, and attempt to go to work. Killings stopped Jarrett's momentum quickly with an enziguri kick, which sent him to the outside where the abuse from the crowd increased. Jarrett regained his senses and rolled back in, and another slow build started...this time ending with a Jarrett thumb to the eye, and kick to the leg. Slowly The Chosen One worked on Killings' knee, and eventually locked in the figure four but Killings quickly reached the ropes. He then tried to mount a comeback, but on one leg it wasn't too successful. Jarrett continued on with the assault on the knee, fighting off brief fightbacks from Killings at times. At one point Jarrett went for the Stroke, but Killings countered into a roll-through ankle lock, which Jarrett only just got to the ropes from. Finally Killings managed a comeback, and started to get the crowd behind him. But, Jarrett managed to duck the K-Kick, and snap the figure four on. This time Killings was only just able to get to the ropes, getting a pop as he did so. After nearfalls for both men, Jarrett went for The Stroke...but in mid-move, Killings countered with the Truth Or Consequences...but only got a 2 count! From there, it was acedemic. Still, the crowd willed Killings on, and he looked in control until the referee got bumped. Suddenly SONNY SAIKI ran down the aisle, and after Killings hit a second Truth Or Consequences, Saiki rolled in and smacked Killings with a chair shot! Jarrett followed it up with The Stroke, and eventually the referee came around to count the three count, allowing Jarrett to retain the title.

After the match, Jarrett made a quick exit dodging abuse and some isolated trash, as in the ring Saiki grabbed the chair again, and drilled Killings repeatedly in the ribs with it. A backbreaker on the open chair was followed up with a couple more, until Killings started spitting up blood...at which point Saiki left the ring, getting booed wildly by the crowd for his dispicable actions.

Winner and still NWA World Champion: Jeff Jarrett by pinfall in 22:11

***3/4 (88, 87, 89)

Notes: The NWA World Heavyweight title has gained in image.

Tenay- I don't believe this Dusty. Sonny Saiki just DESTROYED Ron Killings...and cost him the NWA World Title! There's hell to pay there let me tell ya!

Rhodes- I don't doubt it for one second Mike!

Tenay- Well, for now, Jeff Jarrett is still the NWA World Champion. And we leave you with the scene of destruction that Sonny Saiki has left...goodnight from me and Dusty, and make sure you join us on TotalNonstop TV this coming Wednesday night!

OR: 78- Great show all in all. An impressive main event to top it off, but all the matches seemed to click well and had high crowd heat…well, apart from the DUD of a handicap match. Not the best idea to put Cornette in a match.
